Store does have alot of stuff but, the staff is rude and not helpful at all. I asked for help to find something and got a rude response. The staff standing there talking instead of ringing customers out. All I said was can we get cashed out & they acted so immature.They also where talking crap trying to start a big problem while ringing products up. All because i asked if we could get cashed out.

Five below now does ear piercings with amazing selection at reasonable prices and the staff was completely outstanding with my five-year-old daughter she didn't shed one tear and we got her ears pierced

One of my favorite places to find odds and ends items, also great finds when shopping for kids, especially now that the items over $5 are in the back of the store.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted! I got my Rolling basket and was shopping when I was asked if there was anything I needed help with. Very refreshing experience! Keep it up!

While every white person walked in the store greeted with a hello, we weren't. We were also looked at wrong and they threw my stuff while they were scanning it at the counter, even slammed the door they walked out of while leaving the register. Disgusting people work there now and I would not recommend anyone of color going there, if so be careful.

Was very upset with the way the sales associate greeted us as we came into the store... Very snobby and made us feel unwelcome with her comment "just so you know we close at 9" as it was 8:30 when we arrived. Good selection of things.

It was absolutely disgusting in there. The people that worked there were rude, the floors were dirty and wet and they offered no room for my wheelchair bound friend, Jeff. I was very upset that I left without finishing my shopping.

Really, it's the only place to get chargers and cases for phones at reasonable prices. I rarely shop elsewhere, which is good because we are always destroying chargers around here. Also a good place to get kid crafts and candy.

They have cute toys for kids. They have clothes, sports stuff, candy, toys, a little of everything. It's all 5$ and under. Great place to do Christmas or birthday shopping

Oh Yes Yes the kids were begging to come here.... My mom got them each a GC for Christmas... I must say I was pleasantly surprised by all those things you can get for $5 or less... totally amazed and I know that we will come back here to get things for parties, bdays, gifts and well just all those things your teens and reteens want !!!

On vacation in NY, went shopping with my friend! All emploees's were dressed in elf clothes (very cute) made Christmas shopping very fun!! Store was very clean and organized!! Really enjoyed my time shopping. @ Five Below! Fantastic store to buy sticking stuffers, was able to buy some cool sticking stuffers for everyone on my list.. Really everyone.....My Dad, My Hubby, My Brother & Sister, My Daughter, Son -in - Law, My Grand Daughter, Both Nieces & and All Fur Babies in the family!!

I understand that stocking during the holiday season is essential but staff should be taking the empty boxes from stocking out back should be done immediately not left there for customers to trip over.

Almost everythung in that store you can buy for $5.00 in any store. There really is not much of any bargans in that store. Now don't get me wrong there are some good buys yes but some things they sell I have seen go for $3. & you pay $5. There at five & below. All I am saying is watch the price tag & check it out. Ollies ha better bargans on many of itoms also. Check them out for some real nice bargans especially on books.
