This store is located in a shopping plaza. They have ample parking available. The prices seem to be pretty reasonable on most items they carry. They seem to have a bit of everything here. From welding, tools ,some kids stuff, lawn care. The staff seem very knowledgeable and friendly. It's bigger than it looks on the inside of the store.

Great service at this store! I was looking for a side cabinet that was out of stock at my local Geneva store. I called the Auburn store to check stock and Isaiah was happy to check for me. Isaiah and Cooper were the guys working that evening and were very accommodating. I returned some socket organizers from a different store that did not fit my tools well and it was hassle free. They even loaded the heavy box into the back of my pickup for me without my asking them. I appreciate their help, excellent, friendly attitudes, and good customer service. The floor, and bathroom were clean and shelves were neat, faced and well stocked. It's a great place to spend some time and hard earned money. Great selection of cordless drills, etc. Seemed as though they had a better variety than some other stores. I'll definitely return.

I just love this store I want it to the first time two weeks ago has a lot of things I paid for a living a lot of their painting tarps and brushes and everything or wonderful I was a little skeptical about their paintbrush cuz it's a very inexpensive price I've used them twice so far very pleased can't wait to go back again

Ashley the supervisor at the auburn plaza NY store was amazing great service. Went above and beyond. I wish I got the name of the guy she was working today but my boyfriend and I want to give him the same compliments. Great service and very patient.

Bought a vice, a creeper, and a socket. Guess what, they all broke. I accidentally lost the receipt, and only tried to return the creeper I used literally twice that was not at all abused. Nope no return, no credit, no care. I am not someone that returns things after I use them once, I need these things to repair my vehicle. I've also bought many things in the past that have broken. This store is nothing but foreign garbage. If you need something to work or are a normal person that loses receipts I wouldn't suggest shopping here or to anyone they will not make any exceptions and your money will be gone.

Went to store looking for sale items online found what I needed store worker bees carried my items to register for check out I pulled the car up to front they loaded my little giant ladder I needed for my A/C projectI saved $50.00 off regular price be sure to check online for your items that maybe on sale take a picture of the item to bring along it has the sale code you need for good guy price

Yesterday I visited my two closest harbor freight locations, canandaigua and auburn. I went to canandaigua first because it is closer, I was looking for their larger capacity dust collector which is apparently hard to come by in store. I happened to catch the manager and he was very short with me and not at all helpful. I tried Auburn and spoke with Joseph, he was very helpful and managed to essentially get one on order for me (which the manager in canandaigua said couldn't be done). If you're ever in the Auburn location and need assistance Joseph is the man to talk to!

I called Auburn NY Harbor Freight on 8/14 inquiring about Super Duty Folding Trailer. They said they have 1. I ask them if they can hold it. They say yes. I say I have to drive 3 hours. They say no problem. I even have them take my name. I get there after 3 hours. They say they sold it. No apologies. I have to arrange childcare and drive 6 hours for what? I am very upset.

This is one of my favorite hardware stores to shop in. I can always find what I need, quickly and they always have the best coupons/deals. I signed up for their mailers and the app, which has even more savings.

Now that they have so many of their own name brand tools. There's not as many good deals as they used to have. You have to hunt and pick them out. Use the app in Play Store (not there own) to find nationwide deals that are good in your local store.

All I can say is that I was very happy to find out that a harbor freight opened near me I have never had an issue with any of the products that I purchased here and their integrity . Knock on wood. Staff is pleasant however it seems every time I go to check out a customer has an issue so a lot of the time I am standing in line longer than it took me to shop

I went to your Auburn store today and was stopped at the door for not wearing a face mask I explained to the girl that I have ptsd and cannot wear one and as the law states I can be allowed in as long as I take proper spacing she stated it was corporate policy and had nothing to do with the Law Hmm since when does a company not have to follow laws ! Harbor Freight I am shocked not all injuries are on the outside of a body and that is part of the reason the law has been enacted. I was embarrassed and I will no longer be calling your store my favorite place to shop giving your store 1 star is wrong in these times have a little compassion for people who have fought battles you have been Blessed not to have ! SMH
