Over last year+ we have used doggy daycare and boarding for our dog and in our home care for our cat. All wonderful experiences! Our original pup unfortunately passed last Spring. When we decided to rescue a new pup last Fall, and we got her in doggy daycare soon after. She’s a bit of a hard case as she doesn’t like people she does not know. But when we introduced her to Maegan for a daycare meet & greet, our pup liked her almost immediately! She has also since boarded there, and unsurprisingly it was a great experience .

Strutting Pooch is the best! I have used several companies in the past and had some bad experiences (namely with the on line service at Rover).Emily and her team did a great job. They were good to my 2 dogs, my cat, and 4 chickens! Always on time and they do everything asked of them and more. They go the extra mile, sent me pictures every day and let me know how every visit went. I could not give a higher recommendation. They are awesome! They loved and cared for my pets like they were theirs - here’s just a few pics from the Strutting Pooch when they took care of them for me.

As an Employee of Strutting Pooch and a client, I can say that they are the best pet sitting service around! There’s no one else I’d trust to watch my fur babies while I’m away. With a detailed report, lots of photos, and the gps tracker to show exactly where my pup walked puts me at ease when I’m away. We always go the extra mile while watching your fur babies. Strutting Pooch is a first class operation. We started using them as soon as we moved to the Saratoga Springs area after having several bad experiences with Rover. They go out of their way to accommodate last minute changes, send a full report with pictures after each visit and their grooming quality is outstanding. I can’t recommend them more highly! My Maggie and Lexi love them all!

The strutting pooch did an amazing job. We just picked up a rescue and got him bathed and nails done and he's doing really well. He has been super happy. As a service the staff are attentive and kind. He will be making regular visits I'm sure.

We just used Strutting Pooch for the first time with our 2 senior pugs. It was a great experience! We did 2 overnights and a mid day check in. We had 2 different sitters (one for the overnights and 1 for the mid day Check in). Each sitter was great at communicating through the app and sending pics and updates. It was great to know they work as a team so we could be confident someone would be here to check in. We came home to happy dogs!!! Will book with them again!

Our family has been with Strutting Pooch for several years. I am always impressed by the loving, professional, and quality care that they provide for our cats. Our cats had a rough start to life. They contracted panleukopenia as kittens before we adopted them. They are survivors and precious to us. The folks who take care of our cats give us peace of mind when we cannot be there to care for them and that means a lot to us. Bridget had never been away from our family since we adopted her, and I wasn’t sure what to expect leaving her for five days at strutting pooch for dog boarding.I received pictures of her and a message every evening. Maegan actually went above and beyond for my sensitive pug.I highly recommend the Strutting Pooch for dog boarding without kennels- Bridget came home healthy and herself after her stay at this free-range house, definitely set up for dogs to be comfortable.

I just feel it needs to be noted that this company and the staff within it, starting with those who built it from scratch All the way to the newest member they hire, it's all about the pets and care of pet clients and their families. This company consists of all pet friendly humans who can easily adopt to your pet's needs and schedules. The staff are reliable and dependable and will instantly become fast friends with your family fur babies. I would know. I used the service when I sadly had to travel without my babies, and then after COVID hit, I found myself asking why I didn't just spend every day with the animals just as easily. Shortly thereafter, I decided to become part of the team. It's a fun and important duty and we are so animal friendly you would be neglecting those fur babies of yours for not giving them/us a try 😉

We love The Strutting Pooch! Ever since we found them and signed them up to be our cat sitters when we are away, we've had peace of mind knowing that our kitties are well-cared for. We don't worry about them anymore when we're gone, although we still miss them! Chris is one of the "sitters" and Holmes and Charlie love him! He gives them lots of love and sends us cute pictures so we can see our boys everyday. He is professional and reliable. Fantastic pet sitting business! We used them to pet sit our cat for a week while we were on vacation, one daily 20 minute visit. The entire experience working with them was seamless, Kayla was wonderful.Detailed daily updates, pictures, etc gave us the peace of mind that everything was taken care of. I used to use Strutting Pooch consistently to walk my 90 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback (can be a really stubborn guy) mid day and have always had a great experience. The walker they sent genuinely loved my dog as if he was her own. I've seen my dog interact with her too and I can tell the love was mutual. I hadn't used them for a while due to COVID and other changes but reached out on a whim on a Saturday mid day to see if they could send someone over in a few hours of me reaching out. Not only did they get back to me within minutes- but they were able to accommodate. I definitely recommend Strutting Pooch if in need of a dog walking service! I haven't utilized their other services so I can't speak on those but you can tell the employees truly love the dogs.

I have a companion dog who fully expects a companion if I’m out of town. The Strutting Pooch is totally awesome. They are always quick to respond and my dog loves them. They are truly dog lovers and took care of my dog as if he were their own. Even though he is a finicky eater he did not skip any meals. They played with him, took him on walks and kept him happy. I felt comfortable with them from the first meeting and they are insured and bonded. Love their service and have peace of mind when I travel.

Excellent dog walking service. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and reliable. I especially enjoy the fact I can easily book and communicate over their website. Absolutely the best! We have been through several sitters for our "insanely energetic" GSP and finally we have found a perfect match. Sylvia and her staff at The Strutting Pooch work so well with our dog!The Strutting Pooch staff has meshed wonderfully with Gunner's outgoing and needy personality. It was immediately obvious that Sylvia is a dog lover and after our first visit we knew she and her staff would be able to give our dog the attention that he craves. Being able to fully trust someone who will be taking care of not just your pet but also your home while you are away is something we thought we would never find. My elderly dog Peyton loves the Strutting Pooch! She had so much fun on her vacation playing with little Biscotti and Willow (Phyllis) and all the other dogs that come and go. The Strutting Pooch team are very caring and loving to all animals and they were very loving and caring to my elderly dog Peyton.
