Hey everyone! I just had to share my amazing experience with Ballston Flooring. They did such a fantastic job restoring the hardwood floors in my new home. I want to give a special shoutout to my friend Craig Smith for making the sale. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he even surprised us with home baked cookies and a delicious cut of steak. Talk about going above and beyond! Oh, and I can't forget to mention that Craig also helped me move our fridge before the restoration. He’s a true champion!I also want to give a big shoutout to Russ and Brian, the talented craftsmen who worked on our 1100 square foot restoration job. They were absolutely outstanding. Their woodwork was flawless, and they were always clean, respectful, honest, and super knowledgeable. You could tell they had tons of experience and expertise.Overall, I have zero complaints about Ballston Flooring. They deserve a solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating for their exceptional work, top-notch customer service, and their team members like Craig who go the extra mile. If you're looking to have your hardwood floors restored, I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Ballston Spa Carpet and Tile enough. They were phenomenal to deal with from the moment I first walked in to talk about my project. They didn’t pressure me and was there for any questions I had. The install went incredibly smooth and the installers were fantastic. Professional but friendly. I will NEVER go to a big box store or anywhere for my flooring. Pictures do not do this floor justice. Everybody that comes in just loves it! I love it!!! Highly recommend Ballston Carpet!!

I ordered outdoor carpet for my porch steps. The cost to sand and paint was more expensive than carpet. I love the results! Andrew is a five-star representative and Cody, the installer worked into the night to finish a perfect job.

We were able to tale samples home & if they didn’t have a sample, they would order it for us. Prefer working with this locally owned business than a big box store!

Ballston Carpet and tile is the worst company I've ever dealt with. 4 months ago I paid far to much to have my bathroom floor done. I was told it would be done in one day. Day one Cory shows up with his little boy and starts work. Listening to him scream at his 10 year old son I felt the need to take the child under my wing and take care of him. Meanwhile I get a call form Ballston Carpet telling me it was going to cost $350.00 more for parts and labor. I baby sat the child and fed him and entertained him until 11:45pm and Cory only had half the bathroom done. He said he'd be back the next day to finish. He never showed up and I was stuck with an unusable bathroom. (in a one bathroom home). I called Andrew and was promised he'd come the following day without his child and finish. Day 3 he shows up with his child again and proceeds to trash my home. He finished laying the flooring but did an awful job and left me with a mess all over my home. There were gouges taken out of the bathroom walls, Broken trim around the door ways and chipped paint all through my kitchen. The entire house that he trampled through was littered with trash and pieces of the work he was doing. The bathroom sink was clogged with the glue he used to affix the flooring down with. The insulation between the floor and the basement was all pushed into the basement with Corys garbage thrown down there as well. Over the past 4 months Andrew swore he would fix the damages and promised me so much. I'm still waiting, still can't use the bathroom sink properly and disgusted and embarrassed of my bathroom when people come over. I not only have witnesses to this fiasco, but pictures and videos. So much for supporting small home town businesses. If you value your home at all, do NOT allow these people to enter it.

We used them to carpet the entire second floor of my home. It has been a comedy of errors. We didn’t get the pad I wanted. The carpet was installed incorrectly causing a crunching sound every time someone walks on it- throughout all of the rooms!! It has been over 2 months trying to get this resolved and there is no sense of urgency to correct the issues. Even the seams between rooms look awful. I recommend going anywhere else than this place. I will continue to tell anyone remodeling to go elsewhere. Disappointed is an understatement!!

Ballston Spa Carpet and Tile have installed our kitchen and lower level vinyl tile in our home. (Twice due to a flood) It is just beautiful. The installation was seamless and the workers are so professional and skilled. We love Ballston Carpet &tile.

Process of selecting what kind of tile, in home visit for measurements, estimate, the entire process was a great experience. I seriously can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Was looking for runner carpeting on my stairs and found a beautiful remnant piece that they installed for a truly reasonable price. Then with the leftover pieces they made a matching runner for my upstairs hall, for basically nothing price wise. The manager was super helpful and honest both times I was there. The installers efficient and great. I will use them again no question!

Ballston carpet and tile had a great selection. We were looking for vinyl flooring for our dining and den living area. The owner Joe helped us and showed us around the place and the new warehouse. They let us take home samples to see what went with our furnishings. They had a a great inventory and directed us with the right product. Which was Mannington flooring. We liked them so much we decided to do our kitchen with a vinyl tile.Their installers that worked for them were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and took their time. The job came out excellent. My neighbors went there after seeing ours to do some new flooring.We highly recommend Ballston Carpet. I will go back we need carpet.Excellent prices too.John Krause

I had Ballston Spa Carpet and tile do three projects for me. Carpet, LVT, and tile.They are very helpful, from selecting the product, to getting me samples to see what the product would look like in my house.Best of all is the installation. I have never met more talented, caring, detail oriented installers. These guys clearly have years of experience and really know what they are doing. True professionals in their occupation. Not only did they do a great job, they were on timeeach day, and even stayed late to finish the job on the last day. Even though they stayed late they still cleaned up better than any contractor I have ever had do work for me. I highly recommend them for any flooring project.

Long story short. This company actually pays another third party to come and do the carpet installation, they didn't put the doors back on or put the heat vents back on (my parents also paid a few thousand dollars for all new carpet) and you can see every single door seam. It's an awful job !

The selection and pricing was the best in the Capital Region and their installation was team was awesome! Great play area for the kids while you shop. We used them for both our carpet needs and tile.

Ballston Carpet and Tile did a fantastic job installing LVT in our old, quirky home. While other installers refused to do the stairs, BC&T not only did the stairs, they did them perfectly! After the job was complete I noticed a few scratches. BC&T came back and replaced every tile that had the tiniest imperfections. Anthony wanted the job to be perfect and that is exactly what it turned out to be…perfect. Anthony and Craig are a pleasure to do business with.

The guy that put it down came by himself to do it all move furniture and all.He got help when he was almost done but the did a great job. What I'm upset about is I got the clipper magazine and there was a one hundred dollar coupon off of the price good till 8 31 I went to give it to them today and they said no I already got a discount. That's bull I need more rooms done but won't go back that wasn't right .

I've never done any business with the company but one of their vans ran a red light nearly hitting me and then when I honked my horn after nearly avoiding an accident, the driver reached out the window and gave me the middle finger. I'd be wary of a company that employs such drivers.
