Pharmacy rarely has prescriptions ready after being notified by text/phone call.Other issues happen also. I had 3 prescriptions to pick up, but1 was coming I to stock till the next day. GREAT! I will pick them up Saturday. Well, then I only had 1 ??? What happened to the other 2?

I went there with my mother on two different days. Everything looked pretty well stocked. No messes around. The prices were much better than the one's in NYC. Two different cashier's that were both female. Helpful, & very respectful.Thanks. 😀

The store staff are wonderful. The actual pharmacy continues to go downhill. We have repeated issues with automated call in refills not being ready when promised. They used to at least call you when there was an issue: now nothing. After the last incident (needed medication not available on promised day with no contact) I was informed by the regional manager and pharmacy manager that it would never happen again. I called a refill in 3 days ago, to be ready yesterday. I go to pick it up today, and they tell me " I ordered it this morning, it will be in Monday. (3 days from today)" Seriously?!? No one called/ contacted us. The pharmacist says that they are " overwhelmed." Well, lots of us are overwhelmed in the health care system now, but we still do our jobs. Ugh. Time to look for a new pharmacy.

The store employees are wonderful. The pharmacy is impossible to speak with over the phone. When a prescription doesn't have any refills, they don't notify you that there is an issue and I end up running out. I just want to speak with a person when I call

This is a wonderful store. Employees and manager and cordial and very helpful. Best pharmacy I have ever used. My prescriptions are ready in a timely manner and refills are done automatically. Then I get an e mail to confirm pickup.

This pharmacy is by far one of the WORST I have come by. Too actually make you wait for over an hour for HEADACE script. This isn't even my pharmacy, my sibling is at home throwing up because her migraine is so bad!! Come on it's not even in category of illicit drug..shame on this pharmacy!!

the pharmacy put us on hold four times for over 5 minutes each call, then we call the general line to speak to a manager & no one answers the phone!!! What happened to customer service these days, and the music when they put you on hold is horrible ! not everyone wants to hear new age hip hop !

Great place to feel comfortable, and shop, sometimes with good deals and or coupons. Excellent customer service. As well as supportive working staff. And very clean.

Was there on two different occasions, a few weeks ago and both times the staff acted like I was going to steal something or when looking for an associate, they scattered and avoided eye contact...the last visit was the best ever; as I stood at the register, the male associate continued to work until another customer stood behind me in line...the pharmacy included has the worst attitudes and if I could rate the store with a maximum of no stars, it would be better!

Just got charged 116.00 dollars for an over the counter prescription...you would expect that the pharmacist would let you know that the script was less than 20.00 if bought in the store...this was a new script I was not aware that it was over the counter ..no thanks to the pharmacy ..

Don’t answer there phones or has you on hold over an hr. You tell them you need your meds for that night and they completely ignore you.
