Took our pups for the first time to the Express Bath. The staff walked me through everything available, which was a lot more than I expected! They were super friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back! Only got shots of the one bc it took both of us (myself and my husband) to bathe the other one.

I took our dog for his first ever professional groom with Cassie. It was the best price that I’ve found in this area, and they did a full service on him when I originally booked for just a trim. He is normally very shy and easily spooked around new people, bur he loved Cassie and she made him feel so comfortable. I’m so glad we made the choice to go with Pampered Pooch and he’ll definitely be going back before the holidays!

First time visitor. We used the DIY canine bathing station and it was great! The room was clean, all sorts of shampoo and brushes and the dryer were provided. There were even two rubber aprons hanging on the wall. After the bath is over there is a couple of dog biscuits sitting on the drying towel. That was a nice touch.

If you’re reading this review wondering if you should try this place out, the answer is YES! They are a one stop shop for all your pet supply needs! This is how my dogs sleep after a day at daycare with them.. We tried multiple day cares before this one and I now won’t trust any others my dogs! Not only do we do daycare here, I have their baths done here (Alyssa does an AWESOME job btw if you’re looking for a groomer) , all of our toys , treats , dog food I get here PLUS training! I have tried everything they offer for the dogs, daycare , training grooming and in every aspect I couldn’t be happier ! The owners are so great and so friendly, if you’re looking for a place that cares about your pets the way you do, this is the place!!!

We use Pampered Pooch for daycare, basic grooming, and toys.The staff is fantastic and you can tell they care about the dogs immensely.Manager who runs the daycare is extremely attentive and has it running like a well oiled machine. Very communicative.Have never felt anything but 100% safe leaving my dog with them.

Our dog attended doggy daycare for 7+ years a couple days a week and it was one of his favorite places in the whole world. Rob, Derek and their employees care a great deal about providing everyone with the best care possible. Rob has so much knowledge when it comes to dogs and his passion for providing a fun and safe enviornment is evident. We're so gratful to have found Pampered Pooch and would recomend them to anyone!

They are the best! It is very obvious how much they love the animals they take care of! I feel so comfortable leaving my dog with separation anxiety with them. He loves to go there and gets to play with all his friends - dogs and humans! I can't recommend them enough!

Great place for grooming! My dog gets pretty anxious and can be fussy getting her nails trimmed. They did a great job and didn’t make me feel like she was a “hassle” for being a little anxious. They are also very quick (and still very meticulous) compared to other places that leave your dog in a crate all day. She was in and out in two hours. Staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. Would recommend!

Rob has an extensive historyIn dog show & now dog training-/: we haveBrought dogs with difficult behaviors to him& he helped our human & pet familytremendously. This was our first visit here and very pleased!! We took our recent rescue shih szu there to be groomed was very hesitant because never used them before and always worried about leaving them. We were more than happy, every staff member is beyond helpful and pleasant. Alyssa groomed Franklyn and treated him like her own dog. Already booked his next appointment, love, love this place!!!

Reviewing for self serve dog wash: The man at the counter was very helpful, the set up was easy to use. There were treats afterwards, a ramp for my dog to get into the tub, a collar when in the tub to keep your pooch in the tub. Shampoo, scrub brush, forced air dryer, ear cleaner, nail clippers, cotton pads for ears, basically whatever you need all for $18.29 for 30 minutes.

The Pampered Pooch & Pals always go above and beyond with their services, if your looking for experienced groomers this is the place. They always take such good care of my dog Stella, and don’t get me started on the staff!! They are so knowledgeable and are so helpful with anything you need, they are so kind and love your dogs as if they were their own. The daycare/training is fantastic and is run by Rob, he is the true dog whisperer!!!! If I could give this place a 6 star review I would but sadly I can’t, they are truly the neighborhood pet center.

Grooming services are excellent. I am a barber and I know how difficult it can be working with clients that won’t sit still. Jen did an excellent job getting my two neurotic dogs groomed and looking great. The owners and staff are always friendly and they have a well-stocked store with good prices.

The owners are wonderful people. They are so informative on all your dogs needs. They will order just for you if they do not have your dog food you need. They are no higher in price than anyone else, if not cheaper, with their incentives like the $10 punch card, or certain dog foods, buy 12 get one free, and the information they provide when I ask them a question is priceless. Their self-cleaning area for your dog is always so clean with plenty of towels, soaps etc. Just give their store a try and you will never shop anyplace else for your pet's needs.

I love this store! What makes this store, are the owners! When I first went into the store, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman, Mr. Derek. Definitely, was welcoming, briefly, saying he and Mr. Ron are the new owners, included saying Mr.Brian is employeed, all have been friends for years. When first entering their store, the layout is so inviting, certainly, has a variety of items! The store is well kept. The staff, including, the owners are always willing to assist. What you are looking for, if they do not have, they will order! All are very knowledgeable. Shopping for your fur-baby ? Definitely, this is the store!

I always am greeted by name and the owner engages in quick, friendly conversation. I like the fact that the owner is aware of what I purchase on a monthly basis. He is always on top of dog food recalls, etc. The store is clean and orderly. Prices remain competitive. The store hours are readonable for working people. I would highly recommend this store for all of your pet's needs.

I bring my Lhasa Apso here for grooming every 6 weeks: I cannot praise both Mikaela and Jennifer enough. They are the very best groomers. Their attention to every detail is exceptional and their care and compassion shown to my special little girl is outstanding. Wide variety of dog food, treats, bird food, fish food. They give out samples of food so you don't have to buy the bag and find out your pet doesn't like it. A lot of places don't do that. It's like a down home pet store.Grooming and daycare available.Friendly staff, family business.They have a coupon system. I like this place
