I cannot recommend this clinic enough. We unfortunately were dealing with our cats cancer and the care that was given to us by Dr. Sniderman and Renee at the front desk was amazing. Even though we only visited this clinic two times with our sweet cat, after he passed we received a sympathy card with personal notes from every employee. Above and beyond!

I love This Veterinary Team!!! Adam and his staff were so wonderful and compassionate when we brought our little Annie in to be evaluated. He was absolutely incredible with her , it blew me away how amazing he was with her!!! Thanks to treatment and pain medication he gave us for Annie she is back to herself again. She was barely walking and screaming in pain but this morning she was standing, she was happy, she ate and drank, she went potty outside. Thank you so much Adam and the wonderful Staff! You ALL are so incredible, so compassionate and my husband and myself and Annie thank you so very much for everything!!!

My old dog never liked anyone touching her but when Dr Sniderman held her she was perfectly content. Wonderful with my cats too. Also great techs and office staff. Highly recommend.

Update:First visit wasn't a "one off"- Dr. Adam is so wonderful with my sweet boy. In addition, he is informative, honest, and isn't out to "scare" you. I'm from Canada and waited until my visit here in NY to see this kind vet and his supportive and knowledgeable team.- Thanks for the help!Original:This is by far the best vet experience Hoodlum and I have ever had. Not only did I not feel over charged, but I feel like we were given excellent service and care at a discount. Dr. Adam sure has a love for animals that shows. Thank you to Dr. Adam and the Staff.

Nasty, condescending, rude front desk staff. I brought my cat in for an emergency visit (upon calling I was told "well this is going to be a problem"). Was greeted by serious attitude from the two women as they asked questions about my cat's intermittent condition, and one said "so your cat has been suffering since July?" and then rolled their eyes as I tried, through tears, to explain the situation.My previous vet of ten years, the wonderful Dr. Plance and his crew in Walton, had recently retired. This was the only vet within an hour radius accepting new clients. I now understand why.I asked for the wifi password to make a call, and the other woman begrudgingly gave it to me and said "Welcome to the Catskills" while snickering as if I were a clueless Citidiot. For the record, yes I am from the city: I also have spent the last ten years full time in Delaware County and have run a successful (and much more welcoming) business for the past 6 years.I couldn't help feeling like they were cruelly mocking me when what my cat and I needed was kindness. I know it's hard to get accepted as a new client at many of the vets up here, but it's worth your effort to avoid this place at all costs.

My first appointment with him was an emergency my cat got very ill all of a sudden didn't know what was going on come to find out it was feline diphtheria cat was on death's door the doctor gave him a full spectrum of antibiotics and before I left his office he gave him another shot of antibiotics that was last a few days my cat is now back on his feet happy and healthy amazing to find out that when I took him to the vet that day he was almost dead because he had 106.5 temperature very happy with this doctor he is a good vet he explains everything to you like you need to know it doesn't use big words he makes sure you understand I really like him
