Lovely store. Games & Toys were put togther well without misplaced peices. The workers all were helpful and not miserable. The male manager was wonderfully pleasant! The prices are fair, of course always have a few we disagree with but thats fine, and the half off color is REMARKABLY fun! Keep up the good work! Love the new store! Compared to Salvation Army here in Batavia, this Goodwill is wonderful.

Scary how overpriced everything was and when i asked the employee what were the sale colors she told me nothing is on sale since it is the grand opening. I eneded up spending almost $50 on 5 shirts. How was there no sale colors when thrift stores are supposed to be affordable for those who cant afford brand new clothes? I dont think ive ever spent that much money before while thrifting and ive been thrifting for years. Shame on goodwill

Prices are ridiculous!! $14.99 for a pair of used shoes, not even designer. $8.99 for a plastic used oriole feeder. $3.99 for a dollar store PJ Masks plastic container. $ 8.99 for a small glass vase. $3.99 for a 2022 used girl scout cookie tin. What is going on out here? It's not as though any of it is vintage. Eveything is well worn. None of the Rochester Goodwill prices are this high! Walmart is cheaper for brand new items. It definately was not worth the drive!

Small compared to other GW stores, kind of dingy, but people were friendly. Not a big selection, however, but I did manage to find a few interesting things. Many of the thrifts around these parts are in the habit of putting tshirts mixed in with other types of shirts & blouses, which is annoying, and their habit of stocking things in color order, but oh well, they don't have the room and probably don't get much stock from their distribution center.

The employees are always friendly and the store is well taken care of. It seems like they don’t get as much cool stuff as other local Goodwills, but I’m not sure if that’s a distribution issue or just a coincidence of what’s dropped off. That being said, I got a rotisserie machine marked half off on a Sunday that we use weekly and I found a 100% cashmere sweater for $6. So when you do find a gem here, my goodness is it worth the stop!

This is a very nice and clean Goodwill. Excellent brand names on clothing and handbags. Shoes were all a little overpriced but we're also very clean. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

I checked. Some items have same or more value tag than the new one in the market. I aspecting l should pay less than half of used item than new one. Finally, these donated items should not be costly.

As a oversea-visitor and huge thrifter I enjoyed my visit here in July.The store is a really good size, selection was really varied and had so many neat and interesting nick-knacks which I wish I could have bought but wouldn't have survived the plane journey home. Also the staff were very helpful with checking me out swiftly and directing me to the changing room to try on some clothes.My favourite purchase has got to be this immaculate Wishbone plush. Which I believe was only a dollar. I couldn't believe my luck.Looking forward to my next shop there definitely!

I feel sorry for the residents of Batavia, both their thrift stores S.A. And Goodwill are completely costly and outrageously over priced. Or go to the Mall and pay similar prices.

Better selection of better quality items, far better organized and much easier to find what you are looking for than other local thrift shops (such as Salvation Army Family Store). Usually relatively clean as well. The only negative is the prices are a bit high for a business that sells exclusively donations, especially when you consider that for each item sold their profit margin is 100%.

It's clean and well-organized. Thus is not a big-city thrift shop; the selection and variety are somewhat less. But for a small-town store it has some good options, and it's definitely kept in good order. No junk or chaos to be found here.

Small store that is organized. Not a large variety of furniture. Does have a few shelves of glassware and the like. This store offers Veterans a discount with I.D.

I like thrifting.. but Goodwill can be pricey for a thrift store. Still I do find very good deals quite often.

I wanted a dress for a costume. It was old, treaked by sun damage, color damage under armour area. Price marked almost $10. I asked about it and was told they can't change the price. Goodbye.

I prefer Goodwill over others that are problematic. Been here a few times since moving to Batavia and it always has a lot of variety and I leave with something.

The hours are long which is nice, however the products are not always in great condition. Great selection of clothes and books.

Ive been to most of the goodwill stores around the area and this is a newer store.The store has a foul odor.The young male cashier did not know what to charge for certain items and overcharged.Large amt cloths to look threw if you can stand the odor.
