That Dollar General had what I needed, & obviously for pretty good prices. Respectful employee's as well so all good.It's gotten very disorganized every time I go now. Stuff is all over the place, & not put on the shelves properly or at all in many of the aisles. Only one employee now. I hope that they get it back together. It went down since I started going which was not long ago at all.

Being generous with two stars. Since they only had card only self checkout I couldn't make a purchase. And I will never shop at a place that has only 2 registers and one is a self checkout. Keep the self checkouts at bigger stores where they have both cashier's and self checkouts.

Works are rude 80% of ones i had to deal with. Store to small selfves are so close 2 people will struggle between displays to get by eachother.Add on to this review its 6 yeats later. Need to get something fast i havent been there in years . I walked in and the smell of swer and motor oil hit me as soon As i enter the store . . Im calling the healrh department

This place is a real dump! All the shelves are bare empty and it reminds me of a store in some post-apocalyptic era. They literally have NOTHING! I finally asked the cashier how come the store is completely empty and she claimed that it’s because they haven’t gotten any truck shipments in in a long time. What I want to know is how come all the other Dollar General stores are stocked just fine and not this one? Doesn’t make sense to me. The store looks so pathetic that my only regret is that I did not take a bunch of pictures and post them up on here. The manager should be fired because they’re obviously incompetent. Save your time and frustration and go shop somewhere else.

This store is absolutely a disgusting disaster area! Filthy rotten dirty and smells like sewer. This company should be ashamed of the way most of their stores look in this area. They have all been in really bad shape for the last 5 years or so. Some of them should be closed down as a fire hazard especially Batavia and Leroy.

I love this store but I have to rate a one because every single time I get something from here the clerk doesn't add all the items I placed for buying, has to be prodded to do so, then looks around in circles like an idiot while I wait for him to spin the bag wheel so I can get all my bags. After a while I give up and ask is that all my stuff? The clerk says yes, I get home and half my stuff is not in the order. It would be okay if it happened once or twice...but every freaking time! I've probably wasted a good five hundred bucks over the last year alone here. Please pay attention to the customer as they depart and make sure you aren't holding their bags hostage on the wheel.

Good selection, clean store and good staff. Employee's are super helpful and always able and willing to help when in need. No wonder these stores are popping up everywhere if they are all like this place prepare to see more.

Place is trashy and filthy! Store is cluttered. You can't even walk down half of the aisles. Where you can walk down the shelves are pretty much bare. Staff is rude as well. All the staff should just be fired and get a whole new crew in it. What ever happened to the old managers that knew how to run a store? Just go down the road to Family Dollar instead or head to the other end of town.

A bit disorganized. Always has trash piled up outside. Always has someone standing by the box you get bagged ice out of scaring customers and trying to keep people from inside. Employees refusing to get rid of him. Dirty when you first walk in. Then you have who ever is running the store standing around playing and messing around instead of working

Good customer service but, too much clutter. (Too many utility carts in the Isles which make access to products almost impossible at times). This store definitely needs a night stock crew.

How do you cash someone out and then the machine breaks and the cashier doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing and then In says can’t take cash ridiculous 😂😂 I bet you a person with a disability can do better than them

Shevels are not full. It is not my preferred Dollar general. It has a more urban feel. Sales associates are friendly. There is always a line to check out.I cant even use my dollar general in app cupons in store 70% of the time because they are out of the stuff.And I love dollar generals over all it just varies on location.There is always stock all over the floor that needs to be put away.Hate waiting in line for 20 mins they need to hire more help or keep themTh

I'm not a big fan of this place, they accuse you of stealing and also follow you around the store like your some kind of thief. It really got me angry watching them go down the same isle as me every damn time. I wouldn't really blame the store tho I guess just some people are extremely good at abusing their power. So I'll give another star just for the store itself.

The staff is friendly and the store has an easy layout along with affordable prices. I would give 5 stars but the store is generally messy (ie. Shelves disorganized, low or no stick in some areas)

Arthur, is a hard worker. Always friendly and makes sure to greet every customer, and is certain to ask if you need any assistance locating any item. Which if you ask for help Arthur is sure to locate anything.

About 75%of the staff are nice, the other 25% s em bothered while cashing you out. Floors are disgusting and need to be mopped with clean watet. Always under stocked on important items like milk, bread and such. Isles are cluttered with stock carts which makes it so you can't get to items on the shelves. Heaven forbid you are disabled and have a wheelchair, you won't be able to yet around the store let alone past the front door. And thier systems are always crashing. Management needs to up thier game at this store, if I wanted a store to be so getto I'd go to Rochester or Buffalo

This has to be the most disgusting store I have ever been in. The floors don't look like they've been mopped in weeks. Every aisle has either items on the floor or on stocking carts or both, several aisles you can not even get down.

I love the Dollar General in Batavia New York. Walmart can not match the prices. I was just there yesterday and they were so helpful because I have one leg the girl was Finding Me stuff and bring it to me that was so nice thank you

They always seem to not have enough employees working the store and having to close early cause short staffed and aisles cluttered are you go through aisles and the employees seem to hate it there they don't wanna work there and do there job and always seem to have an attitude!

This cashier named irish tried to keep my change which was almost ten dollars. And she lied to me to and was rude to me and christina the one manger was rude to me too and the aisle had stock carts in them that place is nasty and they dont keep the shelves stocked and the stuff is in the but on the stock carts so u cant even get

For a dollar store things don't exactly cost as such, or round to even amounts. Selection otherwise was fine, layout was a little weird, but overall, no complaints.

The cleanliness is getting better. But would recommend that they do stock when there are no customers because it's hard to get down the isle.

Only one cashier, extremely busy with about 6 to 10 people in line at any given point while standing an waiting. No one helped the cashier who did a good job by the way, and someone that looked to be in charge standing around just watching and or on the phone!!!

Store is usually well stocked,the staff is friendly and helpful,the store manager (kevin) is very nice, and all about the customers needs,would definitely recommend this particular store!!!
