Helpful staff, clean store, and always well-stocked. Prices are great.Took down some stars because you can no longer call the pharmacy for support. I’ll be switching to Larwood’s from now on due to poor accessibility.

The clerks and pharmacists at my local CVS are always very helpful in answering any issues I have. Usually stocked with anything I need.

We are very thankful for this cVs today. After walking the road for quite awhile the husband was getting a headache and I had to go to the bathroom. We were both able to take care of our needs here. He was able to get Advil and I was able to use the restroom. The customer service was also great. Happy staff

Will be changing pharmacies immediately. Always a wait, staff always seems too busy, and it's a nice surprise when the staff isn't miserable. Haven't complained yet because stuff happens, all deserve the benefit of the doubt. However, the last experience of 15 minutes at the drive thru, behind one car the entire time. Once I did get to the window, I was rudely told my impatience was unnecessary and my script was practically thrown at me, with eyes rolling at me. BYE CVS

Horrible customer service!!! I hate that I am stuck using their pharmacy.They don't take time to take care of their customers. Their staff are ill-informed on how their own company operates. They give customers bad and wrong information when they bother to give it at all.I asked for over a year how to get my prescriptions mailed to me. I was only told to go online. THAT IS WRONG!!!! In order to get prescriptions mailed, your doctor has to send it to CAREMARK, NOT THE PHARMACY!!!! That is not done online by the patient!!!!STOP TELLING PEOPLE THE WRONG THING!!!!

CVS is always a great place for me to pick up prescriptions and/or just pick up a variety of other items! Oh, and customer service is always awesome when I go to CVS! Stop by and say "HI" to Paul the Manager or to Jill the Asst. Manager or to Kelly one of the great Pharmacist!

Really impressed by the customer service of this CVS. We called because we were "overcharged" on our bank statement and talked to manager Dan. He took the time to look up our transaction and he read the items back to us. We had gotten cash back and completely forgot. We really appreciate the time he took to look that up for us.

Worst experience ever! 8 times out of 10 I had problems. First time I tried to fill a script I was told I was too early but it would be ready next day. Next day I went to pick up & was told script wouldn't be ready for a month. While meeting with manager I was told that script would now be ready in 10 minutes. When questioned why I was told it was the fill in pharmacists' fault. Next refill I was told that I would need doctors approval. Asked for manager and he called the pharmacist to front desk where I was told there was a mistake, my script would now be ready in 15 minutes. Came back to counter and was told by clerk that somehow script wasn't put through, would be another 15 minutes.Next appointment to pick up script pharmacy assistant told me 15 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes (I have proof of time) I went back to desk to ask why the wait and was told again it would be 15 minutes. This was a night with a snow storm, dark outside and when I was already stressed out.Finally today. I called at 1:30pm to renew my script and was told, (exact words) w"are in the process of filling it. " . My husband went in to pick it up at 4:30pm and was told that the computers were down but they could call it in to a different CVS a half hour away. I asked to speak to the counter clerk who confirmed what my husband heard. I asked why I was told at 1:30 that refill was in progress and she said I must be wrong. My husband later told me that the clerk was rude and curt with him. In addition to telling him that they couldn't fill it until at least tommorow if he wanted to refill at the CVS 1/2 hour away he would have to do it himself.I take a variety of meds; all of which are very important and vital to my health. Missing a dose or being denied a dose is catastrophic. I have done business with larwood pharmacy and the only reason I didn't give them all my business was a glitch in my doctor's computer which I just became aware.I will never, ever do business with CVS again and will encourage any and every one to do the same.Enough of this. I'm taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Not the friendliest staff in pharmacy. Plus i just rang out my parents pescriptions and their co-pay was $250 +$80 (not the norm) you'd think the cashier would have mentioned the amount about to be charged was $330?!? Instead she rings it out with the checking account credit card on file and I ended up returning it because I was shocked at the amount. A co-pay is usually 7-$20?! Ea. I wonder if this is compliments of our new president Biden looking out for the seniors in America?? What a joke!!! Then she proceeds to tell me about her now long line of customers that has accumulated (Apparently my fault). We'll be switching to Larwoods or Wegmans, thank you.

The store itself is a great store but please hire someone to pick up the litter around your store. I picked up 4 armloads of litter from the parking lot and there was still so much more. Looks so trashy.

The worst service and customer service on earth. Always out of everything you need. Especially meds. Always out. Moving our family’s needs to rite aid. Better customer service. Not a bunch of hateful nasty hicks and actually have meds in store

Although CVS has a family friendly appearance, this store in East Aurora flaunts sexual exploitation of women by placing Cosmopolitan Magazines on a stand directly in front of the register in your face.
