CVS in Ballston Spa older gentleman with glasses around his neck and gray hair when I pulled up to the drive-thru window looked at me out of the corner of his eye did not greet me I handed him my card gave him my information he then proceeded to say I need to see an ID for that controlled substance out loud which I do not think is necessary could have just asked for the ID. I work in healthcare there are different ways to go about it. Was not satisfied and that same gentleman is rude every time that I go there that's why I actually switched to Walgreens and by accident my prescriptions were sent to CVS today.

This pharmacy is an absolute mess. I called in to have my families prescriptions send over from the Price chopper pharmacy. I spoke with the pharmacist the day before gave them all of my information for my family. My insurance cards scripts everything. It was told that they were ready for pickup. When I went to go pick them up the next day they had no idea who I was. I was never in their system. I had to go back to the Price chopper pharmacist and she assured me that she had sent everything over the day before. When I went back to CVS again, they were continuing to tell me that my family was not in their system. I had to call the Price chopper pharmacist to call them again to verify our information. For some reason even though our prescriptions were ready to be picked up, we were never put in the system. When I told the woman Sarah behind the counter that we need to get the bottom of this. She told me she didn't have to do anything. This was their mistake I never received and I'm sorry or anything. This was their mess up that led me to go from the CVS pharmacy to the Price, chopper, pharmacy and back and forth and have to call back and forth. This is unacceptable. This is not the way you do business. When I went to go complain to the manager Linda she is not there. I was told by the woman of the front desk that they have a lot of problems with the pharmacy and I'm not the only one to have a complaint. I called corporate and also let them know the situation as well as filling out the survey. We will never be going to the CVS pharmacy again. I'll just deal with Price chopper.

The pharmacy personnel is always rude and unprofessional. Their cashier Brian was not only rude to me but was rude to the customer in front of me. He forgot to give the lady her Drivers License back and when she politely asked for it he tossed it at her and didn’t even say anything. I wish they would clear that whole place out and hire new staff.
