Could use self opening electric entrance doors, would prevent glass doors from breaking again. Great staff very good customer service, nice lady was helping shopper by holding the door open because his hands were full. Please install customer friendly doors!

Been going here since they opened and I recently figured I would try dropping off Fedex ground packages there... With gas prices up, this could save me a trip to West Seneca. Word to the wise.. take the drive to West Seneca or any actual Fedex. After wondering where my shipments were, I tried calling the store (and others) and no one picks up or gets a fast busy. I finally went back to the store and the packages were still sitting there. The explanation given was that Fedex didn't pick up but when I went to Fedex, they told me not to use them, that they were not notified by dollar general for literally weeks that they needed a pickup...

So I kind of had a meltdown in the store yesterday because I get frustrated with the E coupons App and the coupons marked in front of the items being sold. You have to make sure you read the small print on all the deals. So it will say 2 for 5$ and or Buy 1 Get 1 free and in the small print it says "buy one sauce and get noodles free." So when I went to check out the manager didn't know the deals off hand and mentioned the App. I signed in and forgot my password and I have TRIED to regain and change it but it is hard to navigate the app and I can't seem to do so or figure out how to change it. I have asked the manager before and she couldn't help me because she didn't know how to use it. Just frustrating. But I am glad they were open and it's all good. I love this location and I always get help most of the time and I always get great customer service.

Dollar General is always my first choice in a dollar store but as I say it's for the great customer service, which is pleasant and always helpful. So far, I have not found a Dollar General that doesn't fit this description, please keep it up!

It seems like the people who work here only know how to cash you out. Don't expect them to know how to use green dot or current as there pretty uneducated. I'm giving them one star because of general laziness- plus for east aurora, the outside/parking-lot looks dumpy. sweep your trash and fix your parking lot!

Defacto discount store for much of the country. Sweet deals on many items, and app offers even better discounts if you check it out.Close to the Circle, may be difficult taking a left onto Seneca, just take a right and use the circle.

East Aurora location is very clean, many relevant products and far less expensive than the ONLY grocery option in the village. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Bargains on many name brand foods and staples. Nice seasonal items too. Friendly staff...wish they would fix their entrance, however. Doors hard to open sometimes.

The General was present when I arrived. As I marched through the receiving doors I saluted him and he returned my salute. When he asked why my presence I informed him I just needed change. He proceeded to lecture me that he was the Dollar General and could not give me change. I left disappointed with no change in my life.

This dollar store actually has a huge amount of things you don't regularly find in a normal dollar store. The place is clean and everything is shelved neatly
