The manager WAS SO RUDE UNHELPFUL AND DIDNT EVEN LOOK TO SEE IF ANY OTHER PRODUCT WOULD WORK!! SO off I went to HOME DEPOT BUT instead of buying a $20. Part I spent $250 and wasn't ANGRY ABOUT IT! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!

Great customer service! I needed a replacement hardwear piece for an outlet but has to fit be long enough and right widith. I even brought the piece I was ankering to the wall and the service guy found the perfect fit and tried it in an outlet for me.And this was the cheapest part under $1 sale. Thank you guys for being a smaller hardware store.I am floored with your service. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.Thank you

Store person rude and had an attitude, would not honor items that were tagged as being on sale, they said the sale was over and we had to pay full price. Also would not honor a legitimate $5.00 off coupon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE...THEY MAKE UP THIER OWN SALES, PRICES AND WHAT COUPONS THEY WILL TAKE AND NOT TAKE.

Terrible service, no selection for lumber. Trying to build a table, new to purchasing lumber. They made me feel like an idiot and had nothing I needed. I'm sure they had a lot to do there though, with zero other customers. Had to get back to that.

You can drive up to the lumber. Get a quote before buying from big box stores. They are usually cheaper.
