Store is part of a shopping plaza. They always have new inventory coming and going. You actually have to look through racks of clothes. Which is a bit of a downside. They have random inventory in clothing department. Makes it a bit more disorganized. Love the makeup and home decor section. Definitely recommend checking it out.

For the past 8 months I've watched the prices on thier " clearance items" especially health & beauty, the red price stickers are MORE than the original prices, I confronted one of the cashiers and she just stared at me like I was an alien and had a look of " oh we're busted" on her face.

It's become a Buffalo Bills memorabilia seller. Not much for other merchandise. Bathrooms smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Gross!

Nice, organized Marshalls. One of the nicer discount stores I have been to.Staff very friendly and informative.If you are looking for name brands at lower prices, I highly recommend this store.

I like to window shop, so Marshalls is always a people pleaser for me. However in this circumstance I was looking specifically to purchase dress shoes for a size 12 female. I wish more stores had better choices. Not a single shoe above a 10 for a formal party.

Very crowded. Not enough room for 2 carts down every isle. Hard to shop unless you are by yourself and not using a cart. On the positive side, there are always interesting finds

Store seemed empty of merchandise, though there was still plenty. It was odd that it wasn't overstuffed with holiday decorations, etc. Carts were sanitized and they were keeping count of occupancy. Registers had dividers for distancing between them and are sanitized after each person. A nice shopping experience. 4 stars due to low merchandise.....probably shipping hassles.

This store is excellent of its kind: the low prices and heavily discounted clothing and supplies make searching the racks worthwhile. I have been coming here since I was a boy. I generally shop at the thrift store or Walmart, but if I want some thing nicer I will come here. The service is very efficient. This is not a boutique, but it's a great place if you want to hunt for a bargain.

This place has gone down hill as far as men's clothing goes. Use to be a wide variety and a fair amount of great clothes and prices. Yes we all know prices go up bla bla. But wasn't expecting the clothing area be knocked down to about nothing no good selections what so ever and woman clothing mixed in. There is maybe 3 or 4 racks of men's clothing and 1 rack for shoes/boots combined. No good selection what so ever. Now for the ladies there is probably 20 racks of clothing like 4 of coats/purses and a wide variety of shoe wear to pick from so with that being said, male don't even bother you have a better chance of finding something at a competitor store and not pay some crazy prices for same clothing. Great place for the wife . Great prices and one stop shop for clothing and all essentials.

New review- friendlier customer service todayI like walking around Marshall's you never know what you can find. The staff is extremely rude at times. Every time I've been in there I feel like I bother the employees when I ask them a question. They don't say hello or offer to help if you need it. They glare at you with a blank stare or dirty look. And most of the managers are the same. A very select few don't do this and I wish I knew their names. They make it pleasant and have smiles on their face.

Nice, clean, and friendly establishment. I found everything I was looking g for and then some. Great deals on snacks and great price for clothing when you want something elegant but not too flashy or just need some pants and blouses for work. Every person was nice and helpful and did their jobs amazingly!!!

Staff are somewhat friendly, that is when you can find someone! One maybe two cashiers are nice. Wanted to buy a pair of sneakers but only one shoe was in the box and NO ONE could be bothered. Instead went to Kohl's and treated much better :) and saved lots of money.....Yay!!!

I enjoy just browsing in this store. So much to look at! Clothing, housewares, shoes, toys, pet care, baby items, seasonal, etc. I could browse forever. Great place to get someone a gift! I can find a lot of Buffalo Bills & Buffalo Sabres items in here around Christmas time.

Recently the check out has been extremely long. I acknowledge that covid has changed the way we function, but it seems unnecessary to have 3 associates at the doors and 2 cashiers when there is a line of 8 customers waiting to pay...Edit : 10 and counting ...

It's a small Marshalls. Selection turns over quickly so you need to come regularly if you want what you're actually looking for. Women's section dwarfs the Men's, kids toys are a joke. Footwear and home goods are good. Kitchen items sit for a while. Rating is based on size of the store. The staff are amazing.
