Do not use this home depot to remodel your kitchen! It has been an absolute nightmare! They take your full payment then don't follow through with anything they've told you at the initial estimate appointment! It takes months not weeks, and nothing is done how promised... They don't return phone calls and pass the buck to whom ever they can!Worst ever kitchen remodel!!I wouldn't even give 1 star outside of the sub contractors have been nice and polite!Anthony, the sales man and estimator, who does your initial visit... worthless!!!

Most incompetent Home Depot I’ve ever been to. But it’s easy to find an employee. All you have to do is listen and usually there’s five of them standing around doing nothing but talking.

Home Depot is on the other side of town from me so I normally go to Lowe's. However, it does seem at least of late that their selection of lumber is better than what I've been finding at Lowe's. Their staff seems a little bit more engaged and the store is definitely cleaner and better organized, again personal preference. If you're looking for lumber you could do worse than Home Depot by a long shot.

The store has gone to garbage since the new store manager has taken over he talks down to stave and is extremely unprofessional. Piece of advice if you shopping there AVOID BO THE STORE MANAGER! Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Working in retail is hard enough with out a boss that treats employees like garbage.

It's OK for certain things, not a big rivet selection or uv light selection. There brand of paint isn't that great, but 7 times out of 10 they have what I. Looking for.

Lowes totally screwed me over. My father has had a contractor account there for as long as I can remember. We ran into an issue with them that they refused to resolve. We went to Home Depot that same day, and they greatly helped us out! The whole family and I are now gonna be loyal Home Depot customers. Thank you Roy in appliances for all the help!

Great selection. Terrible service. Would not honor incorrectly labeled mark down on tropical plant from $16.00 to $10.00 when I had over $600 in other tools and items I was ready to check out with. Plus home depot is suppose to honor the displayed price, worker mistake or not.

I purchased the refrigerator in dec 2021. In August of 2022, I woke up to my kitchen floor covered in blood from the quarter cow I purchased the previous month. The fridge completely stopped working overnight and the clean up was a nightmare. The blood was impossible to remove from the mechanical parts of the fridge and the smell will never go away. I had the fridge serviced even though I wasn't happy with not being able to have it replaced since I had purchased the extended warranty. Two months later it started freezing the food in my fridge, even on the warmest setting. They came to repair it again, and its still freezing items in the fridge. This has been very costly replacing frozen produce and gallons of milk week after week, not including the 400 dollars I lost in beef over the summer. I cannot believe Home Depot will not replace this fridge after being repaired 3 times and purchasing the warranty.

Looking for plumbing chemicals a associate got me to the bay and aisle number. He was stocking the household chemicals. Very nice guy. I was asked by every associate if I needed help finding something. And the ladies at the self check out were awesome!!!!! I will continue to shop at home depot and recommend to my family and friends!!!!

Always finding more then I need here. They're super sweet with my kids who love to look at everything in here. Customer service skills are always top notch, which means a lot to a mom of 4 who sometimes needs a lot of help haha. I appreciate their patience n kindness always!!

This store is great for all of your home improvement needs!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of everything you might need for all of your home projects!!! I go here all the time to grab thing I need. I am building an aquarium stand from scratch and they had everything I needed and then some!!! Prices are generally reasonable, sometimes it might be cheaper to get it online but they have it right in the store so you don't have to wait! I definitely recommend this store for all your home improvement and project needs!!!

My father came to the store just a week ago and was completely ignored by two employees when he kindly asked for assistance in finding a specific product. If your employees are going to ignore hardworking and paying customers then maybe you should rethink your hiring strategies and find reliable people who will help with sales. I’m disgusted and insulted that my family has ever considered or spent money through your business.

I don't live close enough to home depot to frequently visit. I ordered a tool box (which was not in stock in store either time my order was placed) from home depot.com. (didn't know the store and website weren't really associated.) After 2 failed order deliveries, the first one taking 4 weeks and finding out my package was missing, the second, my package hadnt left the warehouse on my 2 week delivery date. The call center customer service was mediocre. They sent me to the store for them to clean up their mess. They never called ahead to make sure the box would be there for me. I ended up speaking with a manager. I know he could have easily said there was nothing he could do to make good on the promises the call center made, however he came through after I explained the wild situation going on and he helped me out. After I paid, 6 guys loaded my box for me. Next time I'll drive to the store if I need to order something.

I've noticed a lot of changes at the Home Depot. Stores are much cleaner and very well organized with much better displays and more visually stunning atmosphere. For example, lots of large color coding in plumbing and hardware department. It really made finding small parts a lot easier. And displays in the flooring department give it a bit of higher end store feel.

Love hd good products, 10% veterans discount, apparently they now have an app to put on your phone for veterans to be able to scan for veteran's discount. The app will make it so a cashier will not have to check if for discount.Unfortunately Home Depot is going to self checkout

We recently bought a $1600!! Toro snow blower, it worked great, twice! then an internal throttle linkage within the machine disconnected/broke, rendering it useless without paying for a repair.- the day after it was delivered.I've contacted the Auburn Home Depot twice to have it picked up. The first time, they said they had scheduled both pickup and then delivery of a different unit to replace it 2/5. I was happy and it felt like an easy process.The pickup/delivery date arrived, neither the pickup or delivery showed up.I called again, yet again reassured it would be picked up, they didn't know why it hadn't been picked up, except this time there was no replacement (must have sold the other unit from under us, instead of reserving it for our replacement).OK, fine, maybe I didn't want a snow blower that breaks down after TWO uses anyways, a return would be great! the next pickup scheduled was 2/10Low and behold, 2/10 passes by and I still have a $1600!! paperweight that I can't physically return without renting a U haul. I'm so sick of making these calls. I'm sure it could be repaired but why should I have to repair a $1600 snowblower after two uses!Auburn Home Depot, it was a delivery order placed online, Kelsey Jones, please, for the love of god, take this thing away and refund us.

If you can't find what you like at Lowe's I'm sure you can find it here seem like a pretty good selection. My only complaint albeit we were there a half hour prior to closing they had multiple aisles closed off with a very loud and obnoxious beeping noise going off which I think was for safety reasons so that people don't get run over by the forklift operator well they got one thing right because people I'm sure would be running away from that dang noise it was so obnoxious but overall good store good selection fair prices
