Would not recommend anyone to go there. They are pushy there. They do what is good for them not what is for the customer. They gave my wife a really difficult time about getting back a deposit that she was put down on a vehicle. A cash deposit. Took them a week after she had to make numerous phone calls. She also asked them not to run her credit when she decided she didn't want the vehicle they were trying to sell her. They ignored her and ran it 3 times. They were also trying to sell her a car with an active recall. My wife went up the road and bought a nice vehicle from another local dealership. What a difference. They were amazing. Non pushy and got her what she wanted. Already told all my friends and family to avoid this place. They are crooks.

If I could Score them less than 1 star I would. Literally the worst buying experience in all my life. Sales Manager (Todd) Promised to make right on a broken airbag cover for the drivers knee airbag. After 3 months of dangling a carrot in my face I was told " Buy it and move on) This was after they acknowledged that this was a safety concern. At the end of the day they wanted to save money over making sure the person buying the vehicle was safe. I will never recommend another person to this dealership. I reached out to upper management who obviously only cares about saving money as I got nowhere with them either. Jane Fox would have never let this happen but this new owner has his minions clearly caring more about dollars and cents then the retention of customer who have purchased every vehicle from them since 2009. I will waste and exhaust energy for a long time to come, making sure no one I know receives the horrible customer service experience that I have had. This is just a the start.

I brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler here to be repaired as a previous garage had performed incompetent work causing many problems. I bought this vehicle new at Fox so I figured it was the best place to repair it. The mechanic(s) that worked on it appear to have done an acceptable job to date as I have had no issues with it. Now the problem. My vehicle was brought there on 6/20/23. I was told at that time that it would be completed by mid to late July. Three months later it was still there. I had asked for regular updates on the progress but got nothing unless I either texted or called them. After 3 months I once again reminded them how long it was taking and again asked for regular updates. Another 5 months went by and they finally finished the job. Again they never updated me unless I specifically asked for the status of the job. In 8 months you can imagine how many times I had to contact them. Getting information was like pulling teeth. When I did get it back I noticed my radar detector, Bluetooth phone mic, money and a few other items missing. I contacted the garage and asked if they had removed the items. As was the regular procedure they never responded. I received an email from the customer relations assistant a week later asking me to complete a survey and wondering if She could help with any concerns. I told her she could inquire about my missing items because they obviously failed to secure my vehicle for the 8 months that it sat there. Once again no response!!!! So if you want to have work done at this garage don’t expect anyone there to communicate with you. I bought several vehicles at Fox previously but this will be my last. Maybe Fox should offer less dealerships and better customer service!!!

Definitely bought a lemon! Me and my husband purchased a pre-owned 2019 Subaru Ascent and have nothing but problems with it for the 2 year that we have had it. From it locking us out and not opening to trying to stall while driving. I wouldn't go to any of the fox dealers in the area. Beyond upset that this is what I wasted my money on! And to top it off they leave a fake number for you to call so they can "make it right". Called 4 times and the number is not in service, lol what a joke!

Watch out for the sales financing department. They tried to tack on a $700 fee in a tiny “miscellaneous” section in my agreement for an undercoating that was said to be included with purchase of a warranty. Also they undercoated it before I even told them to do so. They’re sneaky. Service department is absolutely horrible! First we had a service manager take the car in to get it looked at shortly after we bought it in June because the radio is all screwed up in it. I can’t even listen to music without it cutting in and out (it does this with blue tooth and hooked to a USB, and it’s not my phone that’s the problem because I have tried with multiple others). They said nothing wrong with it. So I called them about 2 months ago because I basically told them that I need a new radio because I’m sick of paying all of this money on a car that I can’t even get the full usage out of. So I was told they were ordering a radio. Didn’t hear anything for a month. So I called AGAIN and asked what the ETA on the radio is. They didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t order the radio after I had been waiting for a month. So I had to explain AGAIN, and finally came to the conclusion that they were ordering the radio and had to run it through my warranty. I said I’m not paying the deductible because it’s been an issue since I got it. So I have been waiting for the service manager to get back to me to confirm that they are going to cover the deductible because we are NOT paying for that! No way. This was over 2 weeks ago. I texted a service manager today to get an update on the radio and/or management approval for the deductible payment. No eta on the radio and didn’t answer me about the payment part. How do you have NO idea what status the radio is in?? It’s been 2 weeks. There is no way they have no idea if the request made it to Chrysler, was shipped, ETC? This is ridiculous and I’m done keeping my mouth shut. Absolutely HORRIBLE service department. The only good thing about that place is the salesman that helped us with our sale, Kenny Sanderson! Everyone else…. They act all helpful when you’re buying the car, but as soon as you actually need service done, forget it! Waste of time.

Very professional and customer-focused sales and support staff! The Jeep was in perfect condition (believe me, I checked it out thoroughly) when I picked it up, the purchase agreement was accurate and clear, and the whole process was on time without delay. I appreciate the entire team's attention to detail to preparing the jeep for receipt, the clarity on the finances, and the fact that there was not a high-pressure sales pitch for additional or extended packages and services.

I really appreciate that they help me with the transition from my lease to buying it. But I have never bought or lease a vehicle at 9 % interest, and I still can't believe that they wouldn't.takeoff the price of the vehicle knowing it had prior Damage to the ceiling and to the Jack. I was extremely impressed with Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram the minute I entered their building. I had an appointment for a NY State Inspection (just moved from Florida) and while I was waiting, I ended up buying a new 4x4 SUV (since mine was a 4x2 Florida SUV). The team was amazing! Absolutely appalled by this dealership. I am a first time buyer and chose a 2018 Jeep Renegade with 29k miles. Granted I understand there are possible cons to buying a used vehicle, the situation I had to go through should have never happened. Two weeks into having the vehicle the transmission went, check engine light flashing and all. I was completely dismissed by the service department and ended up getting it repaired at another Jeep dealership. Will never go back to these people.
