Worst experience dealing with Darryl in the service department. Before bringing my 22 road glide st out for warranty work because my 3rd gear was starting to jump I talked to Darryl on the phone explaining to him my issue and how I had put a thundermax tuner in my bike. Asking the question if that would void my warranty he explained to me that if it was just a Mechanical issue he would be able to pass it through for warranty and replace my third gear. I brought My road glide out to the service department for them to test ride and see if he would be able to cover under warranty but did not want the transmission ripped apart if it was not going to be covered. After a week, I received a call back from Darryl Letting me know that it was my third gear that was the issue and would not be able to be covered under warranty Because of my thunder max tuner , which was Already discussed in depth with him And the only reason why I brought it to stans. Now, with my bike in pieces, I told him I did not want them doing the work and I would be out to pick up my bike and all the pieces from them.Not following instructions and still tearing it apart. After picking up the disassembled bike I brought my bike over to a friend's shop to have them replace my transmission for me. The shop I brought my bike to calls me to tell me that stans Drilled my front pulley and nut off Damaging A tooth on the pulley. I called and spoke with Daryl again and explain to him that a part was damaged when they tore my transmission apart. I sent him pictures of the part and he told me there was nothing wrong with the pulley, And it was only one tooth on the pulley and that it was not going to make a difference and he would not cover a $60 part. Mind-blowing that if I were to have let stands do my work, They would have put this damaged pulley back into my motorcycle which would eventually led to major problems. Over all the horror stories I've heard from this service department are absolutely awful and I do not know how they continue business. A friend of mine sent someone to pick up his bike after service out there and the service department gave them another customer's bike instead of my friends to bring back to his house. How does a Mistake like that even happened? Probably can bet the customers bike that was taken out of there and brought to my friend's house never found out that his bike was given away to somebody else for a day and a half because of their mistake. I would not recommend having any service done through this department. Great sales team up front and great experience when I purchased my Road Glide. Unfortunate how they run their service department.

I stopped by this dealership mid-week as I was interested in possibly trading in my current bike for a newer model. I was there for nearly 1 1/2 hrs looking at both the new and used bikes on the showroom floor, and NOT ONE PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED MY PRESENCE OR OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCE. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere.

Bought my bike here and honestly that was the only decent experience I’ve had here. Selection is pretty limited and customer service is unfortunately lacking. My husband and I walked around for an hour here and no one offered help or asked us if we needed anything. Getting service done is difficult. We had a minor issue with his bike and the lady at the service desk was immediately having a bad attitude from the get go. She didn’t know anything about the parts we were asking for help with and instead of genuinely wanting to help she left the desk and came back a second later saying no one else could help us. This is not the first time it’s happened. It’s unfortunate that this is our closest HD Dealership in this area but we will be going out of our way to take business to Buffalo. I’m sure we aren’t the first people to have this experience but since there isn’t any other HD within an hour of this region that may be the only thing supporting their business.

Bought our new Freewheeler there last Spring. Very nice Dealer and the Staff is always friendly. Their Service shop is manned by qualified Techs and have never had any scratches or grease on my bike after they finish.

From service to in store sales, the staff here has always treated me fairly and with a smile. They greet you when you walk in, and they are there to help when you need it... With no high pressure. They have a great selection of merchandise, and they stand behind it too. I have another dealership 6 blocks from my house in Buffalo, and I drive 30 miles to go to Stans... That pretty much sums it up.

Jeff and Sandy were great to work with. Jeff knows his stuff and pointed out multiple features about the two bikes I was considering. No pressure. He let the bike do the work of winning me over. My wife and I were at 3 other bike shops trying to find one for her and practically had to fight to get any attention. Not the case at Stan's!

It's far from my house but we go to the rez for cigarettes and sometimes stop in at Stan's while out there. Sometimes they have good sales. Otherwise it's typically expensive since it's Harley. Just wish the materials were more robust.

I have been dealing with Debbie, Darryl and the entire team at Stan's Harley-Davidson since I bought my first leather jacket from Stan at the original location on State St. in 1974 when I was 16 years old.The staff is completely Knowledgeable and welcoming. The selection they have is awesome in everything from new and used bikes and parts and accessories. Their Service Dept is top notch and will keep you up and running strong.

Went there to check out a few new bikes. Found a 2020 street bob I liked they gave me top trade in value for my 2013 and discounted the 2020!!! Great people to deal with. Jeff did everything amazingly fast and Debbie was awesome offering a discount on the 2020. Now I'm just waiting on forward controls. Also that Milwaukee M8 is a torque monster.

We were out on the bike and decided to stop in and wish list. Nice selection of new and used Harley Davidson motorcycles. We especially enjoyed the tour through yesteryear looking at all the past years bikes on the second floor.Nice place to stop, nice people to help you.
