Almost every time I come here the cashiers are rude, they don't even bother to say hello. The workers stand around the store gossiping, even as I'm walking past they just keep talking. You all are working in customer service...if you don't want to provide good customer service you shouldn't be working with customers at all. And instead of standing around talking amongst each other, it wouldn't kill you to clean the place up a bit.

It's bad enough it $1.25 Tree, every thing they sell also shrunk in size. Cheese us, either raise the price or shrink the product size NOT BOTH.The greeting cards are the only good reason for stopping by even though they went up on price from 2/$1 to $1 each the selection is very good.

I called in order for balloon. They never told me over the phone that price had gone up. Had to go home to get more money.Cashier was rude and manager in training had his nose into the phone.Please bring back the last managerhe

Friendly staff keeping very busy stocking shelves and what not.Manager was just as busy but still willing to stop what he's working on to help his employees or assisting customers.Store was bright, clean, and well stocked.I enjoyed my shopping time at this Dollar Tree and would recommend others to shop there.

The store was very nice and they got a lot of things there and I was very impressed with all the name brands they have. Is great that they have bathrooms for customers but you definitely need sanitizing wipes before you touch anything in there, especially the toilet.

Well stocked neat clean store easy to shop yes everything is now $1.25 mostly but still a deal. Cards for 2 for a $1They put in self check outs in.

This store seems like it might be one of their flagship stores. Sometimes when people on YouTube are talking about things they’ve found at Dollar Trees nationwide, this is often the only store locally that features some of these products, even over Rochester locations. It’s well stocked and always fun to walk through and see what’s new!

Always very clean and stocked.Very friendly workers..Especially the one man who I am not sure if he is the manager but so friendly and accommodating!! My favorite go to spot for crafts and household items!

Literally stole my money. Was told payment didn't go through but showed posted charges from Dollar tree Dollar tree employee refuse to give me any assistance and instead decided to play on his phone. Still have not received a refund nor did I receive the merchandise that was paid for. Received no help from employees, terrible experience terrible establishment terrible employee

Absolutely obsessed with Dollar Trees. Some products are actually great quality for the price. One of the few dollar retailers I know with items actually being a dollar! Staff was nice, place was well stocked and organized.

Ridiculous they have 3-4 employees staffed at all times with 1 person cashing people out. They have a line from register all the way to their freezers. This has been an on going problem at this location for years. You think they would staff more people during peak days/hours but apparently they can't get it right.

This location is always on razor sharp point. Plenty of stock in every department, neat, organized and clean. Always impressed when I go in.

They were allowing people in the store without wearing a mask. The young man working there had to see them because he was at the door moving stock that was outside on sidewalk in because it was almost closing time. The cashier also seen them because they turned a phone they found in the parking lot to the register when they went in.

CASHIER WAS LEFT WITHOUT HELP.LINE WAS DOWN THE ASILE TO THE BACK OF STORE. SHE CALLED FOR BACKUP NO ONE CAME. WE CALLED THE STORW OURSELVES AND ASK IF SOMEONE COULD COME OUT OF THE FRONT OFFICE TO HELP. WAS TOLD COUNTING WE COULD WAIT.CASHIER WAS VERYY VERY NICE AND APOLOGIZED FOE THE WAIT. SHE A TROOPER. THE OTHER 2 NEED TO GET IN THE BALL. WHEN SHE DID COME OUT SHE RANG UP 1 CUSTOMER AND LEFT AGAIN. RIDICULOUS. THANK YOU
