We took a drive to go get breakfast here and it was absolutely incredible! The food was delicious and came out so quick! I got maple bacon waffles that were stuffed with bacon and sprinkled with more bacon on top and came with a huge side of homefries. The portions are large I didn't even finish my whole meal. He had the banana caramel Cinnamon pancakes with walnuts on top drizzled with caramel sauce and syrup. They also have signature lattes that are amazing! You can also shop around while you wait for your seat if they are busy. They have knickknacks and candles and food and gifts to purchase. The manager was so attentive to everyone at their tables and came by twice to see how everything was. Total for everything we ordered was 26.00 which we almost couldn't believe. We will definitely be back again one day!

New Hope Mills is a culinary gem! The Maple Siracha Chicken Sandwich on a waffle bun was a perfect blend of sweet and spicy, accompanied by crispy home fries. The egg omelette with peppers and onions was a savory delight. Add in a refreshing iced coffee, and you've got a winning meal. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff sealed the deal. Highly recommended!

We waited less than 10 minutes total. The food was excellent. The portions were large. Everything was well cooked.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a handicamp ramp for wheelchairs and walkers.

Good food! Large portions and well presented. French onion soup was very good! I chose the half sandwich with soup and it was to me is filling as a whole serving . Very well done .! Love The little market as well. They carry sugar free mixes. The only issue..our first waitress had an unwelcoming attitude and downright frown towards us. We were completely surprised at this strange attitude from her and both mentioned it at the same time as we were polite. ( maybe she didn't like tattoos?)This finally improved and other waitresses were awesome 👌 definitely worth stopping for a bite to eat breakfast or lunch.

What's not to love... Great food, friendly and attentive staff, neat and clean, unusual setting. Will definitely be back.Parking: Large open gravel parking lot. Looks like it could even accommodate someone towing an RV or a boat.

Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Silverware and napkins come in a neat wooden tray, and the check is delivered to the table in a cool wooden miniature clipboard looking thing. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs with fried potatoes and a biscuit. All of it was absolutely delicious and the service from Carmella M, (that's the name on my receipt), was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. 5 stars, 20 out of 10, definitely would recommend.

Love the New Hope Mills pancake mixes, so wasn't surprised that my Country Breakfast at their cafe was Delicious! Made mine blueberry and am taking half home for later. Hubby had an omelette and I had to try the toast made from their bread mix, yummy.Observed that all the portions are very generous and prices are reasonable. Cute little store too

Nice store with a variety of items. Everything seemed reasonably priced. Went on a Saturday morning and it was busy! 30 minute wait for a table, but they were upfront about the wait. The food was good!On the porch they have dog water bowels!

This is a great place for breakfast. We've heard about the restaurant/store and have been meaning to visit. We are so glad we did. The pancakes were fantastic, of course. The rest of the food was just as good as was the service.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.

After seeing their products for sale all around the area, we decided to check out their cafe and store. The building is not very impressive from the outside. It looks like big red warehouse with the cafe/store on one end. Inside has a quaint county style, with old milling machines and knickknacks on a 2nd floor balcony. Half the space is the cafe in front and the back is the store. The menu selection for breakfast is what you would expect from a mill, something like 15 different kinds of pancakes, all made with their own products. The lunch menu is pretty extensive too. Sandwiches, burgers, soups and salads. The 11 bean and ham soup was fabulous, the Smash Burger and Chicken Tenders were delicious. We will be going back soon.Features: Following all current policies.Parking: Good sized unpaved parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance. Not sure if there is enough room in the aisle between the row of booths.

A wonderful dining experience! The cafe is small and decorated with a quiet, rustic feel. There is turn of the century equipment set around the top of the store to add as decoration and quiet, gentle music plays to create a restful, home feeling. Outdoor seating is available.The portions are extremely generous and a single pancake is more than enough for one adult. Staff is very friendly and the prices are fair.There is a store attached that has all sorts of pancake mixes, flour, jams, honey, etc that you would find in a general store.I highly recommend visiting.

Reservation Recommended. Not many tables. We were lucky to walk in and sit at 10 on a weekday. Music they played is a mood killer.Pancakes or Waffles are a must.Breakfast Burrito and Tacos are made using crepes instead of Tortilla. Delicious Twist.

Very quaint country setting. The food was WONDERFUL! Chicken and waffles was absolutely delicious and a hearty portion. The pancakes were almost as big as a hub cap and as fresh as could be. Since the make the pancake mixes, there are multiple flavor options.

My friend and I visited this place for breakfast last weekend. The only negative thing I have to say was that we had to wait around 20 min, and then their computers didn’t work so we had to pay with cash. Other then that it was a great experience! We had ‘Buffalo chicken waffles’ and ‘Strawberry avocado salad’, both were absolutely delicious! Portions are big, so you can share! Must also admit that place has very cozy and nice interior! Will definitely come back when I’m in Auburn.

We have a newfound favorite thing to do at New Hope: order "The Carmella". This is simply letting Carmella decide how to prepare my 17 year old culinary student's hot chocolate. So far she has always amazed us with the accuracy of her choices and how delicious it is!It would be an excellent addition to the menu.Dietary restrictions: This is one of only 2 restaurants in Auburn offering true Gluten Free options in their menu.

Warm, inviting, and a delicious place to have breakfast. Along with the cozy atmosphere, the pancakes are huge and tasty. For my beverage, I ordered the vanilla chai tea latte and it was one of the best I have ever had in the Syracuse area. Our server, Carmella, was exemplary! She was very informative, attentive, with a scintillating personality. Their store offers a variety of interesting things to purchase. We bought soup and pancake mixes. My husband and I will certainly be back to try some of the other items on their menu soon.
