I would like to be contacted concerning a recent incident regarding a clerks absolute refusal to provide me with a receipt at the point of sale, and her subsequent decision to immediately call the police when I in turn refused to leave without the receipt, as well as her decision to call the police again the following day and file a false report of harassment when I attempted to contact the store to speak with the general manager.

Much better than a lot of other Dollar Generals in the area. It's clean and there's plenty of parking because it's located in a plaza. They don't have the problems other areas Dollar General stores have, with the employees outside smoking right in front of the entrance, or constantly leaving the register.

When shopping as the story yesterday? Had 2 book bags with us wasn't there for about 10 minutes? There was other customers in the store as well longer and they singled out my family and trying to tell me there was there was no backs allowed in the. Store told us we had to bring them up front. I don't understand why they singled out my family and not the other people I did not see a no bag Policy The employee would have never known if my son didn't ask to go up to see if there was a bathroom And he followed my son to come back to us So I think they should stop Following their customers around the store If they're not doing anything wrong And the employee was very rude and the story is very dirty and nasty And not clean this happen at 4/5/2023 at 4:53

The store was cluttered stock everywhere. You only saw one employee and that one was at the register. I was in line for a very long time which was extremely long and the cashier was on the phone his cell phone the whole time. He packed my things together such as refrigerator food, can goods cleaning supplies did not pay attention. I bought carpet fresh powdered, he put it in with my hot dogs and other items and it broke open it was upside down and it went all over my stuff.

I live in MS and ordered online , so my daughter that lives in auburn ny could pick up from that location. The store had the option to pickup at 4 to 5 or 5 to 6. My daughter gets there at 5:10 and the store is closed. I am so disappointed. If the store closes at 5 , then shouldn't have the option to pickup at that time online.

The two ladies that did business with me, on the mid afternoon of August 8, both of whom I asked for help and both of whom complied with professional and genuine friendliness, are exactly the reason I continue to come there, instead of the other discount store in the next plaza thirty seconds away. That other store has people working there who act proudly that they could care less if I was there or not, but the people at your store took time to actually smile and talk to me and really meant their friendliness. In such an age of casual rudeness, it is so nice to find people at your store as nice as them, and I will absolutely continue to shop there more than anywhere else.

You cannot get thru the aisles. Doesn't matter what day or time. You can't get to stuff on the shelves. I thought it would be better after the remodel.....and it's actually worse. Checkout is a nightmare. Registers don't always bring up sale prices. I go here for my cleaning and laundry supplies, but it's aggravating to go in there.

The store is very nice. There is an employee that seemed discriminate, I spent alot of money, She seemed bothered when I asked her a question about a price but when a fellow nationality of hers came in I noticed she was Super super polite and wasnt bothered at all. Again the store was very nice, I didnt expect to be followed around and then an inconvenience when I asked for help!

Hey isn't everything in here supposed to be $1? Just kidding, used to be that way. They always have something you need in there especially holiday stuff. This is actually the only store where I was able to find a certain Halloween candy. Not even Walmart or Target had it so I am grateful.

Easy in and out & good prices. Park 30 feet from the door. Way quicker than going to Walmart! Check out their ad every week for some really good deals.

I love these stores you can get great values and the digital coupons are awesome the only issue I have is that over the past couple of months it's been hard to find our favorite oatmeal their brand

There are some real value item's to be found at The DG. It's important to know what a good price on something is however, just like any chain store. Like Goldie Locks, some are too high, others quite average and some are just right.

Store has gone downhill. Generally closed more than open. Sign says technical difficulties. When open isles are close to impassable. Store dirty. What staff there is are like zombies
