We found this on our 10 hour drive and the food was amazing! We are glad we veered off the way for a few miles and stopped by.The croissant breakfast sandwiches were specially yummy. Service was great.

So good! My fam and I ate breakfast here when driving to Canada. The food was so delicious and the staff were very nice! They even buttered the toast just perfectly 👌 The French Vanilla Cappuccino was absolutely delicious. If you dont like coffee that much, I'd recommend getting that since the coffee in that drink isn't that strong. Everything overall was just amazing and delicious.

Belgium waffles with ice cream; It was a tasty experience. Not terribly welcoming until you enter the building. (Probably from COVID restrictions they make you check in before entering) but the people are nice inside. Coffee is good. Definitely a needed destination in Avoca.

We’ve been here before for breakfast, which wasn’t bad, but we went for dinner tonight and it was sub par. The server was not personable at all; Very sarcastic, didn’t really check on us. My pulled pork came out looking like sloppy Joe, my bun was really soggy and it didn’t come with coleslaw as advertised, but they still charged me for it. And I overheard the owner say behind the counter that it’s supposed to be like that because it’s pulled pork. The bread is not supposed to be soggy and if you don’t have coleslaw then don’t have it advertised on the menu, or at least mention it when ordering. No one offered to make me a new one or something else, but certainly still charged me for it after one bite.. We were served bottled water for drinks and mandarin oranges came from the cups you can buy at the store. I’m really not trying to knock a small local business, but being personable and doing what’s best for your customer goes a long way. We won’t be back.

My husband and I, and our four children ate breakfast/lunch here and the food was delicious. The service was excellent and the place was clean. It had a very at-home feeling. The prices were very reasonable. We will be back!

I had 2 eggs ham and home fries. The ham was excellent. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a five is because the home fries and the toast was sold separately from the meal. But I would go back again. I want to try the soup of the day

Stopped in here before a wedding. Seemed like a quaint little locals hangout. Service was terribly slow. The gentleman never came back to refill coffee-we had to go to the counter to ask for it. Ordered scrambled eggs-super soft/wet as I have a stomach issue that having them dry aggravates. They were thin and overcooked as was the ham I asked for with it. It was not a busy morning, and the cook was the one running her own creations to the table. The gentleman that "waited" on us did not deliver the meals from the kitchen. Was very disappointed. Will not return.

I stopped at place during my road trip only to find out that the dine in is closed due to COVID & renovations. The lady owner was the sweetest. Took my order with keeping social distancing, asked me to wait 15 mins & bam! Tasty Belgian Waffle with peach, sausage patty & orange was all packed perfectly with cutlery.Food & service was great. This place exceeded all my expectations. Fed a hungry traveler, thank you :)

I just had one of the most tender, juicy steaks I've ever had. The cook Joe has never let me down. This is fast becoming one of my favorite places to eat. I can relax and enjoy myself if I see that the staff are also having fun. Great place, expecting to go back again, often.

I've been here multiple times and the food has continued to amaze me. One of the best family owned buisnesses I've seen in awhile. All of the staff are extremely frirndly and very helpfull. 10/10 would go again. This is a great place to order take out, or dine in. Highly recommend their french fries and their milkshakes. Please go check it out, you WONT regret it. It has become the goal of alot of the community to keep this restaurant open and afloat, I doubt that it will be any trouble at all seengs as how good everything is.

We stopped in here by chance on a road trip from Rochester to DC. The server, who was the self-deprecating but sweet husband of the chef was delightful and friendly. A great spot for a quick sandwich and break from the road.

Just ordered pizza and wings from here and we for sure will not be doing that again! The pizza tasted like a pre made frozen pizza and the wings were barely cooked.
