Not sure what the problem is at the Auburn NY Owasco St ??? Mayb you have no employees or they just like to put people on hold non stop calling them on hold 20 minutes is ridiculous Heaven forbid I try and call back which I did was immediately put on hold without even saying okay , At this point my family and maybe looking else where for better customer service! Be This is not the first time as I understand maybe your too busy but after 3 different occasions with this issue continues to be not okay! Being told after I dsy I have been on hold for 20 minutes the response was “ oh I’m sorry we did not even know the phone was ringing. Maybe it’s a problem with our phone system “

The store might have a peculiar setup... But one or two times in the store and you pretty much have it figured out. Pharmacist And staff were both knowledgeable and friendly...Store staff are also friendly.

Had 2 coupons for free any percent milk for a half gallon each they had nothing but no fat milk in fridge yuck, and in the back of the store the manager told me she had a gallon of 2% but that she wouldn't take the 2 half gallon milk coupons for the one gallon of milk she had in back cause she thinks it is a different price between them and she was rude about it do not want to go back there really. Customers in line around me were very nice though they spoke and stood up for me right then and told her that she should have been able to honor the free coupons I had and that she was being unreasonable so thank you for standing up for me. Don't prefer this store though.

I’ve gone to this pharmacy since I was like 5 years old, always gotten my prescriptions here, but in the last few months when I try to call to get my prescription filled the same lady I have talked to has been very rude to me. She is not understanding or at all helpful her name is Wendy and she gives attitude to me saying how she doesn’t trust me to pick up the prescription and is very short and snappy at least over the phone I’ve never had a problem with anything else to do with kinneys but it saddens me that 9 times out of ten I have to go down there to get my prescriptions filled.

Waited to get a prescription filled the guy told me It would be about 15 minutes went up 15 minutes later the head pharmacist said we're still waiting to fill it will be15 minutes she was very snarky and rude clearly you guys need to communicate better if you would have told me a half hour then I would have happily came back buy I was waiting with my sick child. I think you all need a class in customer service! It's not what you say but how you say it.

I recently lost my job along with my health insurance. I am on 1 perscription and the pharmacist called to remind me about health insurance I said yes I'll be paying cash she said ok. I went 5 hours later to pick it up and she said it wasn't ready yet they 'pushed" me to the back of the pile. So people who don't carry insurance dont matter but I needy blood pressure medicine whether it's cash or insurance it should all be treated the same.

Good service, nice helpful staff. Somewhat shaky neighborhood characters in the area and in the store from time to time. They are usually there to shoplift, not bother the customers

clearly this pharmacy does not respect or care about there customers , they’re very snotty, rude , disrespectful, and extremely mean , I will not ever recommend this Kinneys to anyone , I changed pharmacy’s to the other side of town and so glad I did , wish I did it sooner ,
