Been here with my daughter three times now. Always seem to have the same problem with this location. BURNT coffee it's disgusting. I said something to the employees about it the first time I went here months ago. Asking for a replacement (it was that BURNT 🤢 I'm not one to complain)Was given a attitude about it by the older women that were working. Thought Maybe it was a fluke and would give it another try. Same thing again. Nasty BURNT coffee. I didn't say anything though didn't want to have to deal with the poor customer service from the staff that was on..It has been awhile and my daughter really wanted Dunkin today . Stopped in and had some drinks made . Same nasty BURNT coffee again. I will not be back to this place. It seems to be a habitual problem with this particular location.Also I don't like wasting my money. The coffee is so BURNT tasting it's literally undrinkable. I dump them out.I know of two other Dunkin donuts locations here in Auburn. I will go to one of them instead. Better coffee and customer service.

Idk who you are but I can promise you the manager hates you as soon as you step foot in here.We ordered sandwiches and wraps, we got popsicles. Food cold as Dante’s ninth circle. We’ve given the place several chances as we’ve grown up with DD but it’s just not worth it. Service is abrasive, order usually incorrect , certain food items are never available. I’d recommend the new DD on Grant Ave but they take orders incorrect there too. The whole franchise is a disaster in auburn. Perfect depression meal or Lenten sacrifice ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I have never left a negative review for an establishment...until now. I completely understand that the woman working was the only person on...BUT, as I am waiting in line(I was the first person) this woman was making drinks for people who had walked in after I had. When she finally acknowledged me, she told me she couldn't make a sandwich for me for 20 minutes, because..."She had all these people to wait on", meaning everyone in line behind me!. Please educate this employee on basic customer service. Absurd!

Always love Duncan people are very nice I used to drive through a lot cuz I'm in a hurry traveling but you know what your coffee is very good. And I'm happyWheelchair accessibility: I have a disability not a wheelchair but you can get out in and out of the building very easily

I love Dunkin' donuts it's the best coffee there is. I went there today and I saw that they have a puppuccino. I purchased one for my dog. He loved it! I was concerned that the whipped cream would cause him distress. I inquired of the staff. I was assured that it would not bother him. Time will tell.

I wanna update my review as the kid that works on the weekends sat Aug 5th around 1:30pm is a very hard worker. He works alone, and gets everyone taking care of in a timely manner. He let's everyone know when he's working on there order, apologizes when he doesn't have to. He goes above, and beyond for his customers. He takes his job seriously, and shows everyone respect. Which we don't see that alot anymore in the restaurant industry. As the weedsport dunkin after the remodel the people have become very rude, and mess your order up. They don't like to listen to you, and cut you off sometimes in the drive thru. This kid needs a raise, and I believe even more than that. Maybe give him a promotion as he deserves it. Treat your workers right, and they will treat your business right. Pls do something great for him!

Store is under staffed, my girl order door dash and the guy that came to pick up her order only grabbed her drink not her sandwich. I went to go get her now cold sandwich and had to wait even longer to get a fresh sandwich. Why the order wasn't together I don't know. Why the store only had 1 person working is beyond me. The Genesee st DD has gone so far down hill that I don't even go there. I hit the grant ave store 3 to 5x a day 4 to 5x a week. With better service.

I had a cashier, a shorter girl, named maybe Marla or something like that. She was incredibly rude, got my order wrong, and made the experience incredibly unpleasant.It will be a very long time before I go back to Dunkin, I foresee a lot more Starbucks in my future!

Worst coffee experience of my life. 4 employees standing around on their phones while only 1 actually worked. Their menu prices are out of date and are insanely high now. Definitely go to Simple Roast or Starbucks because this place is trash.

So I ordered a on the go order which was large 6 and 6 which was warm, coffee roll that I never received and a chocolate glazed which was put in the bag upside down so that the frosting was on the bag instead of donut. Disappointing experience

The employees are super nice at this Dunkin, but often times certain employees will make a mistake with your order. More often then not, the coffee is usually way over sweetened and the pastries are usually from that morning, so if you want fresh, go early, or somewhere else.

It's really hit or miss with the DAd's spurns here sometimes our orders are spot on and fantastic (perfectly hot, right amount of sugar/cream) other times sizes are not right cups aren't pull hot drinks aren't hot or no cream or sugar. But we love our DD all the same and go almost every day

I have been going to this Dunkin location and I love it. The bathroom hads always been clean, the staff efficient and helpful, and the food hot and freshly made. Several times I have stopped in to read, check my phone, or relax while enjoying a beverage and have not been hassled or pressured to move on.

pretty standard dunkin shop. no drive thru, and the parking lot is kind of wonky. the parking lot is really only an issue if it's busy. also, there are a few spots on the road right out front if you're lucky to snag one

Horrible. The moment us, people of color went to the register everyone walked away the moment they saw us. And didn't bother to help us for almost 10 minutes. And not only that, they messed up our order. We asked them to fix it only for them to mess it up again. I'm not sure who's running this place but it needs new management. Is there a manager I can speak to because things disgusting and ridiculous.

Where to start; They always get my one cup of coffee wrong; staff are anything but professional; and the last two times I have bought their food/ drinks I have gotten sick. I did see a staff get people's doughnuts by grabbing a tissue, but balling it so much in her palm that her fingers are completely on the doughnut.

Always very busy in the morning but the staff hustle and they take everyone’s orders as efficiently as possible. The parking lot is a little tricky to maneuver because of it’s shape. Even though the other Dunkin’ doughnuts locations in town may be less congested, the employees and food is better so it is well worth coming here.

usually have nothing but good things to say about this branch. i don’t know what happened today but i’m almost 90% sure they gave me a small latte instead of a medium and it was DISGUSTING. i ordered a medium mocha latte. it was extremely bitter. mocha is supposed to be sweetened. it was so bitter and unsweetened, i had to go home and add FOUR TABLESPOONS of sugar in it and it was still disgusting.update: looked up the sizes and they DID give me a small. i even asked an employee if it was a small and he said ‘no our smalls are tiny’. so he lied and ripped me off. and i knew i got ripped off when the person i was with also got a medium and it was bigger than mine.

I wanted a buttered bagel, and they came through! This is downtown with construction all around, yet, parking was easy and the staff was very nice and I got what I wanted. Don't let the chain status color your judgement. A fresh toasted, buttered bagel is the target and it was hit dead center
