I have been a long time customer and friend of the this amazing family that runs this tattoo shop.Mom has always been there for me for not only my piercing needs but also for high end jewelry. I asked for 14k solid white gold and that is what I exactly wanted.No silliness, no hassle, just plumb old business.Dylan has also done a few of my tattoos and he has done a great job on all of them.I’m not local so I am unable to go in as often, but when I do go in, it’s almost like going home to moms.The door is always open regardless of what kind of trouble you have got yourself into.

Great location for tattoos. I recommend Dylan, but both artists are great. -- update - 5 years later I'm still very happy with my tattoo. Dylan has since tattooed multiple family and friends and they all have nothing but good things to say. Definitely a hidden gem located right here in Auburn!

I got my tattoo done yesterday and dylan was explaining everything he was doing from doing research on runes for what i wanted and showing me taking the needles out for the needle gun. I will def be going back there. The staff is very friendly from the moment i walked in to the moment i left.

I cannot recommend Mom’s enough! I had an amazing experience. “Mom” was incredibly kind, patient and informative throughout the whole process. I was feeling a little nervous when I first arrived, but she talked me through all of it. She took her time and made me as comfortable as possible. I love my piercings and I appreciate her work! Unfortunately I won't be back. I came in to get Jewelry changed, and "mom" who was changing it seemed to not really know what she was doing. The jewelry fell out of my mouth because she decided to go from the longest bars, to the absolute shortest for snake bites, and there was barely any room for her to screw on the tip of the jewelry, which ended up falling out when I got home. She's also very unsociable, tried starting up a conversation with her and kept getting side-eyed and passive aggressive responses. And her excuse for having such a difficult time for putting in my new studs were "People usually get hoops anyways". It's my opinion that if you aren't able to work with all of the jewelry you buy and advertise doing piercings for, you shouldn't handle them, as you can cause injury to clients. I'm glad others has a better experience than I did here, I'm just disappointed that since my jewelry fell out and I'm not able to get back to a shop tonight, that my holes will close, as they heal quickly, and I will have to spend even more money trying to get this mistake fixed. I'm not able to speak on the experience of the other shop workers, but "mom" for sure seems inexperienced and I'm very disappointed with my service and don't recommend others seeing her at the very least.

I got four earlobe piercings done here in one sitting. Mom is awesome, friendly, and very informative! She takes her time to make sure everything lines up perfectly/the way you would want it. She clearly cares about her customer’s experience and even carries quality aftercare products. Definitely my new go-to piercer!

Mom was absolutely amazing with my soon to be 16 year old for her belly button piercing.. she was very informative about what was gonna happen and aftercare . She talked with our daughter thru it all. Then my daughter got up and looked like she was gonna pass out. Mom got her a drink . Let her lay down and was extremely kind to her. Fantastic place. Erik is a master of his craft. Not only is he a fantastic artist but his attention to detail is astounding. He took into account my medical history as well as a previous infection I’ve had from a prior tattoo. Fun constant conversation throughout the entire tattoo. Took both my girls there to get their ears pierced (one was about 2 and half years ago). Both times the staff are so nice and pleasant there to me and my daughters. Definitely would recommend going there.

Was easy to get an appointment for a time that worked for me. Everyone was welcoming and no wait. I had my 5 Y/O daughter and 6 Y/O son get their ears pierced and the lady that did them was patient and kind. She was very quick and made extra sure they were perfect. Both kids did amazing because of her ability to stay calm. Will definitely go back again.

Absolutely love this place went in today for a nostril piercing and was absolutely terrified! Everyone from the gentleman at the front desk to the tattoo artist to mom herself was absolutely wonderful! Mom took the time to talk to me and address all fears and concerns i had about the pain. She encouraged me through everything and was incredibly soothing! I appreciate how kind and patient she was and i will definitely be back for future piercings and tattoos :) I love my nose piercing she did a great job!

I gave Mom's a call when I needed my septum redone and had a phenomenal experience. Mom worked slowly to find my existing scar tissue. Brought my 5 yrs old daughter here to get her ears pierced. I was so weary that she wasnt ready. Aas much as she kept saying she was & as much as I prepared her. We got there and she got real nervous. Every one there was so nice & made her feel extremely comfortable. They were wonderful with her & she got her ears pierced like a champ! Highly recommend this place! Clean, friendly & great st what they do!

I went in to do a naval piercing and a nose piercing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My nose piercing was fine but my naval piercing did turn out slightly crooked. I will have to remove the jewelry and wait for it to heal for four weeks before I can redo it. I really did appreciate the kind staff but mistakes do happen. I called and they were more than understanding. They fully refunded me and offered to repierce once it fully heals and I did appreciate that. I still would recommend the shop to friends.

Doesn't seem to have much experience when Piercing people with bigger lips, Piercing fell out the day I got it and they wanted me to pay for it again to get it fixed, eventhough Piercing jewelry was incorrect, way too big.
