It's a fairly modern CVS just outside the cute downtown Avon, NY which is SW of Rochester.I was able to get in and out quickly. The cashier (Emma?) was very friendly and very cute to the two young kids getting candy ahead of me.Will be going back when needing something else from a pharmacy, etc.

Pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful, prices are fairly typical, and the store is always clean. They also have a lot of things I didn't know they had, like some clothing and a few office/art supplies.What made me want to write this review was my experience cashing out with Emily, who was lovely! We were Those People who went in right before they closed (something I hate doing, but in this case had no choice) and she helped us with a smile on her face, even though they had already closed when we left. I was having a bit of bad day, but her smile and laugh meant I walked out of the store in a better mood than when I walked in.

Emily helped me today, she was so sweet and kind. Made me feel so welcomed helped answer all my questions about using rewards and the app… she was definitely amazing!!!

Wow. I notice one thing about the two CVS stores I use. There are particular females in these stores that give you an attitude and make you feel some sort of way when picking your script. Is it because my doctor prescribes me a schedule 1 narcotic that you act the way you do? Is it because I am from out of town and and was pressed for time and asked if my scrip could POSSIBLY be ready sooner? I was six feet from you and you couldnt get far enough away from me, fast enough. Straight up rude and inconsiderate. I WAS COMPLETELY PLEASENT TO YOU and I always am, to your associates. They have been most helpful to me when I work in this County and require my meds sent here. Shame on you. With education should come consideration when dealing with the public. Your looks say one thing but your attitude is repulsive. I grew up in a family business that we still own and I would never treat a customer the you treated me today. Like I said, I only use this CVS when I'm out of town, working and everyone else is so pleasant to assist me and treat them with RESPECT, that's how this country boy was raised. I lived in Avon for many years and have never encountered anyone quite like you. In closing, I shall take my matter to corporate and see how they will handle it. I have never been so disgusted by someone, other than a couple other girls at Webster, CVS. What it is, is people born after 1984 have some head problems and it stems from there parents and the altitude they live at. Millenials and such types. We dont owe you nothing. I come from a family and a generation of HARD BLUE COLLAR, STRAPS AND BOOTS WORKING CLASS!!! I EARNED EVERYTHING. SELF MADE. and it's never put my head in the cloudsI'm a world famous graphic artist, and work 60 hrs a week to pay my bills. I dont act like I'm better than anyone. I could care less that you know status. But you, are straight up UGLY. The long haired blonde girl in the pharmacy. I wasnt paying enough attention to you, to catch your name tag, because I was having a pleasent day until YOU.

Bewareof the Avon CVS front end....they have an employee running register..she is an older women..also crossing guard at the school..she will yell at you and be rude ..if you call the store manager Anthony he is also rude and makes excuses for this employee and her behavior. I work at another retail store in Avon and I have people coming into my store and talking about leaving their stuff on the counter and walking out because of such rudeness. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE EVER!!!!!!
