Ample parking, the store is like any other Walmart. They have camping, automotive section,toy department, jewelry, grocery, childrens, baby aisle,kitchen ware, clothing, electronics department. You can find most anything you need here. They have lots of self checkout lanes. It's open until eleven pm at night. You have to bring your own bags or buy them .

Pay attention to the quoted price of the produce that you attempt to purchase. Much of it rings up at a higher price at the register than what the labels make you think you are paying. If you find yourself being overcharged, complain heavily to your state's consumer protection division. Because of actions of the State of Florida, Walmart is having to pay a settlement to anyone who was overcharged for certain bagged citrus and meats. On April 24, I was overchagred for lettuce in the Auburn, NY store until I fought for a price reduction on the item. Walmart cheats.

Seemingly understaffed. Hardly any registers open. Nearly every time I almost get run over by Walmart pick up shoppers. Still I can get what I need at a reasonable price. The lady who checks receipts, Pam, is wonderful.

Wont be coming back here, American company not accepting military I.D's for alcohol purchases.Ex military friend and I came here and he wanted a single 3$ beer, lady at self check out would not sell it to him because he had a military I.D and a Arizona I.D and not a license, they only accept drivers licenses from N.Y apparently (never heard that one before!). when explained to her that his military I.D was just as good she made us stand to the side and called a manager whom came over and tried to tell us the same thing. this was a 30 min plus ordeal over a 3$ drink, i told them to take it and we would just buy our other stuff and leave.after her manager left she came back over and leaned way into my personal space and put her finger way to close to me and threatened that if we came back that they had cameras and would call the police if they thought I came back in and bought it for him. I told her I wouldn't waste my time coming back in for a 3$ drink and would go to the gas station and he'd buy it himself no problem and she must think I'm stupid if I don't think Walmart has cameras. plus a few more choice words for being way to close to me.Walmart needs to re-train their employees, and managers apparently. call yourself a U.S company but wont even accept our service member's I.Ds. but the gas station down the road does? Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm going to be nice and give it three stars. Only because my experiences with the Walmart delivery app have been great. In the store itself it's been not so great. I find certain employees to be rude and disrespectful. I do not mind showing my receipt if I have stuff that's not in bags. But when a cashier at the self checkout Whispers to the lady at the door about an item that I picked up and bought online and put in a bag that clearly had my name on it and said pick up and the woman still wanted to see the receipt and tried to pull the item out of my bag that that's where a line can be drawn. They didn't even do anything when I called the 1-800 number. I don't particularly like going in Walmart. I only do it when I have to especially now after that incident which I have my own reasons as to why I think it happened. Unfortunately we are slowly being dominated by Walmart and that's all I have to say about the matter. And just know if you're a little different than you are treated different. And you don't have to agree with me but from personal experience it is what it is.

It's Walmart. You can find some good prices here, better prices at other places if you are a savy shopper.It seems we all have figured out the self check out is the only way to get out of there in anything resembling quick - since I have yet to see more than 3 registers at one time.My big issue is trying to grocery shop with all the employees who are filling online orders! Those folks are in a rush because their job demands it. So you need to watch for them more than worry about a 6 year old pushing a grocery cart at high speed! I've seen both happen.Yes, I could order my groceries online and not have this hassle, but I prefer to do my shopping myself, so I'll keep watching my toes and keep clear of rolling tote carts.

I watched as this lady was denied a sale in the Electronic department for $$$ gift card. Because it's a scam. When I went to leave this woman was up front selling her the cards. I told her that this is clearly a scam and she was already denied in the back and I asked her why she was finishing the sale and didn't even ask her about why she was buying so so much money on gift card. The staff member decided to anyways

This Walmart is just like any other. I would say the best time to go there is 6am-9am or 9pm-11pm. Less crowded, and during those times there is no one at the door harassing you over a receipt.

I have a simple question for them but when I call they put me through to a line that has me on hold for over 45 minutes before I hang up. Then when I call back again, they don't answer the phone. It seems as if nobody wants to do their jobs. TERRIBLE service.

Absolutely terrible service. Checking out with a full cart of groceries and not a single lane open. Apparently no new cashiers were coming for another 20 minutes. Five employees and a manager sitting at the customer service area and not one of them hopped on a lane. They told us to go to the self checkout lane. Impossible with $500+ worth of groceries. The speedy lane was opened with well over 15 customers in line. The shelves were mostly empty and had not been restocked in awhile. Went to go buy a new phone case (and spend a fair amount for a new one) and there was not a single option available for the iPhone6. There was nothing on the shelves for several items we were looking for. Terrible attitudes and a terrible way to treat customers.

Always has everything I’m looking for. The store was clean and organized. It appeared as though they may have been doing some rearranging but no problem find the brand of kitty 🐈‍⬛ food I needed and plenty of snacks for myself and my furry friends

I have been in this walmart a number of times and when I go over to the deli the employees have their back to you and don't turn around to see if anyone is waiting. One girl was putting plastic bags for lunch meat on the holders and after waiting for 15 minutes she looked at me and said "just a minute " and kept doing the damn bags. They was out of what I wanted so if she would have turned around and asked me what I needed then I could have saved some time. Same for prepared foods. They are behind the door not looking to see if customers are waiting. And this happened more than 3 times. Please turn around and check for customers!!!!

Always feel rushed . The lighting and floors are dull and need serious cleaning./makeover. The customer service could use huge improvment. Like dang really could it hurt ya to have or want to smile or act like a good mood person. Lines are always long. Never a cash reg open. Nit sure if it lack of how many they run during the shift.

Walmart has a great selection at very good prices. The produce is very fresh, the garden center has been well stocked and their meat and chicken selection has been very good with very fair prices. Beside bring a one stop shopping experience their pharmacy/beauty selection and even the shoe/clothing departments have some great finds and the check out people are very personable.

The worst Walmart I have ever experienced hands down. We spent 1.5 hours collecting items and filling our cart. When time to get checked out not ONE single register with a cashier. There was one employee on both ends with self checkout, and 3 in customer service. I approached 3 separate employees to get terrible customer service the worst being in customer service, him telling me to just walk away and leave my cart. Guessing he is in the wrong department, can not imagine any employee telling a customer this and still working. So I was going to take his advice and walking tword the exit telling the last employee who I who happened to be the only helpful employee who works at the Auburn Walmart. I wanted someone to know I had a cart of items that included frozen etc and didn't want to go bad. She Betsy told me she just came in and would check me out and another man who was going to walk out as well. How long would it take employees to put those items back. They would have to put their phones away. Thank you to Betsy. Apparently most employees were on lunch break. Really break everyone so not one single register is open. Management needs to getvthis store under control, nobody is going threw self checkout with an entire cart full of items.
