I like shopping at this Tractor Supply with my partner. It is convienent for us and we buy a lot of stuff for our dog as well. But my partner and I shouldn't have to be verbally abused (yelling and screaming, walking towards our car while we are trying to pull off - all while on the clock as well) by your employee due to issues outside of employment after dealing with Bonnie (manager I think) who has helped us so much and was so very nice about everything. And I understand that there is a business to run but there is a certain way to uphold yourself as an employee in a way so that something like this won't ever happen again. I don't want this employee in trouble or anything I would like an apology though that's all. This employee was not professional at all, his attitude was not pleasant as he came off as rude towards us and all we was trying to do was shop for our dog and other necessities like normal customers.

Being discriminated against by a employee that has a personal outside issue specifically with me that I used to be friend's with until I took him to court for money he legally owes me and him harrisng me and my partner telling us we're we can and can't shop is wrong.Saying he is going to call cops on us if we come around his store or into his store or near it.But he's not even management he is just a generally employee 🙄 how is that right ? What authority does he have or power does he have to even say things to me or my partner like that?We have spent a lot of money at this tractor supply and like shopping here for are dog 🐕 and other things sometimes such as the beautiful bird feeders I got for my balcony for my apartment ect..We have never come in hostile or to cause a issue or looking to even speak with this employee rather he has chosen to speak to me or my partner has been his choice.Today April 26 2024 was uncalled for him coming out while on the clock after we stopped in the store to exchange a bone we got for our dog that she got sick from and to also retrieve a old receipt we lost for a mini bike we purchased so we could register it.I did leave a letter with the manager on to give to him from the court he came out hostile to are vehicle theartening me and my partner while agian on the clock and yelling and screaming at us how is that okay? Right up to mine and my partner car window.My partner went back into the store to speak with the manager on after this situation and he then wanted to try and speak to my partner? for what reason? and no we don't do that you can speak with both us simple.This is all very childish and petty of this employee and I really dislike being discriminated agianst and so does my partner and us theartend to have cops called on us or us told go shop else were or another tractor supply this one is convenient to us and nearest to me us.Me and my partner have not done a thing when we come into the store we are respectful to everyone we aren't hostile and we don't cause any scenes or as said look to speak to this employee unless he speaks to one of us directly.So I would appreciate it if this is addressed and handled because that is wrong especially sense this employee has no managment authority so you thearten us just because you have a personal issue with us.

Always a pleasant friendly experience knowledgeable staff and all the things you need and why if you have anything to do with the outdoors or animals You owe it to yourself to check them out.Update. Just had another experience and I have to say they made me feel special. Cheryl and 2 other employees.Help me get my purchase home and when above and beyond. What's the call of duty. I have never had such a good experience in a retail store.

We have been using this TSC for a while now And most recently ordered alfalfa pellets for our horse and the bags were ripped open and taped shut. This isn't ok. I'm pissed.

Friday December 8th I stopped in to buy my dog food knowing the truck came in on that day. As always they only have 1 bag of the food I use on the shelve. When I was checking out I asked the cashier if she could check to see if any was in the back. More than 5 calls for assistance and not 1 person responded to her, I finally said that I was going to find someone. As soon as I headed up the isle I could see a grocery cart with my brand of food sitting on it. It was just left at the red doors to the back. Really?? You can't acknowledge the cashier or bring to the the customer who has spent nearly 5k this year on dog food. I had to retrieve this and the person who left the cart there was up front stocking shelves. I'm going to be leaving TSC, how this branch is still up and running is a mystery. As a Manager in a retail store my team would never treat anyone like this. Central Square and Pulaski are by far the best stores with amazing employees.

Wow! I love this store. Bird feeders and food on this trip. Tons of high quality pet food here. Purchase my items here. I even looked at the new chicks they have. A lot of farm items. My porch decor came from this store, love it. The name of this store is a bit of a misnomer, as they have a vast selection for both the farmer and the regular shopper. Clothing and shoes too. Ariat boots, the best. I can find many interesting items here. My front porch wind chimes are also from here. Prices are great also. I highly recommend this store! It's rather fun!

I use to go to this spot all the time, but the last 3 times in here I’ve had a Issue with the rotten manager Bonnie. She is always miserable and rude even when I ask questions about merchandise. At one point I purchased over a hundred chickens they were getting rid of and I’m easily the biggest purchaser of chickens and many other things but not anymore. She gave me a total hassle over returning a defective lawn mower and tried making it impossible to get a refund until I told her I will be contacting someone higher than her and then she finally let me do it. Then she gave me a hassle about employee discount and then another hassle about returning CO2 cartridges that I didn’t mean to buy. then this time (yesterday) she was rude to employees in front of my family and told me I was not allowed to look at their birds (that I was about to purchase for my farm). I would hate to work under her and I feel bad for anyone who does. Tractor supply needs to get rid of people like this and find someone who isn’t miserable outside of work that brings it into the workplace. I will not be shopping here anymore until her reign of being a terrible manager is over.

On the whole, I like Tractor Supply and this store. Sometimes they seem understaffed, but the people who work there are always friendly and helpful. Today we were looking for something in particular and asked one of the guys who was stocking stuff. Instead of simply pointing in a direction, he took us right to the spot. To me, that's excellent customer service.

Love this store! You walk in, and you are treated like family! Carrie has a smile that lights up the whole place, and she is so personable and helpful. The manager is wonderful too! I accidentally left my wallet behind after cashing out, and both came running out of the store to catch me in the parking lot. Store is always well stocked and clean.

I've had the worst experience in years in the Baldwinsville Farm and tractor. Very incompetent employees and my trip cost me 20 bucks in gas and 2 hours on the road . Maybe I need to call corporate! Where did you get your employees?!. Bad bad service

Well.... they are devils... with all those things they put on sale to suck me in! Seems I always come away with several things I didn't know I needed.... Always great finds...Our dog loves the place... we get our dog food there... good buys when on sale. Our dog gets his treats and toys EVERY TIME WE GO! He picks out a toy.... and as good doggo parents... isn't our duty to get him his toy?We are grateful that we have a place where our pet is allowed and treated so well.

Love this store. The staff at this location are very welcoming and friendly and offer to help. They're knowledgeable and can help you find what you're looking for, which is the way all stores should be, but isn't always the case. Great bird food selection.

They have a wide variety of products that are priced right. I'm not able to shop as often as I used to, but I can find what I need plus other items that are perfect for gifts :).

I have never been here without getting a friendly greeting and staff who don't just point out where to find what you need, but they take you right to it and answer your questions, all while being genuinely kind. That's very hard to find in retail these days.

Staff is great. They need to communicate the specials better. Manager went above and beyond to be helpful. Service desk was great. If you buy wood pellets, you get to use their trailer to bring them home FREE.

Tractor Supply is one of our favorite stores. We shop here for dog food actually! They carry some great brands at an affordable price. Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well kept. I feel like there are a lot of useful items for people who do any type of outdoor (and some indoor) projects. They have great gifts for people and decorations around the holidays as well. Go in! I bet you'll be surprised as to how much you like it. :)

Good store with a large selection. No military discount and staff isn't very easy to find. I walked around the store with a disability and no help moving my purchase to my vehicle. Most stores from the chain are amazing! Just not this location.
