I would have to say one star as I've been doing business here for over 10 years every week I have gotten gas they opened up a smoke shop and put my name and number in to win a blanket that was drawn on the 1st I get a phone call no message I called back no answer call back the next day it's the totem smoke shop how did they get my number? When I questioned about the blanket and gave my name she sounded very guilty on the phone and had to call me back saying they don't know how they got my phone number or who called me when I'm in out of area code to begin with. that's the only way I've ever given it for a raffle and they tell me someone else pick the raffle up that day they have lost my business all the way around all because of that smoke shop and they can't even get me a straight answer when I call today I will be going back down to the road to the others to get my gas and other products from now on

Foods not what it once was!! Stale bread cold french fries 🍟I'll give them another chance, but they better get it together. Most people today are watching their dollars 💵 so l'am sure they would like to get the best for it💵

I stop here every single week and have been doing that for at least 20 years. They have much more than just tobacco products too! They also have traditionally made Native American blankets and accessories that are absolutely beautiful! I seriously can't even think of 1 negative thing to say about the Totem Pole. You can pump your own gas and save .5c a gal. Or they have a Full Service line for those that don't wanna get out and do it. Why drive deeper into the Reservation when they have everything you need right there? Plus, all of us "Americans" should be supporting these businesses because the ones who live and work on this Reservation are the true Americans and IMO, it's the least we could do! Plus everything is tax-free!

Great selection, friendly staff. Gas prices are usually 50 cents less or better than gas stations off the reservation.I always stop off for gas when I'm nearby, well worth the extra few miles from the thruway.Self serve Island is 5 cents cheaper.

Staff are pleasent & polite. I thought prices were perfect. They're the closest to Rt-90 so you can grab-pay-go..!! (makes it hard for me to quit smoking again 😥👎🚬💰👎😧)

Great prices for tobacco & gas!Instead of spending $10-$13 per pack locally. I take a 30min drive here once a month and buy a Carton for only $29! And also fill up my gas tank and two 5 gallon gas cans that my hubby uses for lawn equipment, snow removal, 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, etc!They have a drive-thru for your cigarette needs. And also a option of full serve or self serve for gas. With a .5 cent discount for self serve.They also sell diesel and propane gas as well.They just opened a dispensary across the parking lot from main store that sells cbd, gummies, etc. But it is "cash only" sales.The main store does have an atm inside though.I believe they are open everyday, really early to really late. Even for holidays.

I’m very pleased with Totem Pole Smoke & Gas establishment because they offer the best service with competitive pricing! They are also great with their gas prices and especially the diesel which is well worth the drive of 50 plus miles one way. I can go on and on about how great they have treated me and my wife,but I don’t want to spoil your surprise when you arrive to experience the laid back atmosphere yourself…….🤓😎✊✌️

Apparently they can put price tags on items and then charge more at the register. When asked about honoring the price on the item I was told I was in the wrong country. SMH. USED to go here for gas. Not anymore

If zero stars was an option, that’s what they would be getting…My father went to this place and bought 15 cartons of Signal box 100s and 16 cartons of Native box 100s along with two dream catchers, totaling $794. He paid in cash. When I picked up the cigarettes from him I noticed my 16 cartons of Natives were not 100s, they were regulars. I called the store and talked to the manger Liz and respectfully requested that they exchange them for 100s. We unfortunately didn’t keep the receipt because we have never had to return cigarettes before. She refused to agree to exchange them claiming they “don’t know you bought them here” even though I was able to describe the cashier, the date and time the purchase was made, the amount of the purchase and the items purchased. She refused and when I asked why they wouldn’t exchange them when they do not keep their cigarettes out for the customer to shop for themselves, they expect the cashier to give the correct cigarettes that were requested. She hung up on me.This is ridiculous. They would not be losing money. Just providing simple customer service to rectify a mistake their employee made… it would not have been difficult to do and is simply the ethical thing to do.I guess this business loses the $800 we spend every 3 months at their establishment. Hope it’s worth being petty over.

I Have been going to this store for many years. I also have my propane tanks refilled there. I went there yesterday and they refused to fill my propane tank because it is out of date. I understand this is what they should've been doing all along but it's been out of date for 7 years and I fill it there every year! Anyway, this review is a warning for everyone to check the date on your tank before going to the rez to fill it. If it it's out of date, exchange it somewhere else and go to the rez next time.

I have to say, I went with a friend while we were in town labor day weekend, & it was a blast. The guy who was working Sunday night was absolutely hysterical & extremely helpful. He had us laughing pretty good. The selection is phenomenal & the prices are even better. Definitely hope to return soon!
