Great prices. Convenient too. Think of hardware store but way bigger. Good for quick trips to get plumbing, electrical, and construction supplies. Staff is very obliging and courteous. Parking is a plus as well.

I really do like this store, it's nice to be able to go to a smaller store for hardware and the such versus big stores( we all know who I'm talking about) the people working the floor were a fantastic help to me today! Friendly atmosphere and staff! Kudos to you guys, come here and get your supplies.

Value is mainly about convenience. Their staff is great, prices tend to be high. But if it saves driving time so you can wrap up an unexpected project, then they're your best friend.

When I go to a store it's because they have what I need or want but what makes me choose the first store I go to is the people that service the customers, me. This VALU is my first choice and not because it's convenient rather because of the great people who work there to help me. Believe me when I say that I chose a store for its customer service just as much for what it has or selection. Good shopping!

Not sure how anyone rates this store a 4 or 5 star. Strongly recommend shopping at either Elma Hardware or Drive ten minutes to Lowe’s or Home Depot. Walked in a few weeks ago looking for a simple plumbing part, nobody there could tell me if it was in stock or any other information. In the end I wasted 20 minutes in there and still had to drive to OP to Lowe’s, found the part with the assistance of a store associate and completed the project shortly there after. If you are looking for easy items like Scotts turf builder or grass seed you will probably find it here. If it’s a true project don’t waste your time.

Today I had my sick 2 year old and the nicest older gentleman saw us, I was getting big bags of salt. He rushed over and helped me get them and get to my car so nice and fast.

Valu has always been a much more enjoyable experience than going to one of the larger chain home improvement stores. What deeply solidified this fact was my experience today... I have been working on this TV mount project nearly all day and realized that my kit didn’t have the correct hardware I needed to complete the project. It had been a frustrating project and all I wanted was to get it done... I hopped in my car and headed to Valu. I arrived at 6:01 thinking that they were open later (forgot it was a Sunday) and saw they were closed... I was so bummed when I walked to the door and Greg (the manager) cordially invited me in and took 5 minutes to help me find the correct hardware I needed to complete my project. Seriously, the family owned atmosphere and the emphasis on helping the customer is what makes Valu my choice- EVERY TIME. 😎

Terrible service. Most of the time when I go in there, no one is around to help. If an employee can be found, he (the people on the floor are always males) will walk past you without offering any assistance. Sometimes people are standing around talking. Furthermore, last week I needed a tool to be taken out of the glass case. The manager didn’t have a key for it. He had to ask one of the workers on the floor to open it up. What does it say about a business (or the manager) when a manager doesn’t have a key to open display cases?

Like having a mini-Lowes / Home Depot right in town. I dont think I've ever stopped in there and not been able to get what I was looking for. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the prices are steep for many items, unless of course you are buying from the great deals they have in their weekly ad. No complaints really as you save time and a few bucks on gas traipsing out to Orchard Parkotherwise. Check the hours before you head out there but generally they keep solid hours and are open most of the time.

Phase 2 of reopen but my wife is going through chemotherapy. They were willing to let me pay over the phone and pick up curbside 10 minutes to close. Good group there.

Smaller store but the service is good and it's a very convenient place to stop if you live in/near the village of EA and don't want to travel 25 minutes to a big box store.

I will never go to this value again even though it is the closest one to my house. I will wait and go to the one near my work or go to Home Depot. The cashiers are so slow in this value it's ridiculous. They had one cashier going and a big line. The worst value in Western New York.

East Aurora has high taxes. That's why a larger Home depo or Lowe's won't compete here. Good job Valu

A fair value style store. Stick full of components and tools you'd need for everyday. Doesn't stack up against any larger chains in terms of variety and style, but it does it's business well.
