Went to The Plant Shack today and I definitely recommend!! I am a new plant mom so I definitely needed some help.. The lady there was the sweetest and was very helpful! I got this beautiful monstera & small snake plant. Very happy, will definitely be coming again! :)

Gorgeous shop! So many interesting varieties of indoor plants. Love the eucalyptus bundles for my shower, and scooped a snake plant for my dining room. Hoping to come back and find some more greenery for my home!

Very pleasant experience! Sent an e-mail inquiring about what they had in stock and unexpectedly recieved a response within a half hour. They have a very nice selection of begonias. Reasonable prices especially for a small shop. The woman working was very friendly, helpful and accommodating considering I had a wheelchair. Parking was easy right behind the shop. Picked up a handful of plants and a pot. All beautiful. Highly recommend.

This place is the best place in WNY to buy plants. They’re so friendly and helpful. 1,000/10 stars. so many plant stores in the Buffalo area don’t have genuinely nice employees and sometimes you get the vibe that they’re kind of stuck up but this location has amazing people running and working this establishment. So down to earth. Great for someone like me who has a little social anxiety. It’s worth the extra drive and East Aurora is so fun to walk around. There is a place down the road with amazing smoothies. Go here if you’re in WNY to get your plants. Hands down the best prices, plants and people.

Love this place! So freaking cute inside. I died from cuteness overload. This is what I imagine heaven to look like. Unfortunately the prices are too cheap so I always end up buying 12 more items than I originally needed. Normally, this would be fine because I kill most of my plants but Rachael keeps offering tips to keep them alive so instead of replacing them, my house had now turned into a jungle. If I die at home, I will turn into fertilizer before they find me. Anyways you should totally check this place out!

I live near Elmwood in Buffalo which is almost 30 minutes from each Plant Shack and I will still drive the 30 minutes each way to the Plant Shack for undoubtedly the best customer service, friendliest workers and most gorgeous plants WNY has to offer. My favorite business in Buffalo. If you're looking for plants look no further. I recently bought their some of their branded clothing as well and I wear that green crew neck everywhere. Gives some exposure to my favorite plant store and the material is heavenly. 10/10 stars.

Not only the best plant shop in Western New York, but the best plant shop in the US. I've seen a lot of plant shops across the country and this one takes the cake on their variety! The owner and her staff go above and beyond with their knowledge of each and every plant. They're definitely not some kids just following trends to make a buck here... They genuinely love what they do and it echoes in the shack. Don't be afraid to ask questions because you will leave a Master of Plants!

I love The Plant Shack. Easily my favorite spot in WNY. Rachel gets in unique plants and doesn’t price gauge just because houseplants are in high demand. Her and her employees are enthusiastic and helpful indoor gardeners as well, so they’re always willing to chat about and answer questions about plants. I’ve bought many plants over the last year or so from the Plant Shack and every single one has done well in my care and all have been pest-free.

Cozy unique little shop right on Knox Farm with easy parking and great hours. Quite a diverse selection of plants to choose from and they were very helpful in all our questions, specifically which plants are and are not pet friendly. Ended up buying three plants of the variety that are tough to find at other florists around here and will be back in the future to buy some more!

I love coming out to East Aurora and making an afternoon trip! The pottery is always SO cute and comes in all of the neutral colors I’m looking for! The plants are always reasonably priced for their great quality. I also love that there are always begonias!

Best thing about this place is the plants here are very very reasonable price wise. Over the summer I got 2 plants one was $10 and the other was $5 and they have grown SO much, so I really got my money’s worth for them. Super cute place to shop in

Such a relaxing atmosphere, filled with so many different plants and pottery and little cute trinkets! Could have spent hours looking around at everything, and the fact she gets new inventory in all the time is definitely worth making multiple trips!
