The team that kilburys food service are the best in a business. Their selection of products is unmatched in this area. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to assist you. They do more than just home heating stoves. They also have a wide selection of Traeger Grills and pellets.

The owner is amazing. Prices are great. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I wont go anywhere else to buy my cow feed or pellets for my stove anymore.And if for any reason your wood,pellet stove is in need of repair they are on it fast!Just amazing place of business!!!

Very disappointed with "after the sale" customer service with this local business.I am a disabled person with a spinal disease...I wanted to change my heating source from wood to wood pellets to make it much easier on myself to heat,instead of wood.First,I would like to say I cant say enough about Matt the installer and salesperson,great guy that sold me the Quadrafire pellet stove and installed it.However,he told me that I could get Barefoot smaller bag pellets from them,not a problem,and that they are 23.8lbs,a bag,according to Barefoot wood pellets website,Which is almost half the weight of normal wood pellet bags which are 40lbs,a must for me considering me being disabled...Perfect right??? I thought so to til I was ready to pick-up my pellets to heat my home.I was told by older gentlemen believe he is the owner that(Quote) they did not have any of the Barefoot pellets,and that I did not have any choice of what pellets I use because I decided to get help from HEAP and HEAP is paying for them,and if I didnt like it go call HEAP!!! I was like WOW really??? This guy is very rude and extremely unprofessional,and I have to wonder how they could continue to sell things of any kind with such a "I dont care attitude" towards good paying customers.I think it is a shame now that I trusted a local business,just to be treated like a piece of #@*#......I can only imagine what kind of customer service for my $4200+ pellet stove i will receive,if any,if I ever have a problem with it,from this business....I would seriously consider doing business elseware to anyone who might want to buy a pellet stove or anything really from this business,if your expecting any kind of basic "after the sale".customer service.................(REPLY TO MATT) Like I said I have no problem with you Matt,you treated me with respect and your very professional......I got my 20lb. bags from Phoenix Hearth & Power in Dansville,so I'm good to go....What I have a problem with is older gentleman(you know who I'm talking about)won't name names.Telling me I have no choice what pellets i can use or choose,wether you had them in stock or not,cause i elected to use HEAP,and if I didnt like call HEAP!!!! That was rude and very unprofessional.I cant even call there to contact you without being harassed by this man.Not to mention the rude letter he sent me in the mail,telling me he called HEAP and told them the real truth.He's unbelievable,and dont think he's helping your business at all,if he treats other people the same way he treated me.I only wished I had spoken with you,instead of him.After the heating season is over,I'm going to need you to come service my pellet stove,but I'm afraid to call your business cause of him.What do I do???? I only buy feed here. As far as that goes the brand is better than TS in my opinion...Stock and Stable for a buck and change more. They usually always have available what I need. Same for dog food, they have good quality food at a good price.

Vary nice people I bought a new pellet stove in there. They do cleaning and matenince so if you are looking for something new and want a new pellet stove stop in and take a look thank you for your business

Use caution when ordering parts from Kilbury's in Arkport, NY. Their mark up is ridiculous to the point of price gouging. Called to order a part wanting to throw business to a small operation in NY and found out their mark-up exceeded 100%. I can't comment on their service or installation but do know that they are gouging customers on the price of parts. Will not do business with again in the future.

Wonderful work from what I can see. Did a clean and check on my coal stove. Gave me lots of advice and information on the stove that I didn't know before. I will be using them again for sure
