I have been to the Inns of Aurora Spa two years consecutively. All of the staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The Spa itself is stunning and so peaceful. This is truly a place to go to relax , and find peace and serenity. I highly recommend a treatment and spending the day using the hydrotherapy circuit.

The spa was AMAZING. We went “offseason” and the spa was quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The treatments were exceptional, as well. Our favorite part was using the outside hot tubs, and then the cold plunge (while it was snowing outside). Absolutely gorgeous scenery, as we watched deer graze in the distance. Went back home feeling recharged.

I couldn't rate this place more highly. The whole experience was so relaxing. They gave you nice robes to wear that were super warm for going in and out of the outdoor pool area. The locker/dressing room area is so nice and has so many free products. We did the cold plunge 3 or 4 times. It was refreshing. The way they have their pools set up, it gives the illusion of you having the whole place to yourself. We are already talking about coming back 😊🤗

We celebrated 25 years of marriage and took some time for ourselves. The Spa was tranquil, well designed, leaving nothing out. We enjoyed hot tubs, cold plunge, sauna, and duet messages. An amazing experience for sure!

The Spa was amazing!!! Everything is so beautiful and perfect. Such a clean, quiet, relaxing environment. The amenities, the food and drinks, the staff and everything was perfection!! I spend one day there and I wish I could have spent more time. I will definitely visit again soon and I am recommending it to all my family and friends. I posted pictures and videos on my Instagram and I got people asking me constantly about the location because it’s truly magical. My masseuse was Casie and he was amazing! If there was an option to give this place 10 stars I would definitely give it 10 stars!! Highly recommended!! ❤️ The most amazing place!! It was perfection in ever way.

Beautiful spa/location! Great staff all around! The Inn at Aurora is also beautiful! We stayed at Wallcourt Hall which we really enjoyed and want to return in the summer. Christmas time was a great time to go to spa/inn! All staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated!

I loved everything about this. The facility is beautiful, and the staff were really great. It's also wonderful to have access to a day-long salad bar! I took advantage of everything and stayed for 11 hours to have a total day of relaxation and detox. Watching the sunset from the outside hot tub was an exquisite ending to the day. Totally recommend!

Went for a weekend get away and the spa was the last stop. From beginning to end this was a top notch experience.The welcome area was very warming, and informative. The "Salon" area looked very nice, and it is great they use all non-toxic products.They give a quick tour and then let you on your way. The locker rooms were very big clean and private. Wet and Dry Sauna in each with a nice meeting area of indoor hot and cold tub, but also with the outdoor options as well. (With a beautiful view) We loved that there was a co-ed Sauna as well, as we rarely find those at other locations.Massage was awesome, and the tranquility area was very warm, cozy, and a great way to relax leading into your serviceComplimentary lunch (Soup & Salad) was a nice touch and I like how they had protein options.Overall we had a great experience and will be looking to make another trip up soon!

My entire experience here was wonderful and far exceeded my expectations. The staff are welcoming and this was hands down the best massage I have ever had. I also love the cafe with complimentary food items - that was such an appreciated touch! The spa was also not crowded and we were able to utilize all of the amenities without a wait - the outside hot pool with the view over Cayuga Lake is stunning!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. From the minute we walked into the spa, we felt pampered and welcome. Every room is well thought out for relaxation and comfort - it's a true experience. The pools are beautiful, the saunas and steam rooms are large and relaxing. There are personal, thoughtful touches in every corner. From the cozy chairs in every room, the delicious complimentary snack bar, the tasty tea and water, the products offered in the locker room... It's all perfectly done.The staff was gracious and kind beyond measure. I'm a nursing mom and they not only provided me with a private space to pump, they offered to refrigerate my milk while I enjoyed the spa. This goes a very long way for me. My husband and I got a couples massage and it's the most relaxed we've felt in ages. I can't say enough good things about this place, I just wish we lived closer so we could come more often.

The reception staff, cafe staff and our pedicurist (Tayler) were all so kind and welcoming. The space and views were beautiful. We enjoyed the trails, although we managed to miss the Council Tree. The complimentary cafe was such a nice touch. We cannot wait to return.

