We could drive 3 miles to an Agway close to us. We instead drive 33 miles to get our supplies from them. They are the best people and truly care about their customers. They make us feel like family and when they ask how we’re doing they mean it and we know we can tell them the truth, whether it’s a good day or a not so good day. I would highly recommend getting your supplies, your feed, your tools, anything you need for your house or farm that they sell. Thank you to Mike and everyone there that have always been amazing people!!

Got spring plants, peat moss, potting soil a couple weeks early, Ballston Agway makes gardening easy. The store help is informative and friendly to answer questions from my novice unknown planting.

Always in Ballston Spa is always great. Very friendly and helpful staff, no waiting in line, fair prices. They have a nice selection of flowers and plants this time of year. Not a huge store but easy in and our which I like.

The staff are always super helpful, the owner is awesome. When we wanted to switch our horse grain and the distributor couldn't get it, he sourced an alternative that was comparable and special ordered it just for us. They have been a life saver for living in a small farming community.

Stopped in for a specific item that only provided the measurements for the bottom of the item. I needed to know the measurement for the opening so I asked the man stocking selves to borrow a tape measure. No problem it seemed... Continued shopping. He must have thought I left the store because I heard him complaining to the cashier woman about me. He stops saying "Don't you hate when customers waste your time asking for" stops dead in his word when he sees me come around the corner and says never mind and walks away from the cashier woman. Sorry to inconvenience you Sir. Customers are why you are there in the first place.

Great plants. Older staff is very knowledgeable, the kids who work there need better training (maybe even try to be polite on occassion). Prices not cheap. Hardware section is minimal. Top pick for healthy plants in the Spring.

Terrible Customer Service - I called 4 times to try to get a delivery on pellets, and 4 times I was put on hold multiple times and 4 times I was told I would be called back with no call. Finally after the price of pellets went up I was instructed they don't deliver to me anymore and I should call another store. Nice... thanks for the 4 week old information. Thanks guys, really appreciate the local community customer support !! And places like this wonder why online stores are beating up the local retailer.

Great selection! They had everything that was on my list for garden, and pet supplies. They had much more in the nice clean bright store. Excellent parking lot was easy to pick up my items and load into my vehicle.

They have a great selection of perennials and annuals shrubs and trees. Also, they have gardening supplies and pet food. Prices are reasonable. Extensive inventory for farming and gardening. Recommended

I think that the service at Agway is top notch. A few days ago my wife sent me down to ask about their recommendation for a healthy food for our new puppy. A couple of young ladies were on duty. They were very helpful and professional in explaining the pros and cons of the different brands.Today my old rickety wheelbarrow broke. It was too light for what I used it for. Agway didn’t have what I was looking for on display. The boss looked in the warehouse and found exactly the heavy duty type that I needed. Previous to going to Agway I’d priced them out. Agway’s price was considerably cheaper than the exact same brand and model elsewhere.

Kudos to Mike Wallace, saved the day helping me find Strawberry Rhubarb jelly for my uncles 100th birthday. I would highly recommend doing business with him. He even offered to buy it but I wanted to support his business!

Mother Mary wanted some hay to spread around under the pine trees for her critters.The Chipmunks,squirrels, rabbits,deer, turkey's and of course the many many birds that come to get the bird food.So I went to Garrison's farm for hay,No one home no one answers the phone so I googled who sells hay in the B.spa area and AGWAY does, hey it's good hay;)

We used to go to Bob'S trees and get our Christmas tree, in our older years we now go to AGway, they are so nice, always help us put the tree and tie it on top of our car. Thanks to them we have a real tree instead of an artificial tree.
