As the premier sporting goods store in the US it is sad that they cannot get ammunition. I fully understand the issues, BUT, It is very frustrating that one cannot order ammunition or at least get put in a wait list instead of being forced to keep returning to the store... time after time..... WHY ? I would be more than happy order on line for store pick up... even if the wait time is extended, and wait until the order comes in.Bass Pro and Cabelas surely are not serving their customers.

The Auburn bass pro shop has by far exceeded my expectations when dealing with an expensive purchase. customer service listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in the purchase and helped me beyond measure. All 3 of the employees who assisted me were tremendously helpful and they all had great personalities. I highly recommend this location.

I had a phenomenal experience with the guys at the service center this past weekend. They mounted the transducer for my new lowrance unit but my boat didn't have an ideal spot to mount the transducer and the first time I took it out on the lake, the bracket got destroyed and the ducer came loose.The guys at bass pro not only got it re mounted in a better spot that wouldn't break for free but also fixed one of the bar lights on my trailer and checked to make sure my battery was charging. I was very impressed with Matt and the service he provided. I would definitely recommend them for any boat maintenance.

Recently purchased a boat from this location and was totally snowballs into thinking this boat came with option it said it included in the sales tag for the price... Would not recommend shopping here.. when I raised concern I was met with and attitude from sales manager.. shop elsewhere.
