First off, on the map, it still shows this Stewart's at it's old location at the traffic circle. It has moved a bit south of the former location and now has Sunoco gas as well. So, I went in this morning to get a coffee and a hard roll (around 8:30 - 8:45). SIX of the air-pots were completely empty! Totally absurd to be empty at that hour of the morning. Crew not keeping up with the volume of business. As upset as I was, it really wasn't a huge deal, as I went down up the street, and got a real nice coffee from a competitor (CF).

What a great experience with the crew that was working Sunday, September 11 around 8pm. A couple of us got make your own sundaes. The staff was so friendly, and very polite. It was a little busy but they handled the customers with ease and professionalism. They should all be commended for a job well done! 😊

Stopped in for a hand packed pint and had the BEST experience! Marc was so wonderful and fun! Stewart’s is always the go to spot for ice cream but Marc made the experience that much more fun and enjoyable!

Sheri, Groom's Road Stewart's in Clifton Park, was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I had ordered two box coffees-both decaf and caf-for a small concert we were having. Sheri (sp?) had everything in place-cups/cream/sugar/etc. and perfectly ready for us to pick up and organized. She was efficient, friendly and a true professional. On Wed 10/20, at 10:30pm, we were travelling through from, Burlington, VT (we would love a Stewart's) and we stopped at the Shoppe in Malta for ice cream. We had amazing customer service from the gentleman working the counter. He had a trim beard and was so knowledgeable and quick to offer the hand-packed pint special. Bravo for him!

We went out for ice cream with gift cards, which did not have as much cash on them as we expected. We only had enough to afford a single cone. However, the cashier (if a manager is reading, his name is Marc and he is awesome) used his own card to buy us another cone! Customer service here is always great and this is just above and beyond.

I had worked a long day across the street at Bentleys tavern and came in right before closing and Marc helped me with two milkshakes i was short with money being we had been loses for two weeks and he went out of his way and put in a dollar for me so i could get my girlfriend who is 9 months pregnant and myself a couple of milkshakes if someone from corporate sees this, this is why i have always been a loyal Stewart’s customer simply because of people like Marc behind that register l! Thanks again Marc !

One of the employees at the shop in malta is awesome! Super energetic and seems to be very happy with their job. She made my moms Sunday and it was the best one I've ever seen!

I always go to store 136. Everyone there is so wonderful! But Emily out of all sticks out the most! She is so bubbly and knows how to put a smile on anyone's face! I always make sure I go when she is on.

Without a doubt, the two guys behind the counter tonight are two of the nicest, friendliest, jovial, most helpful employees you'll ever meet. They didn't have what I was looking for but were kind enough to send me to a place I could find it. I wish they could work at every convenience store I walked into for the rest of my life.

Walk in the door for a FRESH cup of coffee..... nope. See clerk pouring old coffee together in same pot. No ty. IS THIS EVEN ALLOWED???I am tired of trying to get good tasting coffee here. It ALWAYS tastes old. PLEASE SOMEONE STOP THIS!

Emily is my number one reason for coming to store 136. She is personable, professional, and I see her always busting her hump to clean, promote sale items, and provide what I can only term as excellent customer service.

A convenience store that has lost the convenient part. Between chatty employees, customers dealing with lottery, special order ice-cream, and food prep; lines tend to back up and efficiency plummets.Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all of these things in one place, but maybe install a self check-out or dedicate a register to the "specialty" goods (not just scan and pay)

The worst Stewart's I've been in. Just about every employee has made myself and others wait while they chat with each other, customers, or just stare at their phone. Most times that I've looked, their hamburgers/sandwiches in the warmer were still out past the time they should be. The place isn't very clean, especially the tables. I avoid this stop when I can, but it's the closest place to me.

I lost my dog of 16 years. My Dad died at 91 and today I received a STEWARTS hug. Ernie responded to my grief by asking if she could share a hug. Thank you Stewarts for finding loving employees.

I have stopped at this location 3 times for a breakfast sandwich or a hard roll but for some reason they never have any out .do not go to this Stewart's in the morning if you are hungry .

This rating was a bit difficult to compose write because this stewarts is really a good store. But, in these economic conditions, many things seem too expensive. You are able to find almost anything needed there. Coffee is good, there are soups, hot dogs, and other foods.

Look, Stewarts has everything you need and is always a friendly experience. I go there for firewood, ice cream and sandwitches often. You cant beat it!

Hot food is supposed to be coded for 3 hours bought a sandwich This morning at 7 am bread was pretty toasted meaning the food was in there for atleast an hour but the code on the sandwich says 11am meaning they are keeping hot food in the warmers for 5+ hours no wonder the last 1 I bought the meat was brown...if the sandwich I just bought today at 7am was wrapped at 7am code would be 10am

Been going to this Stewart’s since I was a kid. Recently moved to the south where there are NO Stewart’s and I really miss it! I believe this place deserves more than 3 stars

Stewarts is always a great neighborhood convenient store!! One of the cheapest around always!! There dairy products the best!!
