This was a very clean and friendly store we didn't get a cockatiel but they helped out with their parakeets the cage birds and toys all came from Petco it was all less than $250!!! Super satisfied

I always love Petco, so do my dogs! Staff is always welcoming, helping, and knowledgeable! I love to just window shop with my daughter and somehow we never leave empty handed. I always consider Petco the first step before the vet. Our dogs are fully vetted annually and as needed but Petco is better with animal lifestyle products. They helped us get our American pitbull terrier and boxer/shepherd mix all outfitted in the practical things, reflective and matching (we live rural). They helped us with their different types of collars, mild behavior issues that are easily corrected.I love to look at the wide range of fish and Petco staff helping me know how to best keep my tanks to

I frequent the Batavia Petco often and am happy with shopping and products. My little complaint though…….I bought a bag of dog food and attempted to open it. The factory sealed the bag lower than the closure. I returned to the store and the manager on duty explained what happened and said to cut it open! I asked him how I would close the bag and he suggested a reusable plastic container. I replied I don’t use them and would like a new bag of food. He agreed, no questions asked. However,my thought process was why would I have to ask if I could have a new bag of food? The manager should have offered that option to me right away.

I ❤ love bringing my dog to Petco. She walks around smells everything and she barks whenever she sees a dog. Panda loves the food that I buy for her from Petco. I make sure Panda gets groom her as well. Excellent wash and nail service. The dog outfits that they sell are extremely well made.

Huge selection of dog food; dried, canned, refrigerated, toppers, broth. They have a little bit of everything for just bout any type of pet you own. They have some animals in the store to purchase; guinea pig, mice, rats, parrot, finch, fish, cats. They also have grooming services and offer dog training classes. Prices are pretty reasonable depending on what you are looking at.

We take our bully pit to get groomed once a month and cannot express how much we appreciate Zala, our groomer. She is the absolute best to our dog and he is a handful!! We usually leave and come back, but today we stayed and I saw Zala giving our dog lots of love. She is so patient

I came in to get cat litter that is only available at your store. It looks like you haven't added more of the stock even though I was able to get what I needed. I'm hoping when i heed more litter it will be available.

They aren’t very organized and knowledgeable with the adoption area of the store. They never gave me my cats papers , med records or history , also forgot to give me the welcome pack you get for adopting with them.

We went here and found what we needed, however.. there were tons of pallets surrounding the already tightly packed isles. The cashier was not rude but also not friendly and the whole experience was not only expensive but very unwelcoming.

I Love this place! The store is always spotless as well as the cages to the animals. But in my opinion they are a little more costly than the other pet stores.

The store itself is very nice they have a lot of variety. However they have puddles of water around near the aquariums. I slipped in the puddles and twisted my leg.I had Meniscus surgery. My knee has been very painful since I slipped at Petco and I'm hoping it didn't harm my recovery

The reason I went to PetCo was to get filters for my fish tank. I purchased some 3 months ago that were supposed to be shipped to my house. They were out of stock and I was never refunded. Paid in store to have delivered direct to me….it never happened.

The associates were very friendly and welcoming. I also thought there was a great selection of products and I really enjoyed spending time looking through everything. I thought the prices were comparable to online prices and I felt a lot better about buying from a local store. The coupons are great when you can get one!

Has great deals on food and items for your pets. Some employees are knowledgeable in their department but unfortunately it isn't a requirement... wish they didn't sell animals tho 😪

They seem knowledgeable but if what ever product you purchase doesn't work out, just return it. Even used within a reasonable time frame of course. Great to have a pet store in the neighborhood.

Would give it 5 stars but I HATE how you get a better price shopping online than picking it up in the store. Why would you value 1 customer over another? Why would you value the customer that bought a specific item and not the one who buys extra random stuff because they are in the store browsing grabbing there own items off the shelf.I shouldn't have to haggle and feel like a bum to get the price I seen online before I went into the store, and have to prove it also. And were talking sometimes a 20%+ difference in prices so I'm not complaining over an extra .25c but a considerable amount.Example - 2 part aquarium epoxy putty buy 2 get 50% off (basically a buy 1 get 1 deal) Had to haggle in store and only got 50% off of 1 after I gave up. They are $15.99 each i think or maybe $16.99 each, either way I lost out on $8.00 in savings at least because I went into store to buy it......on only 1 item! It just isint right and its turned me off to the store. Now ill look on Chewy.com first and I recommend you do the same

They need to pay better attention to the registers or leave a bell there for customers to ring. Associates should be more noticable so customers know who to approach for assistance.

The experience at the store was great, no problems. As a matter of fact, the staff was very easy to work with and very helpful. They accommodated a change I requested at the store on my order. My only complaint is the online shop did not offer all available options for purchase of the size bag of dog food I searched for, but I was able to find it at the store. Also, I kept receiving multiple emails to pick up my order days AFTER I had picked it up.

Drove to this particular store because the website said this store had what I was looking for. The sales associate was helpful and went to look in the back for the item. They however didn't have it.