Spa at the Inns of Aurora is the perfect gift to give yourself if you are looking for a beautiful aesthetic and a peaceful vibe. Also shout out to Marissa the massage therapist who has the true gift of healing with her touch, by far the best massage I have ever experience. This was my third visit to the Spa and it keeps getting better.

My daughter in law and I were treated like queens for a day from the moment we arrived. Our massage was wonderful, and the hot tubs were so relaxing.Although we weren't brave enough to take the cold plunge, we enjoyed the sauna and steam room.The complimentary soup and salad were excellent, as well as the citrus water in located in many locations.We can't wait to return!

I am obsessed with The Spa at the Inns of Aurora. I have now gone several times and it never disappoints. Recently I got a 50 minute signature massage and it was amazing. Shout out to Robin! She is incredible. There is so much to love: saunas, steam room, multiple hot tubs and cold plunges. The cafe is also such a treat! I am already planning my next trip.

This spa was nothing short of pure bliss. I have been to many spas but nothing quite like this. The atmosphere was serene and enjoyable with lots of room to do whatever pleases you. Aside from the traditional steam rooms, sauna, and mineral baths, They also have cold dip pools for water therapy. The food was also excellent in the complimentary cafe. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Will certainly be making this a regular stop for me. I will say, make sure you book your appointment far in advance. It is regularly booked up.

Excellent!!!! Top notch 👌🏾 from the first moment I walk in I knew I was in good hands. Very professional staff, clean , food was so good , the views are so beautiful I sat in those heated pools for hours lol. The best part was my deep tissue massage and when I tell you I was in heaven I was lol Mark my masseuse the best!!!! and when I tell you he did want needed to be done baby he got an A+ from me and with that I will definitely be back!!!!!!! From the initial entrance to the establishment to leaving, The Spa can only be described as an experience. The relaxing decor, the tranquil landscape, the superb amenities, The Spa has a certain wow factor that separates itself from other establishments. Wonderful facility with very friendly staff. My wife and I went here for our second time and the massages were AMAZING! The cafe was great and as always the hot pools and cold plunge were very refreshing and relaxing. Hands down the Best Spa I've ever been to! It's a real treat and an experience unlike any other.

The entire experience was, in a word, elevated. The robes were lush, the towels were fluffy and plentiful, I never found myself looking for water, a place to sit, or a place to sit down my water. And he and I chatted the entire time. It was so great. My massage therapist was very competent as well. The whole place has a feeling of tranquility, and the no electronics policy is wonderful. The locker rooms were spacious and well appointed. The entire facility has an air of newness to it. It will be interesting to go back in 3 or 5 years and see if it has retained that. I hope it does. Everything about it was just so great . I cannot recommend it enoughA couple of things to note: the spa is not in the same location as the ends that Aurora. I'm not really sure how you're supposed to find it other than show up at the end and ask them, which is what we did. Also, you must bring a swimsuit to enjoy the pools, which are amazing. The cafe does serve complementary food. It is a bit limited, but sufficient

What a great place to spend the day! The weather helped, but the Inns of Aurora Spa is beautiful all on its own. It was incredibly clean and all staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The pools didn't smell overly chlorinated, but a gentlemen went around a few times to test them which is also nice to see. The complimentary soup and salad bar is a nice touch and was really good! My friends are jealous of all the pictures I posted and are asking when we can go back together.

I loved my experience! The services, amenities, food & staff were all great!!! Kara gave me an amazing facial! The only thing I would suggest is that someone stay in the front at all times. My group had never been before and we really weren’t sure what to do. When we were putting our coats and shoes away and using the restroom quickly, we came out and no one was in the front and we had no idea what to do/where to go. I ended up being late to my service because the front check in experience was overly long & complicated (we arrived 30min early).

It is absolutely dreamy. They have great attention to detail such as butterflies and birds right outside the salon. There is a walking path and views of the lake. The interior and exterior are so beautiful. Cushy robes, Products in the locker room, Inside and outside saunas, heated pools and cold pools, steam room and loungers. It is a real treat.

Ben at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating - I saw him dealing with a tricky customer and he did a really incredible job. The facilities were immaculately clean and very relaxing, despite how full the facility was the day I was there. I loved my therapist, she was so friendly and sweet. The food was also so good, especially the coffee program! I certainly wasn't expecting it to be so good!Finally, I really loved the setting. I didn't have a bad thing to say!
