was just here about 20 minutes ago, worst shopping experience i’ve ever had, it was me and my friend and we were being harassed by multiple workers. We walked in and were looking around for awhile and then we stumbled to the purses we saw a worker(a lady in a plaid red shirt) and i smiled at her and me and my friend walked back to the bathrooms, i noticed she was following behind us but i didn’t think this was abnormal at the time, i was in the stall and she was in the other one meanwhile my friend was sitting in the hallways waiting for me with all of our stuff , i heard her talk on her intercom and say “ones in the bathroom with me and the other is in the hallway” and at the time i didn’t think anything about it so after we walked to the candles and surprisingly she was there with another worker acting like she was rearranging stuff and after that we walked up to the front to checkout and she was right behind us talking on her microphone thing and she said “there walking to the front” she followed us in line and after we cashed out we were sitting on the bench waiting for my dad to pick us up and she and a couple other workers stood by us, finally my dad picked us up and we walked to the car and as we were about to pull away she walked outside and whispered the car licence plate into her mic, i’ve never had this happen anywhere and i did nothing wrong, this is simply wrong and i will be calling later on to talk to the manager, don’t waste your time going here.

They don't have a huge selection for guys clothes, and no men's sneakers or hats. But my wife LOVES this place. There are plenty of shopping items to keep her busy and it makes her shopping experience pleasurable.

TJ Maxx is a great store for finding great deals on clothing, home goods, and more. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is vast and always changing, with new items arriving regularly. The prices are reasonable and often lower than other retailers. I particularly enjoy the designer section where I've found many high-end brands at a fraction of the price.

The staff are the most helpful friendly people I have ever meet in a department store. I just moved into the area of East Aurora NY just love shopping for just about any little thing I might need. I am a high end shopper but the stores apparel “Goes with my Gucci “

Best TJ Maxx I've been in yet! Found great items for my patio at awesome prices, and had friendly service from multiple staff members. Store was clean, all patrons were wearing masks. I'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff pleasant and know about questions. Good job hiring and store seems clean good job. Plus there are donations they accept at rounding up purchase adding a dollar that adds up good on you for donations making a difference.

Let's say that I really like TJ Max stores. You can always find something valuable at low price. You just need enough time for browsing and here you are. This store is particularly East Aurora, NY and it is really great. Huge, loaded and with nice staff. There is decent parking lot on plaza.

I forgot to give the clerk my coupon until after she rang me up. I asked her to void the transaction and redo it to get my savings and she wouldn't do it. Not good customer service.

This is my home town T.J's and I love it! It's a small TJ's but well organized, pretty tidy and has everything I need in a pinch. It's a great asset to a town like East Aurora- I can get a gift plus the card and wrapping, clothing staples for my family (tights! check! Black pants! check!)and a treat for the dog all in one trip. Staff is nice and there are enough associates at the cash registers.

Disappointing visit! The dressing rooms were closed so was unable to try anything on. When you can't try clothes on, you don't know if the fit or style is right for you.Poor selection of sandals.Could not find a knee pad for yoga.

Always avoided TJ Maxx as it looked a bit redundant with all the other stores but this is a very welcome addition to east aurora and always makes you feel like you got a great deal - and sometimes you really do! Only dropped a star because the choices for mens clothing are very limited but I figured as much. This store is well run, very clean, very friendly and I was surprised to see it had a full changing room and lots of great sales for wall art, picture frames and some furniture pieces too. Nice to have a useful store in that plaza in EA

This is my home town TJ Maxx. Small, but mighty. Usually tidy, a big plus. Organized nicely, great selection of home goods, jewelry and bags. Perfect small department store for this town. I can buy girls tights, swim goggles and a gift in the same trip. My go - to for gift wrap.

Great place to go for great deals on top brands for a quick shopping trip. Don't always have everything that you need but you can usually find something there. All sorts of clothes, toys for kids, stuff for your home and even dog toys.
