Great customer service. The pharmacy usually has meds that others like CVS are constantly out of stock. Best customer service experience I've ever had at ANY pharmacy and is consistent. They actually care and go the extra mile.. Prices are similar to Market32 aka Price Chopper. Produce has never been an issue for quality for myself. I wish they had more sales similar to Market32, and higher rewards. Store brands are excellent.

Great store to shop for good deals, join the rewards club and get reward dollars and great free stuff, not to mention manufacturer coupons to clip and add on your rewards card in their app.All the employees are very nice.

This is my local grocery store since I've moved to the area. The customer service is great and store is a pretty good size. I really like their standalone Clynk return center on the outside of the parking lot. Very convenient. Being a shopper here frequently, I highly recommend signing up for the Hannaford Rewards program.

Always a good experience at Ballston Spa Hannaford on Trieble Avenue. During the pandemic and now Hannaford has stepped up their game with their app coupons, sales on meat and overall price comparison. Many times the prices are compatible with Aldi. But unlike Aldi you get a lot of services like a knowledgeable butcher or helpful associate. I used to laugh when friends called Hannaford 'Can't Afford'. That moniker no longer fits...:-)

I'm a frequent Hannaford shopper but Was not pleased at all with the customer service with Sam at the deli this morning felt like I was an inconvenience to her for being there , she was very miserable and it was an unpleasant experience ,will not be returning to that Hannaford

The hannaford in ballston spa ny is a very nice one with a great selection the only issue is the prices are on the high side

It's a Hannaford. You've been to one you've been to them all. This one's kinda old too. Nothing really cutting edge. Parking lot is small.On the plus, their clink bottle return program is wonderful. Saves a lot of time and dirty hands

This is a smaller but solid Hannaford. Produce and meat are good with a decently large selection. Most other sections have significantly fewer options than larger locations though. I go here often anyway since it's in a convenient location. It gets very busy, and deli and check out lines get long. Self checkout works well though for the latter.

We enjoy shopping at Hannaford in Milton. The store configuration is logical. Prices can be reasonable if you look for their brand. The staff are helpful. Parking is not a problem at the times when we shop.

Hannaford in Milton is hands down, one of THEE best around! Their layout it perfect, and their meat selection is hands down on par with a pure butcher shop. Evident by how often the shelves are emptied and restocked. The store is maintained, clean, and well kept. The staff is pleasant and always accommodating.Truly feels like a mom and pop shop, with chain store support 👍

You really have to look at expiration dates on EVERYTHING. Prices are staying in line with inflation, but seriously, get rid of the expired stuff on the shelf. Produce is sneaky- they repack overripe stuff under good looking fruit so you can't see the moldy strawberries until you get home.

I was just there the other day. I was shopping for some fruit. Not only was everything stocked tight, it was so shiny and very clean. The fruit I ended up getting was so yummy! Perfectly ripened, and super sweet. The staff there are also very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this store.

The store is good except when I ask for shaved meat I receive this?? Older woman with brown hair needs to do better. it’s only when I have her as my deli person that I have this issue.
