Went there on March 24th at 1:30am to grab something to drink, and a lighter, and the cashier said she was closed. I said no you're not. I use to work at 7-eleven. And her: I was gonna put a sign." Are they closed at 1:30? Why was the door not locked. Laziness. I use to work at 7-eleven and I would NEVER play that were closed game. I decided not to escalate it. If she's not fired for lying I don't think I could go back there.

If I could give this store a -5 stars I would. I’ve gotten gas there, only put $5.00 in, and they charged me $50.00. For a week I tried to get my money back and they refused to because I didn’t have a receipt and the manager was never there. My significant other also worked there, and he was completely treated terribly. He was not trained well, always left alone and was fired when the boss never called him in, since they make the schedule THE DAY OF THE NEW WEEK. which is illegal for businesses to not give employees a week in advance. I could go on and on and on about occasions that happened with multiple customers that I know with these people. Worst store ever.

A few of the day staff employees are extremely rude. The floors are always dirty,seems like the fountain drink cups are never stocked. Coffee is usually cold in the late afternoon. I go into get food and pizzas are usually not fresh kinda crunchy and other food is dried out. I don’t shop here much anymore due to how it has been poorly ran. Needs new owners!Don’t recommend!

on a recent trip to Attica 7-11 my husband was purchasing 2 candy bars advertised 2 for $3.00. He took it to the male clerk who refused his purchase telling him that the sale price posted was for rewards card only which was not posted anywhere. This clerk was wrong and rebutted the posted sign. My husband had to pay $1.00 more because the clerk was being to disrespectful to him. (Tues 4/26 at aprox. 6:30) The manager should reprimand this person!

The gas pumps stop and $50. Pretty ridiculous considering the price of gas and the size of the gas tanks on pickups and SUV's. After it stopped at $50 it wouldn't let me use my credit card again to finish my fill up. Plus, if you want a paper receipt you have to go inside. Think I'll start going to the Citgo or Bed Go's.

On my way to Rochester, had to use a restroom quick and figured I'd fill up on gas. "Sorry, no restroom" so I left and drove down the road to Attica Citgo on Prospect Street. It's not quite visible from the main road (Rt 98) so us out of towners might not even see it. Much cleaner and bigger place with pleasant people and a restroom. Bought my gas there instead.

The ONLY late night one-stop-shop in Attica NY! Place is always busy and the core group of employees are always friendly and helpful. New manager is fitting in well, thanks to the help of her awesome assistant managers!

Third time in a week I've been over charged for coffee. Associate gave me the price, but not before ripping the sign off the front of the machine. Should probably take the giant poster off the front of the building advertising $1 medium cold brew if this is not the correct price.

This seven eleven is by far the worst ive been to. ive only had good experiences there when there was this one very kind worker. but now all these rude people work there that cant get there jobs done correctly i asked kindly to order a pizza and they said they were out but i saw 3 frozen pizzas when one of the workers opened up the freezer.

During this covid19 and social distancing of 6 ft. It should be mandatory to wear a face coving while in an essential store.There is no way any two people could keep away from each other in a compact store like 7-Eleven.The only one wearing a mask out of 8 people in the store was the cashier and myself. Really!!This is part of the problem!!!This is an unsafe and disrespectful practice to the public that shops there.
