Really good outdoors store, and probably the only reason worth going to the mall. The aquarium was lively, but I did see a dead (but hopefully *just* sleeping??) fish in there. Only reason I'm not giving it the full five stars is that it doesn't have the hunting game there anymore! I've always wanted to try it since I was younger, but it's since been taken out.

Staff is friendly and the store is very clean. We went there to get a flannel coat and nothing there at all. It's still Winter, very disappointing. We actually visited tha largest one in the country in November 2023. It's located in Tennessee. Check it out if you ever get a chance. So much to see inside like waterfalls, aquariums, hotel that circles the ceiling all the way around, elevator to restaurant on top and so much more. Had a nice time!

One of the best outdoor stores around. No matter what your activity or sport they have plenty of in stock inventory. I used to live getting that catalog when I was a kid and sadly they don't have them anymore. Tons of everything in stock. Boats, motors, the fly shop, clothing, and just about everything in the catalog. The fish tank is a nice break to see freshwater gamefish. Hard not to go in there and spend any money!

Always enjoy a trip to Bass Pro Shops. This location is the closest to me and I am always impressed, they are always well stocked, helpful staff and just a fun store to browse, just don't bring your credit card haha. But if you're anything like me if you're going to make a visit give yourself an hour minimum to explore!

I would not hesitate to come back. This was our econd time we have been here and will be back the next time we are in town. Everyone is friendly, very clean establishment and it is what I have come to expect in a bass pro and Cabela’s store. Great selection of a huge variety of things. The friendly and helpful staff make it an enjoyable experience. This day and age, friendly and helpful staff are hard to come by. Keep up the excellent work.

Went to the store yesterday April 29th about 3:30 to purchase a hand gun. Stood there about 10 minutes looking the guns over and waiting to be helped to no avail. Three salesman standing there talking to one person and no one asked me if they could help me. I was going to buy a gun and everything to go with it. Now I will go elsewhere.

Waited in line for 40 min just to ask a question about primer's! There’s no order for a line, people just come up to the counter and jump the line! The gun counter has to be the busiest place in that store but they have 2 people working it, then one has to walk a customer to the door with his new gun so your down to one service rep! Poor service and I blame management not the service reps behind the counter!

A large outdoors store with all sorts of cool products from hunting and camping to fishing and boating. The restroom was small for such a large store, and definitely not the cleanest. The aquarium and decor make up for it though.

My husband and I were shopping in the hunting department. We wanted to purchase ammunition. NYS requires your life story in paperwork then the info goes into a computer for approval from the state. They charged us for the ammo before getting clearance. Then the computers went down. The salesperson then had to send us to the service desk for a refund. The woman at the service desk, Paige, treated us like criminals. She was rude and condescending. Called the first salesperson to check our story, then wanted to write down our names. We of course refused. We will not be going back to Bass Pro in Auburn.

Great place to find all your hunting an fishing needs. They also have great selection of clothing, shoes and boots, camping accessories and even boats and electric bikes. Kids love the giant fish tank stocked with NYS fish.

Fairly large outdoors store dead center I have an abandoned mall (at least that's the way it looks on the inside). The store has a vintage feel to it, and includes an Archery range and boat serve center. Overall its a nice location, but I think they need to take over the entire mall and make this place spectacular. They already house their boats in an unused store front near the food court.

This place is great for anyone looking for anything outdoors. They've got great hunting, camping, fishing, and other outdoor gear for everyone. It's family friendly, lots of stuff for the kids, and is well staffed. We go there every year for the Santa's Workshop stuff with our daughter. It's great. It does get really, really crowded and busy for that event, however. So be prepared. I like to look at all the clothing and hats, as well as the guns and hunting equipment. Definitely a lot of fun.

Auburn, NY delivered 3 boats and an extra trailer on 2-20-24. Justin was VERY fast and professional. Such a nice young man. He even remembered us from previous deliveries. Again, very nice !!!!

Today I watched someone's dog pee on the floor by the fish tank and it ran down the incline walkway. They talked about how the dog peed and walked away and left the mess behind. Minutes later I saw a couple with twin babies walk through the pee. Why does the mall allow animals?

We heard this was the place to go to see Santa. No. Total dud. Our toddler was a bit nervous and Santa just sat there like a stone. Didn’t say hi to her, didn’t ask what she wanted, nothing. It was pretty weird. I got her to tell him what she wanted, he repeated it and said nothing else. Then they took the picture and that was it. Luckily we didn’t have to wait long. Not a fun experience for the kid whatsoever.

We spent 3 hrs. There just playing with the Santa wonder land we shot toy ducks with you guns and bows. Played with an RC truck we play in the ball pit and watch the fish in the tank and the scuba guy was there ny brother is autistic and the employees under stood and helped us every way they could. I am really impressed with the employees.

BPS are a must stop for any outdoor sportsman. This is a nice smaller footprint store with all the amenities.

Not shopping at bass pro, that's ok, as you make your way through the store and to the food court or movie theater you will be harassed by every associate in the store. If you let them know you are just passing through, you will hear things like, "well there's other doors to the mall, you know" or the all powerful, "that guy looks lost". I will definitely be walking through it again sometime soon.

For outdoors folks Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's are must shop locations. I don't get to this store often but I enjoy visiting here. The young man at the firearms counter was super helpful and solved an issue for me. Thanks!

Definitely a great place to take the kids during the holidays. They usually have crafts, games and of course Santa Claus. Free picture of the kids with Santa, shopping for the whole family. Great selection of clothes, sporting gear and all types of accessories. The decorations are beautiful! Loved the balloon Santa and reindeer at the main entrance. Definitely recommended

Best outdoor store I have ever been too. Bass pro and Cabelas are top tier. Could spend hours in them and no other place compares. Not many places in Central Ny to find hunting or Fishing products anymore and its a shame but Bass always comes to the rescue. Wish it was a little closer to Syracuse but I dont mind the drive to Auburn! 5 out of 5 for me staff is always friendly and helpful and the selection is outstanding
