Management could be a little friendlier. Shoe/sneaker area was wiped out, asked a lady (come to find out is management) what was going on with that area and the exact response I received was "it's not my fault, they send us what they send us". Not exactly sure who "they" is, but they need more footwear please. I have the store 3 stars because the cashier that checked me out whom was NOT management was super nice, and apologetic. So whoever "they" is, please have a sit down with your management about being a little nicer.

I dont go in here often. We went looking for dress shoes for my teen daughter. Let's say their shoe selection very good. We did find a Christmas gift on a table set up in the front of the store. I didnt get to the back of the store but I do remember in the past they have some nice things for the home. I feel it's a hit or miss store so if your looking for something it dosent hurt to browse around.

I have nothing but bad things to say about this place. How dare you constantly put amazing clothes and items at reasonable prices, and FORCE me to keep using my rewards cash for gifts and personal items I greatly desire and need. UNACCEPTABLE!

Not bad I feel at times some.of their clothes are out of season or fashion. Need bigger selection. But over all it's a nice store. Employees are very nice and helpful. But love the larger store. Rochester is nice.

Prices are GREAT !!! STAFF NOT SO MUCH .. RATHER RUDE! I understand that the shelves need stock HOWEVER sitting on the floor talking on your phone and ignoring the women with a stroller NOT TO IMPRESSIVE!!

Love this place! Great quality for great prices and sizes for at least big girls and little girls. I haven't gotten quite to the men's section. The boys and babies sections looked nice though. Household goods are lovely. Cosmetics and shoes are lovely too! The nicest staff ever, always so kind and old school.

It is really well set up and I don't have employees bothering me to buy something every three seconds. But there are plenty of people who can help find things. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because they have so many Toronto Blue Jays and not any Pittsburgh sports stuff.Other than that, great and dangerous place to be when you don't wanna spend too much money. Where the clothes and other items are cheap, you just always buy too much stuff!In all seriousness, a fun place to get new clothes at extremely discounted prices!

The staff are amazingly nice. They offer assistance and are very helpful. You can find them easily if you need something. Dressing rooms were dusty, but employees fixed that right away. Found very good clothes and at a decent price. Easy to navigate in this location.

Found what I wanted for low prices. Great items on clearance and many of them. Great customer service! Always a big deal for me due to so much bad service in so many establishments. If you live in the city, it's a great place to shop, just to get away!

I was told that they had a good selection of button-down shirts which wasn't true. I really didn't care for their men's selections. I actually thought it's sister's store TJ Maxx had more men's items available.

So same as every one elts writing review about this store location. The store is nice easy to find things. Happy with the store products. However the customer service at this location is not good at all. The yong girls are nice and all but any one in this store location over the age of 20's seems to be very rude and hate their job. Even the manager are awful.

I work here, it is a nice place I can tell you the floors and bathrooms are clean.If you are looking for very nice home decor this place most definitely will have everything you need from lamps to photo frames and ceramics, tables, chairs, lamps, accessories, handbags, backpacks, shoes and anything else that you could possibly think of buying in your home.

I was so excited to hear they were putting a Marshall’s in town! One thing I can say is that the employees are always very kind and helpful. The organization of the store could most certainly improve! I find it very difficult to find certain things because of how the store is set up, but that’s not a huge deal. The best part is you can find some really great savings and brands in this store!!

Great prices and great store. But my cons are that the men's section is so confusing. They have it mixed in with boys and then the other side of the building they have other mens stuff as well makes no sense. I wonder who their director was that approved that layout but it's a complete mess. Place need to be more organized

I'm only giving 3 stars because everything in the store was easy to find, and easy get what you needed. However, checkout serivice/customer service was severely lacking. Our Marshalls rewards card had not expired, but treated it as such and forced us to activate our new one. While they were giving instruction on what to do, the cashiers did absolutely nothing besides that, and were no help what so ever. They made no phone calls, no service calls, absolutely nothing. All they did was watch. Would come again, but would wait for service from other cashiers than the ones that tried to help. Those cashiers Lousy, Lousy, Lousy.
