Great place to shop but do not buy your subs here at the deli. I asked for a small caprese cold sub with an addition of oregano, I got half a small sub with provolone, no oregano, and some kind of pickled pepper juice scraped along the inside of it. Not sure what that was about, but it was disgusting

Well for starters I have been being harassed for bringing my service dog into the store. Finally tonight I was harassed again and told my service dog wasn't allowed in the store. I have explained to the manager what my medical dog helps me with and also tonight one of the employees asked me what I have been diagnosed with to need my dog so bad? They have a big sign on the window that says service dogs welcome!!! Ok I thought at first how nice they accommodate people like me so we can shop like normal people. My dog don't bother anyone and he is housebroken. So if you have a disability where you need your service dog then Wegmans isn't for you and your service dog.

Always busy, parking lot will make you go insane but other than that it's a great place to shop. A bit on the pricey side as grocery stores go, but, the quality is usually better than surrounding establishments.

Pretty much the same as all the other Wegmans we've been to. Large, expensive and crowded, but with good fresh produce, meat and fruit. Over the years the selection of products in the rest of the store has diminished, replaced by Wegmans own brand.

Best grocery store in town, outstanding produce selection. I only have one exception... very little selection or choice of grocery brands. It's great if you prefer their brand but not so much if you are looking for other national or international brands. You will need to go to a larger store in a more urban setting

Good place to shop store is clean and food is high quality. Florist section is not bad but Diana never smiles and when I told her I did not want what I thought looked like a weed in my arrangement she placed it there any way.Niomi has never done that and always smiles. She really does a great job and was a good choice for the floral department.

Better than Walmart. Good beef selection. Checkers scan skillfully and diligently. Great parking lot with smooth, we'll marked spaces. Will go back again and again. You should too.

Spent about 15 to 20 minutes putting in a large catering order to go. Go to check out and the website says "unable to retrieve the next available time". Call the store was transferred three times. Girl in catering had a tone in her voice like she didn't even want to be there. Had to put me on hold, however I'm at work and I have patients to see. So I hung up. Frustrating!!!!

I've always loved Wegmans and have shopped at the Syracuse-area stores for many years. I've been to the Auburn store twice and love it. Everything is well-stocked, and I really like the store layout (seems to be the opposite layout of the Syracuse stores). Some Wegmans are huge and a bit overwhelming, but the Auburn store is perfectly sized. Every employee I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. A+

I only shop here for organic food. I bought two bags of organic whole wheat pita bread. One of them was moldy but I didn't know until I got home. I went back the same day and the woman at the service desk gave me a hard time about returning the moldy pita bread because it was expired. I suggested they stop selling expired food. I need to find another store to buy organic food now.

Awesome selection of produce and always fresh cut meats. Not cheap as Wal-Mart but definitely worth the money. Everyone that works there are very helpful. Especially if you are looking for a certain shampoo that your girlfriend wants.😁

As someone who grew up down south, I was today years old when I visited a Wegmans. Sooooo delicious! Such a wide variety of good food I could have spent hours there. Bagel was so yummy and chewy, salad was fresh. I didn't interact with anyone so I can't rate customers service. But this store gives Publix a run for its money and that's saying a lot from a southerner.

We love going here for meats and seafood. They have the best values and freshest meats and seafood around! I recommend this store over any other for the freshest foods

Nice and clean great selection and nice staff. However, prices have gone crazy everywhere, but Wegmans is higher than most. And for the love of God, stop moving everything. I understand that you move items, and it keeps shoppers in the store longer, and they buy more. Today, it didn't work. I asked an employee once, but they didn't know, so I skipped a few items.

I've always loved this store. I wish they would find a new location and expand. Gave 4 stars due to the parking situation. The old Dunn and McCarthy site would make a great place for a brand new Wegmans. Id like to see something more fitting in the downtown spot like a high rise mixed use building to fit the city theme more. Its always been odd to me to have a grocery store in the middle of downtown. If anyone from corporate can see this. Consider looking into a bigger and better Wegmans with plenty of parking.

Went in the store numerous times and they still don't have the sleeping pills I buy from other Wegmans. Asked where another product was and was told different areas to look. Looked in both places and couldn't find it. Employees talking with each other when at least 1 of them could have walked me over to what I was looking for.

Its Wegmans. Good selections good prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful today. The produce is the best in town. Some items are there only in the Wegmans name brand.Their location in town is extremely convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

If you’re going to close early could you mark yourself as closed here on Google or on your doors? I checked your hours here and they say you should be opened but the store is closed. Walked a few blocks to get there only to find the doors locked. Other customers were exiting the store but no one could enter. Employees saw me approach the doors but didn’t do anything. No sign on the doors so myself and a few others tried to approach only for the doors to not open and other customers to tell us the store closed.

Typical Wegmans. It's a great grocery chain. Store was clean, well-stocked, and had about everything in raw and prepared food. For the length of the line , check out went pretty fast.
