This is a great store with super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I was bummed that their UPS is only ground ship and not air, which was what I needed at the time. However, the employee who took my call was very professional and did explain this to me.

For a small town hardware store, they have just about anything you could get from a big box store. Working for a farm, I occasionally need some odd fittings or tools, I go look, and they have it! If they don't have what you're looking for, they can probably get it in short order! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful when your not sure what you need. And don't forget, they also rent power equipment!

We love this store. They always have everything we need. The staff is great.No matter what is on my list they know exactly where everything is.Tom helped us once then told us about this bucket sale they where having. I'm local so I do a lot of shopping here. The staff is always knowledgeable and knows exactly where everything is and how to use/install/adapt/repair/replace it. Even a quick phone call ahead of time will save you a trip if necessary because let's face it, they will not always have exactly what you are looking for, but they will always tell you at the drop of a dime if they do have it. And if they don't they are more than willing to point you in the right direction. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. And I'm not just saying that because I'm local. Try it out for yourself.

The workers there are incredibly helpful. The store is very well laid out. It seems to be a much more open floorplan. With AutoZone right next door is makes it the best one stop shop for all your house and car repair needs!

This Ace store along with all the other Ace in Buffalo area has the friendliest and most helpful personnel out of all the home improvement stores. Reminds me of the old neighborhood hardware stores

The employees of Attica Ace hardware are the best! Not knowing if they were open or not I stopped on new years day 01/01/21 for a gallon of paint (they were closed) there were a few cars in the lot only to help out a customer with an emergency, the noticed me there and asked if I needed anything and would let me in if I did. I told them to enjoy their day off & I would get my paint later.

Went to one of the big box stores looking for bushings for 3 soil pipe to 3" schedule 40, the guy there had no clue what to do and wanted me to get all sorts of adaptors to make it fit (almost $50 of junk)! Stopped in at Attica hardware on the way home and Will had me fixed up in under 5 minutes & under $5!! As always great service from the folks at Attica Hardware!! Someday I'll learn bigger isn't always better.

Attica and Warsaw ACE are owned by same person. Return policy is different at both stores. The ACE 30 day return policy is a corporate policy and not honored at these locations because they are privately owned. They do not honor manufacturers money back guarantee even when manufacturer states take back to place of purchase in my case it was 30 days and I went back in 16 days and was denied. I was told to ship the product to manufacturer. Warranty, exchanges, returns even if item is defective is next to impossible at these stores.

You couldn't ask for a better home town hardware store. The staff provide what amounts to concierge service, often going way above and beyond to help customers. The lumber is a little more than other places but it's also better than the hockey sticks you get at other places. It doesn't matter if you're a contractor or a little old lady, you'll be well taken care of.
