Amazing company! Goes above and beyond to be sure their customers are well taken care of. When things go awry through no fault of their own, they do everything humanly possible to make it right! My pup can only have rabbit and when my order was totally messed up by USPS, they were on the phone trying to find out what happened. They sent another order via UPS at no charge. Also said if I eventually receive the first order, to keep it. Best customer service I have ever encountered. Madeleine is the bomb! Love her! Please give them a try! You will be so glad you did!

I was recommended this company by a coworker and am very happy I placed an order. I am super impressed with the quick processing of the order - it arrived super quickly too (even during the COVID19 Pandemic)!! I can tell it was packaged with care. They also are quick to respond via email as well. Just wanted to say, customer service the way it should be! Thanks so much! My pup is super happy with his new toys and treats!

I normally don’t write reviews but I must say I bought SPA by tropiclean tear stain remover and it worked for my dog with the first wash! I’ve tried other products but they didn’t have the same results! Everything they sell its worth every penny!! Thank you again!! :)
