This rating reflects my experience with the pharmacy only. I do not have any personal experience within the store. I have only had 1 pleasant interaction with the pharmacy staff since having to switch to this location when the Genesee location closed down. By pleasant, I mean this employee actually greeted me by saying “hi” and didn’t seem like I was bothering her by picking up a prescription. All other interactions I have had at this pharmacy, especially on the phone, have been with very rude individuals. The staff is incredibly rude. There is no other way to put it. However, instead of getting upset about it every time I go there I am just going to switch locations. This review serves only the purpose of sharing my experience with anyone considering using this location for your prescription needs. Hopefully it saves you the stress that I have felt when using this location.

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff. Something needs to be done about customer care. People need their medications and better communication if there is a shortage of those medications, not a bad attitude when customers call to check on their medications that say they are being filled but suddenly show canceled on their website with no communication from walgreens.

Portly Lady with the nose ring is very rude. The store calls me to tell my my prescriptions are ready. I go there twice and they the Pharmacy is closed at 4pm. I finally show up when they are there and they put my prescriptions back. Then the rude nose ring lady argues with me. Just a terrible place to get your prescriptions. Portly Nose Ring lady is the face of your business. What a joke.

They were advertising for employment and and I inquired and got hired by the pharmacy manager because that's where they needed help. But before you can go on the floor you have to finish those miserable videos, questions and quizzes. I came in on a monday did some she toldme to come back on that Thursday which I did and on Thursday she put me down to come in on Friday which that was the day she was supposed to give me hrs and add me to the schedule, but that never happen on Thursday I was told to come back that next Tuesday which I did so needless to say somewhere between the supervisor name faith in pharmacy and the store manager victoria one of them decided that all of a sudden they need to cut back hours, remind you they just had on indeed they needed help hired me and then now they unfortunately they have to many workers and need to cut back on hours so now my hrs are 8hrs a wk REALLY! so now you hire me and now you can't give out hours according to corporate office, at least that's what I was told by both which I'm pretty sure that was a lie because why are you hiring people then, so that Cleary told me the store manager is racist because according to the pharmacy supervisor she was gonna add me to the schedule with hrs, but after meeting Victoria the store manager now you have to many workers and you need to cut back on hrs, well why in the hell you are hiring so again Clearly some where I rubbed Victoria the store manager the wrong way, how I don't know because now I only can get 8hrs a wk smdh I tell you racism is so bad in this little small town of Auburn, which I should expect since this is where the slaves ran this is a historic town where Harriet Turman ran to and made her life along with others, however needless to say I quit the job and how the others were looking at me when I came in there're NO BLACKS WORKING THERE! which is sad but what can you do, I have been experiencing racism since I been in this small city which racism is ALL OVER THE WORLD, but I never experienced it like they way I have here since I moved to this city! But again what can you do except pray

I spend a large portion of my check in this pharmacy! So if I roll up to the window and ask for something and it’s an emergency and the tech says oh you have to go curbside! I’m sorry but if you are having an emergency I am pretty sure that maybe they should help! Especially if they can clearly see that you have an epi-pen on file! Then you call to talk to the manger and it’s the same tech and she hangs up on you! Yeah, I’m done here at this Walgreens!

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is absolutely terrible. They have messed up every single prescription I have had go through them since they merged with the one on Genesee Street. They said my prescription was delayed and never told me why so I was 5 days without it. I finally called and they said it was out of stock and they couldn’t get more. I called Wegmans and they had what I needed. But Walgreens submitted that they filled it to my insurance when they never did. I will never go back

Walgreens is not protecting women’s reproductive rights by refusing to fill prescriptions for LEGAL drugs (mifepristone for one)I am withdrawing my prescriptions and won’t be shopping at my local Walgreens store any longer whether or not NY Walgreens will comply with those extremist orders. I will also spread the word. Cowards!

Nice and clean. Wide open and spacious aisles and store layout. Well stocked shelves. Friendly employees (I was greeted as I entered the store). There is a restroom here in the store which is also very clean. Easy entry and exit in and out of the parking lot. Really nice location

If I could give zero stars I would. Got a covid19 test done here that was needed to catch my flight but whoever did my test definitely don’t know how to do there job. For working for a pharmacy a label sticker to a specimen & a bar code before sending it to the lab you couldn’t even do. Labcorp have to throw my vial because there is no name identification to support the test. I have to call the lab because no one is answering thru walgreens. So whoever is going for a drive thru test gently remind them to label your container to avoid the same problem.

I have used Walgreens forever. Granted u will occasionally get a rude ignorant employee which I find rare here. I have never felt discriminated against and as far as the comment someone left... How do you get that having someone give you a hard time about ur syringe for a depot shot has anything to do with LGBT insensitivity? Sounds to me ur one of "those ppl" trying to get some kind of drama started. Ppl have gotten syringes their for years; no script, no questions asked... Like most pharmacies trying to decrease HIV/HEP C. circulation.... Had a call gone in to management I'm sure this whole problem would of been cleared up quickly.

rude customer service at the auburn location negative 5 starsThe only way to put up a post is to touch a starI will go to a different location not auburnStore is open till 10pm but not for pharmacy or photo lab. Clerk said you can come in but not to get anything. Oh this happened on Monday December 10th at 8:20pm. Pretty rude customer service how sad

This store is not LGBT community friendly I went in to visit the pharmacy to buy some im syringes for use with my weekly Depot shot and I was told that I would not be allowed to buy them unless I had a prescription for needles or a prescription for a drug requiring the use of such needles so I promptly produced my prescription and i was treated like a drug addict and I was still turned down for purchase of the syringes even after I produced a legal prescription. On top of that they are a legally registered esap member so obviously the pharmacist and her pharmacy staff have a moral obligation against transgender people and the LGBT community
