Just purchased a large roast beef sub and it was terrible! Only 4 slices of roast beef on a large roll? Where's the beef? 🤷‍♀️ Will never purchase a sub from them again! 😡

We are lucky to have a grocery store in our town. Great location for quick stops. However, products are often spoiled, moldy, out of date, etc. Check your items carefully. Manager. Dan, is quite rude to staff and customers. Most other staff are pleasant.

I am thankful to have a grocery store in town, but this Tops is a nightmare! It is so poorly run and I can not even begin to mention all of the expired and moldy food items we have had to bring attention to for it to be removed. Please use extreme caution when purchasing food. Check the dates and condition of product. Beware

a truly horrendous place to shop at or work for. the entire store is filthy, unsanitary and the staff is ragingly unprofessional. hiring manager kelly is the fakest person you’ll ever meet, a real c word to customers & employees. would not recommend giving attica tops any business, the place deserves to be shut down :)

Cashier was rude, when I said good morning. I got a miserable look from her. Its a small town store. Nothing really major in this store. Prices were high compared to other Tops. Doughnuts were old and dry then labeled as Bonus Item and placed as discount sale for Bonus Card holders. This is just my opinion, but I probably won't be going back. I don't put up with miserable people at all. Bite the bullet and do your job, that's what you are there for. Have some common curiosity too.

Fresh produce is lacking the "fresh" part. This store seems to be low on the totem pole. By Tuesday they're out of sale items. Meat is near expired dates. I could go on and on ...However, employees are great. Trevor rocks!!!

Tops is a clean, well stocked store. They always have what I am looking for and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I don't shop anywhere else for my groceries and pets food. They have a large selection of delicious food items that you won't find elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Most of the woman employees that work in the front of the store, treat my daughters and I with nasty attitudes EVERYTIME we go into this store. We do not even know anyone who works there. Also EVERYTIME we try to cash a check, the customer service lady tells us she is going on break, no matter what time it is. I moved near this store a little over a year ago and it is convenient to shop here... however I have been traveling farther now to get my groceries because of this behavior.

I can never completely check off my grocery list at this Tops. I usually find about 60% of what I need for groceries here and have to end up going all the way to Batavia to finish off the list. The prices here are outrageous and the building is very small. I wouldn't consider this a Tops market store. It's more of a slow paced convenience store. There is always long lines and the maximum amount of cashier lanes i've seen open was two, if your lucky.

I called 15 top stores for this flavored vitamin water They said they were all out Of the flavored water manufactured by Coca-Cola Unfortunately this is a big downfall from Coca-Cola with this product Because they deliver it. So I stopped at 1 of the stores that said they were out When I called them to check and guess what they had 11 of them on the shelf As far as Coca-Cola with the brand glaciers vitamin water Coke can kiss my buttThey are the worst vendors I have ever seen for supplying the stores not only Tops markets and Walmart and other stores

This is the worst tops I've ever been in. First off they are always out of whatever is on sale. This tops is much smaller than any other one as well. Everything is usually over priced. They rarely have enough cashier's to cash you out. I also saw a mouse running down one of the aisles. I'll never go in here again if I can avoid it!

Half of the time when I go to buy cream or dairy products they are either past the sell by date or only a couple of days away and they spoil quickly. I can stop in 2 to 3 times a week and the product never changes or cycles out.

It is more like a glorified 7-11. Poor selection, not sufficient quantities, dirty. Good luck getting someone to open the customer service area. Long waits at checkout. Drive to Warsaw or Batavia Tops. It is worth the trip.

Isles are packed full of useless displays blocking items you actually need, filthy, product expirations are very close, and veggies and fruit are not worth buying unless you plan to eat that day. Ask for a cut of meat and it takes 20minutes, or you get the excuse that is how it comes. Then why at your other stores can I get it? Cashiers are always on a break at the busyiest time (right after school)....If you wonder which one they will close first....you guessed it.

Hope mgmt reads this...the rules/ laws state ,and your sign at entrance,that all who shop must wear masks!!!!! Not a fan of our gvnr but I still want to live!!! STOP LETTING PEOPLE SHOP IN YOUR STORE WITHOUT MASKS!!!!!!!! 2ND time in last week that I was there and people in store without masks!!!!!!! $$$$$$ RULES , GREED RULES!!!!!! Not shopping there ever again!!!!!!!

Great place! Great staff!!!! The place is very convenient everything's very easy to find they have a wide selection for being a smaller top store! The deli is very fresh and very good meat!

OVER PRICED!!! I went to get grapes. Half the bag was rotten! I feel sorry for the people who HAVE to shop there. They rob you! Go somewhere else.
