Love my local Tops store. Second time cashing out with Mary. Dont ever get in her line Very rude and i gave her thebenefit of doubt but this was the second time and nope the same thing. I know its hard to find help but she is not good for a customer service position.

I hear a lot of people complaining about the prices at tops. But they do have good meat deals. The majority of their staff is friendly and helpful. I never have a hard time Cashing Out. So I don't really have much negative to say about tops. I'm usually in and out of there fairly quickly. Even if there's quite a few people.

While I live closer to two of its "Competitors", I enjoy going to Tops because it's less crowded and has everything for my grocery needs on a weekly basis. The store is always clean, has fresh produce and the bakery has excellent goods. Prices are good for all types of budgets. They also have both self checkouts and checkouts manned by Cashiers.

I like shopping at Tops they are always well stocked shelves and the employees are always nice and helpful. Used to love shopping there until I bought a pack of whole wheat wraps and they were green with mold when I opened them. Disgusting I will find a new place to shop.

Ordered subs and weren’t made right. No lettuce, or tomatoes. Lady was rude and didn’t even seem to care.

We ordered a cake for our anniversary a few weeks in advance from here. We don't live in the area, but made a special trip since we would be renting a lake house when we got the cake. We wanted the cake decorations that were on the sample design cake and not in the book. They were unable to order them, but offered to take the decorations from the sample cake. My husband did not pay much attention to the cake when he picked it up, but once he arrived with it my friend and I immediately noticed the border. The top and sides of the border were the normal pretty design, but the bottom looked like a long blue turd. They had used a simple round applicator and done nothing to make it look nice. I used a butter knife to try and smooth it down, but you can see the difference in the borders. The cake tasted good and aside from the bottom border was beautiful, but the bottom border... It was horrible.

Inside store is great. Prices are as expected. WWhat is wrong with the local community that thinks it is OK to throw their trash on the ground in the parking lot? It was a shocking walk from my car to the store.

Stopped in to order the fried chicken family meal. The deli worker is claiming she doesn’t know the code to ring it up. Sent us to a desk to get the code. After 7 minutes of waiting we left. I’m going to assume the deli didn’t want to make it.

My parents' first stop grocery store. Excellent value (and not too salty) roast chickens, a good selection of products, and a pharmacy. Friendly and helpful staff, too, which is especially important for my elderly Mom!

They upcharge on sale items to make you think your getting a deal 😔 when you don't. Fresh foods don't last as if they are ready to expire as you buy them. Ok deals on drinks

Always have good experiences here. I love that there's always the option of having a cashier or at least someone who can help.The only thing that would be helpful is if the self checkout had a price gun so not have to lift the heavy items.

It was pretty good the fish department still smells like something is spoiled but other than that shelves were well stocked and cleanTje self checkout has become more updated and easier to use. Over All it was a good experience 👍

Why evey time I get garlic bread it is never cut even or there isn't enough garlic spread on it. Like come on its not that hard. It is beyond ridiculous when it costs $5.99 a loaf

I found $82 in the parking lot, I turned it in at the service desk and left my name & contact information I checked back a month later to see if it was claimed. I was informed it was not claimed but store policy is that the store keeps the money in those situations. So if you find money at tops, leave your name & contact information with them But hold onto the money yourself until someone contacts you to claim it.I do have to say, I did encounter a nice helpful young man who’s a cashier his name is Dillon he should be rewarded for a fine job as should the cashier Sylvia and Nancy the Bakery manager.

Had no choice than to use the self check out. Had coupons all coupns were good but all the coupons I scanned came up give to attending cashier, which was out chatting with there friend. Took 18 minutes to cash out that should have been 5 or less. THESE YOUNG IDIOTS DON'T WANNA WORK, THEY USE IT AS A SOCIAL GATHERING. FIRE EM ALL

The store is clean and well-stocked. The staff is no-nonsense, but extremely helpful. The base pricing is rather high, but it is worth shopping here if sign-up for the Bonus Plus card and catch a deal. More competitive base pricing would bring me more often.

Can we get the same buys or discounts. Instead of pulling out a shoppers club card. I feel needing a card to get a discount is stupid. Everyone that comes in and shops at your store is a customer. Give them all the same discounts and stop asking if I have a card.

Used to be a great store to buy groceries now its ran by extremely rude staff me and my fiancee went to buy groceries and the gurl who was at shelf check out was whispering rude remarks to her coworkers about us because we couldn't pay for everything all at one time and she was staring us down like we were going to shop lift that girl needs to be fired she was very unhelpful the prices are too high dont think i'll be shopping there again

Always clean, but prices are high, so they do run a lot of sales; prices are good when on sale. I also got attitude from meat manager when I asked for pack as advertised between 4-5# for deal (Great deal, buy meat,get a bunch of stuff free). All were 5.5#+.

This place is a joke! The prices are absolutely outrageous and the store needs a makeover. The employees not only look miserable, but act it too! At least some of the customer service cashiers and line cashiers. The selection is terrible and I still can not get past the prices. They try to have a sale and mark up the original prices to make you think you are getting a deal. My grandparents used to shop there and I just dont know what happened. Walmart happened i suppose, but either way, the prices need to come way down because its said what they want for a box of cereal. I would rate it higher if the service was more friendly but maybe it's the time I shop, but there is no reason for it. If you are going to be in this public service industry, expect that you are the face of the business you work for.
