I used to love Underground but I sadly won’t be returning. I stopped in to get new jewelry and have the piercer put them in. Not even a week later I had to take one of them out because it was too tight on my ear and cutting off circulation. The ones I still have in are turning my ear green, so needless to say they’re also coming out. Not happy paying over $100 to get the jewelry just for it to turn my ear green. Very disappointed!

Underground Ink is an awesome place. Mike LaFramboise is an amazing artist. It was my first tattoo, he was very pleasant, funny and down to earth. A very clean place. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely be getting another one. And my husband will be getting another one as well. Would highly recommend.

They were great!!! They went through each step, they going to do, and they also sanitized the whole place. You had your own room! They were so so friendly, I was greeted when I walked in, talked to the whole time, so i was comfortable, and they made sure I was comfortable, and I was also greeted when we left. Even the guy that was doing tattoos greeted us very friendly, and he was busy.

I just got my tongue, industrial, nostril, and septum done here. The girl who pierced me was great! She made sure I was ok to go on before piercing me again. The shop looked clean and I like how I had my own private room to be pierced in. Everyone was kind and professional. Plus the prices were great! Went and got a navel percing last night. I loved the look of the place! Lady who did my piercing was super nice and the other worker greated me which made me feel welcomed. She was very professional and described everything she was doing before she did it. She walked me through the procedure and it was done in a flash, very quick, and very clean! I loved it and definitely plan to go back for another piercing here in the near future:)

Mike did an AMAZING job on my Speak Life PEACHES tattoo, my Monarch Butterfly tattoo, & he even touched up my Family heart tattoo lines to make them smooth! Mike does great art work! I Highly recommend going to Underground Ink! They are down to earth and they all really care about their customers! Very sterile shop! GREAT PLACE!Emily did my industrial piercing... she did a great job! Very sterile shop! And they pierce for $25 no matter what piercing you get done. GREAT PLACE!

My first time was great. I had my nose done, and Emily was really nice. There weren't any complications when getting it pierced. The second time I had my nose done wasn't as great. She forced a certain nose ring on me, and because I was desperate to have my nose redone, settled for it. I felt like I, as the customer, should have received the nose ring that I wanted. It took me months to get it out to change it. I wasn't happy at all and I won't get my nose done there again.

Please do not go here for piercings. I’ve been pierced by them twice; they told us to use tea tree oil for our piercings (which actually burnt the skin) and put in too small of jewelry. Both times my piercings did not heal correctly and I was left with giant bumps.

I received a gift card a few years ago as a birthday gift. Went to use it today and Mike stated he couldn't accept it because they are only good for 1 year. There is no experation date on the gift certificate. That's not right that he got the money already for the gift certificate but would not accept it. Have gotten two tattoos here before but will never give another penny.
