The meat quality is really good at this Hannaford.You can catch a meat sale and walk out if here with some nice cuts or meat for a great price. Great for stocking the freezer.Parking lot is small and cramped with zero shade.Produce is fresh, nice selection.The location is convenient, saves a trip to Round Lake or Milton.

I like Hannaford. They have good selection in good quality. I have found aldi to be a really good starting off place before going to Hannaford to pick up specific items. Aldi has stepped up it's game

I for one am ecstatic that they opened this Hannaford up. I'm sure all of the locals are too. It's tucked back in behind McDonald's and has plenty of parking. They have a Clynk return station like the one in Milton. Prices are great on all products. Be sure to sign up for Hannaford Rewards if you are not a member yet.

I've been shopping here for several years. Its just your standard, run of the mill grocery store. No frills and so-so quality. Fairly clean, but not the best produce or seafood. Customer service is usually not great and the employees seem like they'd rather be elsewhere. Too bad it's the only store in Ballston Spa besides the 8 gas stations. Tonight I had to shop late and because the last cashier closed her lane at least 15 minutes before store closing, I had to run a full grocery shop through self checkout. At least 4 employees went out of their way to make sure I knew I wasn't welcome at the store near closing, ranging from muttering under their breath in the aisles, staring me down, to hovering over me at self checkout. If your employees weren't so lazy, I could have been gone by closing and if your employees want to leave at 10:30, don't stay open until 11.

Immaculate stores. Great selection of Organic and Vegan produce and packaged food. Excellent customer loyalty program along with appropriate manufacturers coupons to my phone. Highly recommended

Like the ease of the design in this store. Friendly cashiers and very clean. Would definitely recommend. However had a long wait at the Hannaford on Rossi way in Ballston spa NY. Wouldn't recommend the the pick-up option! Very slow

Still enjoying the benefits and feel of being a new store. Easy to get in and out of off of Rt.50. Plenty of parking. Very well organized and clean store. Nice shopping experience and friendly helpful associates!

I just keep going back to Hannaford..it's something about the "clean, fresh atmosphere." I especially like their continual restocking of meats..happens very often..the wrap is "new," the meats are fresh cuts, employees in produce are continually tweaking the displays so items are attractively displayed. Rare to find spoiled or nasty items. Use self checkout almost 100% of the time.

This store is brand new in fact they just started stocking frozen foods. They opened a little prematurely but all is new and state of the art. The products are all fresh as again just opened. I have used meat and bakery counters and have had great luck. I highly recommend this Hannaford to the Ballston Spa residents. Welcome to the neighborhood!

It is always important to look at expiration dates when shopping at Hannaford.I once got home with a bag of frozen bagels that had expired 3 years previous, yes years .(they might have been fine, but that's not what l paid for).Another time I brought back a bottle of pepsi that was a couple weeks past expiration. The women manager accused me of bringing back something old from my pantry.I then went and got her another expired bottle off the shelf and gave it to her. She gave me a dirty look but no apology.Hannaford is shady!

My absolute favorite go to store for my groceries. (Also the only place I can find my favorite scented candles, Black Bamboo, I usually buy every jar when I get the chance.) Their prices are low, their produce is always fresh. I just love the Inspirations brand of products that Hannaford puts out.

Worst customer service ever ! Rather talk to other associates than help customers ! Worst place to work. Favoritism. Hard workers don't get any respect ! Only associates that don't do nothing or stand at customer service watching shoes on the computer does ! One big joke ! I got threaten by another associate. One associate was going to punch me in the face . Should at least gotten a suspension, but nothing was done. I would not recommend anybody to shop or work there !

This review was posted for Round Lake Road Store. I don't know how it picked up the heading for Ballston. But in all fairness we have only stopped there once in Rossi Way and found no issues. Employees make these stores!

Love this store, big isles, clean and familiar faces however, bought Goya oven beef empanadas...hard crust, cold inside when heated as directed, no flavor, not much meat. Returned the remainder and a manager said we don't take returns. Did not mention that the policy was temporary or forever. No recourse offered. Never had such curt service with Hannaford. Hope this doesn't happen again.

The Hannaford located in Ballston Spa is exceptionally clean and well organized. The staff are very polite. Mr.Russell is an excellent employee. I noticed Mr.Russell , at all times, is very professional. I have been in this store at various hours, at all times noticed how professional Mr.Russell is. Mr. Russell goes beyond expections. Mr. Russell is an employee that Hannaford should be very proud to represent their company.
