I just traded my Yukon in for a Dodge Ram and both Al and Maddy were fantastic!! They were very helpful and made the process so easy! The truck is beautiful and I highly recommend this dealership...I know we will definitely be working with them for vehicles in the future!!

Service was fantastic. Chris called and said the truck would be another day due to mechanic calling in sick. That happens and I appreciate the heads up as we are only human. Upstate is a great family owned dealership that has been bought out by West Herr and still has family values with great people. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

We just purchased our new jeep last week and we will definitely be back in the future. Every part of the shopping and buying experience was great. Our salesman Mike is a no nonsense and no pressure kind of guy. Everyone here is helpful and friendly. They even have a friendly dog that our daughter loved.

Had to look through all US to find the 2020 1500 Limited that had the options I really wanted. Being from NY I was very lucky to find one in my state, but still a 7 hour drive. I reached out to Upstate Dodge Ram in Attica NY. I was introduced to Mike Walko. He was so helpful and understanding of my needs. Being from Long Island NY most of our dealerships are way to aggressive and make you very uncomfortable. My experience with Mike and the entire staff from Upstate Dodge was exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mike.

Had a discrepancy with using a warranty within the service department. There has been a miscommunication a few times. If you have a warranty that was not purchased here they have no way of keeping it on file.We had been under the impression that it was possible, just not ever being put in the computer.Now we know, we have to tell them that it exists each time the truck goes for service.I'm glad they called us to straighten it all out. We were quite annoyed to keep getting told stuff isn't covered by warranty and then come to find out it actually is. So just a note for anyone else that might run into this in the future.

Chris the service manager is super. I take my business to Upstate Dodge because I know Chris will make sure everything needed is done, and my vehicle is safe to drive. I know sometimes I pay more for certain services, but the peace of mind and convenience makes up for it.

The service department has always been great help to me, I just called last week to schedule an oil change, inspection and an open recall, Kyle was professional and got the appointment set up within a week and on the later part of the day. I them had to call back and reschedule and again, very professional and rescheduled the following day. Kyle, Chris and Zach are always very accommodating, courteous, informative and take care of the customer well!! 24 pictures right now

Shortly after picking up driveshaft, noticed snap ring not locked in channel. Very dangerous!Sent picture to manager. He said was not going to drop everything to attend to the driveshaft. He said drop off the driveshaft and he would look at it when he has time. I paid $373.36 for the ujoint install. It should have been professional.Long story short, one hour after picking up driveshaft, I had to take it to another mopar dealer which was great. They looked at it, noticed the problem, and agreed to order the another ujoint and install under warranty.If this was gone unnoticed, , this would have been a bad situation when the spinning driveshaft fell off. Very bad!In addition, upstate entered the wrong vehicle year and model on the invoice. They also entered the wrong vin# which caused unneccesary confusion when the other dealer went to order parts under warranty.The unsafe installation should have never went out the door.I did asm to speak with a supervisor, but I was told supervisor was on vacation in florida right now.

I went to Upstate Dodge with a friend who was looking at a used van. I was along for the ride, for something to do.I walked out with a new Pacifica hybrid Electric.Mike had talked to me as my friend ooked over cars, and I asked questions. No pressure, just answered my questions. He was very friendly and if he didn't know something he said so and found the answer.The result of my going for a ride was that the two of us walked out, each with a new car.Every one I encountered through the process at Upstate, especially Mike, was a big help, personable, and Nova, the black lab mascot, was loveable.I'll be back for service, only now I'll bring some doggie biscots, and maybe a friend who has nothing to do but take a ride.

From Louisiana, interested in a 2017, ram 3500 Laramie longhorn, dealt with sales person Mike W, reached out filled out application, offered deposit as well as putting down substantial amount on purchase, $20,000, never received any information, and that is now nearly a week, on status of application, working numbers will get back with you, only other time I heard from Mike, was through a text, and I have purchased many vehicles, and not once have I ever had to send a picture of my social security card, supposedly because I was from out of state, and all the scams that goes on, but here I’m offering cash deposit to hold the truck, and offering large down payment, and I am a scammer, called twice and sent several texts trying to reach Mike W but with no success, both times was told not available, and he never even returned my call, his only response and his last response was again about social security card, grant it he has copy of drivers license and copy of insurance for the truck, and that was the last time Mike ever reached out again, I will never consider doing business with this dealership again, obviously Mike W had no drive or want to sell me this truck, quite obvious, the way he avoided my calls and texts, and it is December 30, Saturday and I have not heard another word from this dealership, never did hear the numbers he was supposed to be working with office personnel, he was more concerned with my social security card!!! No interest in securing the sale!!!! Or even reaching back out, sure this review will change nothing, because it appears the whole dealership feels this way, cause when I called because I could not get Mike W I voiced my displeasure of the service and not one member of management nor anyone else from that dealership reached back out!!! I recommend to stay away from this dealership, especially if you live out of state, because it appears they have no interest in out of state customers!!!!!One of the sorriest experiences I have had with a dealership, and we all know how car dealers can be, but this had to be the worst lack of interest, drive and professionalism I have ever dealt with!!!!!Again sure they can care less about this review, but maybe when they get enough complaints and lost sales, maybe someone at that dealership will find the correct way to deal with customers, wanting to purchase something from them!!!! And by the way I purchased another vehicle from another dealership and might add out of state and never was asked for my social security card, and completed the sale on the very next after reaching out!!!! Pathetic customer service!!!! Stay Away!!!!

Without making this lengthy... absolutely loved every detail of dealing with Mike and everyone at Upstate. Very professional yet not "stuffy". Great family atmosphere. They went above my expectations and made my new Jeep perfect before my purchase. One minor concern I had and they took care of it immediately. They really made what is normally a stressful day of car shopping perfect. I had planned on spending the entire day just looking but this was our second stop and I knew it was our last. Great team and I look forward to dealing with them again. Hopefully not too soon tho lol

Was sold a truck in March with a fake warranty by sales rep Eric K. It took 3 months of back and forth for them to realize this, then they promised a new warranty that also doesn't appear to exist. Eric won't respond to new messages about this after lying to a customer to make a sale. The original correct warranty that the vehicle was supposed to come with wasn't even applied. Can't recommend this dealership. I have documented evidence of the entire communication, which looks very bad on them. But they still won't work to justify this and choose to ignore the whole situation

I would definitely recommend this company for purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke to my sales rep Eric before I came to the location to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available because I would be coming a drives away. It was! When I got there he had pulled the vehicle inside for me because it started to rain with slushy snow. The finance manager Madison was excellent they took my information and followed up with me the very next day! I picked up my new vehicle and the process was smooth, I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and they were very welcoming and accommodating to my request. I would definitely return and recommend all
